This dentist is the best Ive ever had in my life, bedside manners are amazing, his knowledge what hes doing is straight to the point his honesty when he speaks with you and look you directly in your eye to tell you what hes going to do he is the best Ive ever had not to mention Ive served 10 years in the Navy and I had dental Care but nothing like this also the prices I want somewhere else Saturday to check out what was going on the party that was assisting me bedside manners were horrible, I told her and show her which tooth was in pain she took an instrument and bang on the aching tooth, he did not do that. He plays no games. I walk out feeling great. And now he is my permanent dentist. Oh I forgot to mention I have to drive two hours to his location and I do not have a problem with that just to let you know the cost of the other dentist office I went to was 1,250.00 plus another $2500.00 for and implant for one tooth. My gut feeling told me no way, for the same thing they wanted me to pay I only paid $340.00 for the same service. Will pay less for the implant, which will allow me to get my entire mouth serviced. It was worth the wait and worth the drive this will be my dentist for a lifetime. Keep in mind he does everything in his office you dont have to be sent out to another office to get something else done he is capable of doing everything. Remember if you go to a dental office and theyre all about the money and Im not about you, if theyre bedside manners are horrible you need to rethink before you even allow them to touch you. My husband has been going to Dr. K for a couple years now and he has never enjoyed going to the dentist. This is the one dental office that he has felt comfortable going to. The best bed side manner and the staff is amazing. Reagan is the sweetest and she is so personable and professional. I am highly impressed with this office and will recommend to all family and friends!

Called desperate and in pain, was told to come in at a certain time. It took an hour and a half just to get put into the room, x-rays were painful, waited another hour to see the dentist. Then waited another 30 min to for the visit to be over. Still in pain and its worse. And feel like all the office was after was money. 80 dollars for some prescriptions were really over priced. But it is what it is. They treated regulars great, in and out. But I got to sit there in pain and listen to other people get helped. Nearly 3 hours wasted here when I could have found another dentist that would have helped. The dentist was rough, seemed not to care about the pain I am in and even felt the need to make it worse by poking the spot and asking if it hurt.... very disappointed. Wont be back.

I was not impressed with our visit here at all. First of all the facility looks very old and run down, and the dentist seemed more concerned with getting more money out of us than anything. My husband and I both have pretty straight teeth other than 1 and he was trying to convice us to get invisalign to fix one little tooth. On top of that they said my husband needed 6 fillings and quoted us a ridiculous price, which we got a second opinion and he only needs 1! Then they gave me a cleaning and I left with buildup still on my teeth they should have got off. Seems like a scam to me, I do not recommend anyone go here.

I can’t express how much I appreciate setting up an emergency appointment with the closest dentist who “accepted (my) insurance”, taking off work and driving an hour to get there, sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes filling out forms, then being told they do not accept my insurance. Then asking me if I still want to pay to have them look at it insurance free. A++. Just fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys being lied to and disappointment. Losers.

I had a good experience overall while there, very nice and accommodating and explained everything, which is important for someone with anxiety. However, i’m giving a 3 star rating because both times I left voice mails the people at the front desk failed to call back, or address the situation. Not to mention they told me they’d call me the next day to schedule my follow up appointment. I’m now experiencing fever along with pain, and other symptoms that were trying to be addressed in the voicemail that never got returned.

Best dentist Ive had, staff is wonderful as well. My appointment was quick and the work done was high quality as well. This is the only place Id recommend for dental work. They also have extra precautions set in place considering Covid-19 safety measures which was much appreciated.

Had a completely awesome experience when i came in for a cleaning. Dr. K and his amazing assistant Reyna(Reina?) did an absolutely amazing job. They were completely efficient and professional and mad the process quick and painless. The rest of the staff were very nice and polite and had excellent customer service. 10/10 would do again, and would highly recommend to anybody.

So this review is my honest experience at Best Dental Care @ Tyler. I initially felt assured about choosing this office because of all of the positive reviews. The receptionist is very polite and pleasant! No matter how many times I had to call their office, she never made me feel like I was a bother. They have a couple of dental assistants who you can tell knew what they were doing. Then there are dental assistants there who are very new! One was just learning on the job! Although I understand how we all have to start somewhere, I didnt really like the feeling of someone learning how to use a suction straw or a bitewing on my mouth. As for the dental work itself, my experience couldve been better. After my procedure, the dentist didnt give me any after care instructions or information on how to best preserve the work he did on my teeth. I ended up looking up some information myself online about how to care for my teeth after my particular dental work. I came back to get some adjustments to the work he did on my teeth and just when I thought all was well, I started to feel pain. So I had to go back to the office for that.I also found that on separate occasions when I would ask one of their dental assistants a question having to do with my teeth or upkeep of my dental work, it wouldnt match what the dentist would tell me when I would ask him. Then, during my procedure, I could hear the dentists phone dinging continuously. He is a younger man so maybe thats not a big deal to him, but I dont want to hear my dentists or doctors phone going off while theyre doing any work on me. I dont mean to sound like this is a horrible office, its just that when something like my teeth are being worked on and Im paying for this work to be done right, my standard is very high.

I went here for a total mouth restoration. My teeth have always been very bad. Dr. K gave me a priority list and then asked What do you want for your teeth? I appreciated that he wanted to know what I wanted for myself. I was considering implants but after Dr. K explained the pros/cons, I decided to stick with caps. His staff was very friendly and he used a technology on my wife to whiten her teeth that I had never seen before. I thought that was great and it worked well! Highly recommended.

What a great Dentist!! They are open on Saturdays. Really helped me out plus my teeth feel amazing! Wouldnt want to go any where else! Plus it is right down the road. The staff were all so sweet and they were able to get me right in and out!

The worst dental service ever I will never go back always changing my appointments

They took us as a walk in patient and seen us last minute and the dentist worked thru his lunch and we dont have insurance and gave us a good deal and didnt charge all those hidden fees. He was honest and straightforward and very gentle and my husbands teeth were extracted and he was happy with the speedy healing process. Very kind and professional people! I highly recommend them for everyone!!!

I was up and down all night, due to pain.... Its Easter weekend, no one was accepting any patients, I called Best Dental Care, and they got me right in. Dr. K and his assistant took very good care of me, he got my infected tooth out, making sure i was in the least possible amount of pain the whole time. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly.

They accept my inexpensive dental insurance. Free cleaning and check up confirmed a cavity and infection on an incisors. They were able to do a root canal and filling that same day! Best part - Dr. Simon used innovative techniques that allowed the work with NO PAIN.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible and Dr. K and his staff attended me the same day.Thanks to Dr. K and his assistant Reyna I felt much better.
