I will start by saying that it is no longer “Vince’s Autobody Inc.” with Jim & Dawn Bachler as the owners of the business, the real name in this place is “Kaizen Collision Center” with a new owners therefore many things have changed and Im going to mention just a few things, the main is they will leave you without your car from the first day even if they do not have the parts they will need to make the repairs, that means they will take a really long time with your car for a simple repair, the prices will be exaggerated giving you in exchange poor quality of work, I have a piece “RT Body side mldg EX” that is not well glued/installed also they reset the memory functions without letting it work again so now I need a code to use the functions but to be honest I prefer to look for another place that finishes the work that they did wrong than to return for the guarantee, also I want to mention that while my truck was in the workshop, NEW damages appeared and those damages were not related to the accident and Monica Robertson told me that she didn’t know the reason why the part was damaged therefore with that answer I assume they damaged the part when the door was disassembled, Monica Roberson assisted me in the repairs of an accident on 05/13/2018 and I did not have this bad experience, I want to mention that at that time it was “Vince’s Autobody Inc” with Jim & Dawn Bachler as owners so that’s why I believe that the poor quality and poor honesty in the place is due to the change of owners, I was a loyal customer in this workshop for almost a decade and I never had such a bad experience with the previous owners so I do not recommend this place anymore and I will not return again.

Super friendly team from the front desk to the body shop guys. Super helpful team and gets matters resolved with insurance quickly.

Both side panels on the car needed to be replaced, a dent was taken care of. The paint job was beautiful. After all the work was done the car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.

This is both the pretties and friendliest auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I had to have some banged up running boards removed and they got me right in and figured out a great solution, all with a huge, friendly smile on their faces. I highly recommend this shop for any of your body work needs.

They do wonderful work. Make sure you read the fine print, and lock in what you will pay for ahead of time. PS dont get into a wreck. IT IS EXPENSIVE.

Vinces did a great job on my Subaru, cant even tell it was damaged. They estimated a week and got it back to me in just a few days. Even handled the rental car for me.

Amazing service - we showed up at 1045 with a loose bumper from a little off-road mishap in the middle of a road trip, expecting to at least have the car there for a whole day. Instead, they saw us immediately and we were back on the road with a reattached bumper by 1100. Frankly blown away by the service, kindness, and generosity. Highly recommended!

I have taken my car to Vinces Autobody on at least three occasions and have always found them totally customer oriented. Whatever I need, they accommodate me - a loaner car, a ride somewhere, a second or third review of what is to be done,. They take the time to remember your name and laugh with the customer. The owner is most often on site, and cares about the work. You wouldnt want to take your var anywhere else after having given it over to the staff at Vinces..

These people are amazing not only did they fix my car they washed the outside cleaned the inside and filled my tires. Very expressed! Amazing customer service.

They had my vehicle for over a year. They charged me for services & parts I didnt need, which included a power steering pump & lines. Finally got my truck back & its been 2 months & my power steering pump leaks everywhere worse than it did before. It was a nightmare to get answers & im still dealing w this shop 18 months. One of the most unprofessional people i have ever talked to. I was in a fender bender with someone in Sedona. Jim texts me asking for my insurance info. I told him to deal with his clients insurance company and they can work it out. He starts harassing me and sending me all kinds of nasty texts. He said “he is protecting his community”. He may be a long standing business in Sedona but he was a jerk to me.New info. The guy that sent me the harassing texts was the owner. What a jerk!

I am so glad that I asked for and listened to recommendations from a family member and a few of my trusted friends & took my vehicle to Vinces Auto Body in Sedona.From start to finish, it was a positive experience.I had separation anxiety, but it had to be done. And in the meantime, I had a fairly decent rental vehicle.When I picked my car up, the damaged area looked shiny & new again.Even though the damage wasnt extensive, there were hidden things that were wrong that most people wouldnt have even thought about...For example, the trunk leaked (because I was in a rear-end accident, that made some sort of sense). I thought things must have been tweaked from the impact. As it turns out, some kind of cable or something that runs up through there was pulled and created a tear in the seal. I dont even know how they found it. But they did, so yay!Another thing is that the convertible top wouldnt work after the accident. I rarely put the top down, Heaven only knows when I would have realized that it didnt work... and then it would probably have been way after the wreck and the insurance wouldnt have covered it . One Sunny Saturday I tried it . Nada . You could hear the motor trying, but something wasnt connecting. So when the appointment came to take the vehicle up there to be fixed, they figured it out and fixed that, too.Also, a reinforced receptacle or anchor that you run the license plate fastener screw into (without having to try to get behind the license plate and add a nut) was totally gone... But not anymore :DI will happily trust them with my car again if need be. Im not kidding, there are only 2 places that I trust to leave my vehicle with. Vinces Auto and Red Rock Auto & CycleHopefully, I wont need more auto body work, but its a really good feeling to know you can trust someone if you do need work done.Highly recommended

