Quicker than projected response time. Even tho a flatbed had to be dispatched after the initial call, theres no chance I couldve beat not matched the pricing, contentious, courteous, friendly professional efforts on a Friday AND holiday weekend.

The driver (his name is Erik) came promptly and on time, I was running late myself but they were able to work with me and my time frame. The tow itself was great, quick & fast my car was hitched in seconds LOL literally

The driver showed up in very nice and clean truck. Hooked up our car in a matter of minutes and we’re on the way. The driver was very professional and pleasant. The dispatch told us he would be there in 30 mins and the driver got there in less time. Which made it awesome. Very reasonable and highly recommend

They towed my car, i call the same day and day your car gets there they put a lien on your car.. If you havent responded within the first 3 days. I respond the same day and the fee for the lien was still added to my bill. Messed up. Then i go to get my car and it was just parked hella mud.. So now mud is everywhere when they could have parked it on a street they park it behind a church thats not even being used and im not only talking Covid-19 im talking before that.. Ok so the reason my car was towed was bird poop on my back window so it was assumed to be abandoned. Also my registration was behind. Which should have been the first reason but the bird poop was first. Lololol i used there services in the past and it never like this. Hope it gets better.

Was stuck on the side iOf the road for over an hour. Had already called AAA. They had assured me a driver was in his way. I was even given an eta, that counted down to the very last minute that the driver from another tow company was suppose to arrive. Well his time came and went. A no show. I called AAA and said what happened? “Oh well that driver couldn’t make it because the call was outside his service area.” Well the why the bleep was given the countdown till the very last minute. They promised me they would find another driver. I waited, and waited... nothing. Called them again and asked if the had a truck on the why. “ no sir we are having a hard time finding one in your area “ I was not in a remote area by any Means and my tow distance was under 15 miles.I hung up the phone and called George’s Tow. They arrived within 30 mins with a flatbed and has me and my car home 40 mins later. The driver was careful and courteous and even gave me a ride home in his truck (during COVID-19 times this was not the norm)Thanks George’s Tow for doing what some other national provider couldn’t . And doing it so well

This place is such a rip off because if you comeand get your vehicle and you can registered owner they still want you to go in and get a paper saying that youre the register on it then after that during and ask you do you want to set up a payment plan to get your vehicle out of them with towing and the rest of their charge are ridiculous so if you cant afford to get it out youll never get it out because theyre charging you $60 a day not cool especially during the pandemic and hes 60 dollars a day is still extremely high in my opinion.

I called Georges this morning as my car would turn over and not start. They said they would be there in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later the truck showed up and before towing the driver decided to give it 30 seconds and got it to start. Charged me nothing but a handshake. Driver was friendly, courteous and did not rub it in that I knew nothing about cars. There will come a time when my car WILL need to be towed and I know who I am calling.

This morning on the way to work i got rear ended by a another driver. So i called my insurance company and they sent out Georges Towing Co. They were there in 30 mins like promised and my driver Aaron did an excellent job he hooked my car up and cleaned up the accident scene even asked the the other party involved if they needed help too. Georges Towing Co was very professional and sincere to our situation. After we got our wrecked vehicle home. We called our insurance company and told them what a professional job and service they provided and that i would recommend them to any one who needs towing. Great service!!!!!

I wish no stars were available, but thats not possible. I realized to late that these were the same rude people that was called to tow our car a couple years ago. U need to be careful because this business trys to tac on a few extra miles to your tow. Four of us that were there and AAA showed the mileage at 4.9 miles. Georges said we would be charged 7 miles. If u show any type of dislike, they will call your insurance and tell them that they decline your tow. We all pay a lot for insurance and hope we dont ever have to use it, but when we have to the last thing that we want is to have to deal with a tow company like this. Save yourself the headache and just go with someone else. U will be happy u did.

These guys are Great! !! Keep doing what you do. .. Theyre always professional and come out no matter what time or day it is. Theyre usually right on time or early. I appreciate their hard work. Their drivers are very helpful. My daughter and I were on the side of the freeway because our car wouldnt go into gear. We once again got friendly, fast service with a smile. Ive read all the negative remarks and I ve been there when people are trying to pick up their vehicles. As long as you have your ID and Proof that its your car theres no problem getting your personal items or your car. If police tow your car, youre probably going to need them to release it 1st. After listening to 1,2,3,4 people get upset because they cant get what they want because they dont have Proof. It makes perfect sense to me. I dont want just anybody to be able to get into my car and pick up personal items or anyone else to be able to pick up my car without proof that they own it. Not to mention make sure you have a way to pay for your tow if you call them out they always let you know how much its going to be when you call. Even after cranky people I still got service with a smile :) ☆☆☆☆☆

I feel like they deserve no stars at all, i called them and they told me it would take a few hours and they would call me when the tow truck was ready, its been 2 days and they still havent called, to any one reading this dont contact this service.

I wish I could give them negative starts because they got me messed up. My car got recently totaled and from my injuries, I couldnt get my things, I spoke with the manager there and he had claimed that he had sent letters to me, which I never got and one of their employees conformed with a family member of mine had said that they found a couple of things that were in the car that either he or his boss was going to keep. Like really?! Are you kidding me? Dont bring your damaged cars here. THEY are gonna go through your things and take whatever they feel like taking because the owners of the car arent responding. Theyre just gonna tell you that you were missed informed.

My car broke down on the side of the road. The first company I called told me I was going to have to wait for him to finish eating because he just sat down. I thought that was rude so I told him nevermind I would call another company.I called Georges and was told 30 minutes. They were there within 20. The driver was extremely nice and was able to hook my car up as fast as possible to get me out of there.After being up 17 hours and working I wanted to get home and eat dinner too. Thankfully Georges was able to make that happen.

The drivers steal valuables from your vehicle. Front desk girl Amina dumber than a box a rocks. They should do business in a different neighbor, where there are less people of color.

I have been living in the city for some time.my car recently broke down and i called my insurance roadside assistance and they said they will send me a tow truck after 2 hrs i called to check and the towing company Arrow tow after two hrs kept Bsing us after that the called Georges towing co and within 30 mins they where there towed my vehicle and made a bad situation easy and friendly very professional and now when i call my roadside assistance people i always ask for Georges towing co very professional.