Was in Sedona from out of town and had a check engine light on. Worked with Kevin who was amazing! He said come on down and we will run a test on it. Had solved the issue in 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Great guy, great service, great experience!

Vince’s Autobody recently repaired our Toyota 4Runner which had its rear glass window and window motor shattered/damaged by a rock flung across the street by a lawn mower. We took it in initially for that but decided to also have the front end repaired (had turned into a concrete pole a while back damaging front right end and causing headlight to become misaligned). Vince’s did an excellent job with the repairs, and even detailed the outside AND inside of the car! When I brought the car in it was filthy, by far the dirtiest car I have ever ridden in. Now it looks almost brand new and the repairs look spectacular!The only issue I encountered was a slight delay in getting the vehicle back, but that was the fault of my USAA insurance. If you have USAA I recommend checking with them to ensure they understand this is the USAA approved Vince’s Autobody!!! For some bizarre reason they have a wrong address for the shop (saying the shop is on Finley drive which is the side street, rather than Shelby drive which the shop faces). This caused some delays for the glass claim, even though they paid for the front end damage claim immediately. I find it absurd that they couldn’t figure out it was an approved shop, given that USAA actually recommended the shop TO ME!!! If you have USAA save yourself some hassle and make sure they understand the Finley drive Vince’s Autobody IS the Shelby drive Vince’s Autobody. It will save you quite a bit of hassle and time.Overall very happy with the way things turned out, and I would absolutely use Vince’s Autobody sedona again! :)

My experience with Vinces was just fantastic! I highly recommend them if you need some autobody work. My car was hit by a moving truck and needed quite a few repairs. The work Vinces did is just amazing - they went above and beyond with every detail, including returning my car in absolutely immaculate condition. The service was fantastic, with regular updates by text and phone. This was really an amazing experience of superior customer service!

I hate my car looking bad so when I got a couple of dings I needed to get it fixed. Asking around my area, the advice was universal...go to Vinces Autobody. My insurance company pressured me to go to a shop that uses after market parts. I chose Vinces because they are highly rated and they prefer OE parts. Sure glad I did. They did first rate work, did it on time, and then warranteed their work. I am sure my insurance company is not happy. Excuse me...I need to get a tissue.

My car was slammed by a deer. Lots of damage to my newer car, and Vinces Autobody fixed it good as new and in a timely manner.

Really spends the time working with the insurance company to have you pay as little as possible.

I had a minor scrape-up on my rental car. And I hate paying the extra insurance charge, sooo...whats a girl to do? I faced my fears:What if they have to report to the rental place? What if they rub their paws together with glee, over the Needy-Tourista? - and walked into Vinces friendly office. These folks are truly great!! Car looks awesome, service was fast and very kind-hearted, and the cost was MUCH more reasonable than I could have ever guessed it would be! If you need the help, Vinces Auto Body can give it!!!

Overpriced, the work isnt the best and not very good customer service

After purchasing a 2013 Nissan Altima and not being able to find one with a spoiler, I had Vinces (who does ALL our Auto Body needs) put on a factory spoiler. I choose Vinces because their honesty and attention to detail is superior to all other body shops in the area. My spoiler was put on perfectly and I LOVE my new car! Thanks to the team at Vinces.Now, 1 month later, I backed into my dumpster at the end of my driveway and had a dent about the size of my head. After crying and picking up the trash that lay in the street I knew exactly where to go! I called Vinces and went straight there for an estimate. Since my fender is plastic the dent popped right out, Vinces buffed out the scratches and sent me on my way.Again I say that Vinces Customer Service, Honestly and Attention to Detail always gets the job done - and perfectly at that!Like I said, we use Vinces for all our cars (Mitsubishi Eclipse, Handicap Mini Van, Chevy Avalanche & my new Altima) we wouldnt go anywhere else! Anyone looking for a great Auto Body Shop? I HIGHLY recommend Vinces in Sedona!
