I went in for an oral sleep appliance. Ruth was amazing! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chip was great as well. He went over what the appliance does and how it works, etc. They both took time and answered all my questions and I didnt get rushed. Beautiful facility as well

Never had a bad experience. From the time you walk in the offices to the time you walk out, everyone is at the top of their game. The dental receptionists are friendly & always greet customers in a welcoming way. My hygienist (Tiffany) is the best one I’ve ever had. The sound of the drill bothers me; she recognized that after my first visit & now uses the drill minimally then cleans my teeth with the tools! It takes her longer but she is just as thorough. A real professional. Dr. Swinney will come and for the “final check” but he is so upbeat I forget sometimes I’m even at the dentist.If you’re looking for a dentist, you need to schedule an appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

I was a patient of Dr. Burnett for over a decade before his passing. I wasn’t sure how much I would like the new crew but I was pleasantly surprised! Rex, the Office Manager, introduced himself to me right away. Lee Ann was my hygienist and she was great. Dr. Morton visited with me and we talked about my extensive medical and dental history and she was very understanding and knowledgeable when I asked her some questions about future treatment options. And it was great to see Kristi still in the office. I’m glad I don’t have to search for a new dentist.

Brittany and my husband’s hygienist were excellent! Dr. Chip Swinney has a fantastic bedside manner. We’re brew to the area and this was our first visit...we’ve found our dental home!

My tooth fell out on Sunday December 22, and I was able to get an appoinment the next day for a temporary for the HOLIDAYS! Dr. Swinney was the best...he made my impressions to send to the Lab for a flipper tooth because I need an implant that day as well as tried to set up an appointment with an oral surgeon. I usually dont rate much, but I had to this is hands down one of the best dentist in Texas and I hate the dentist. I was impressed by the super nice facility, the great staff, and most of all Dr Swinney . I have fears of the dentist and they were erased . I actually found a dentist that cares about the patient and not just the bill and once again the amazing staff .

Dr. Swinney took the time to explain my current oral situation, explained options to remedy it, and preparation to insure a good outcome.

This dentist was pulling a tooth of mine and I made some noises because it was hurting and I was a little scared because I heard my tooth cracking..... he stopped working on my tooth and told me to look at him and told me Be quiet I looked at him and kind of laughed and said uh uhh jokingly. He put his tools down and asked me if I wanted to leave like him not finish pulling my tooth and me just get up and leave ...... I told him I was not going a damn place till I got my tooth out and he picked his tools back up and told me and I quote From now on in the future Id be happy to help you but so u know from now on the answer is never no and he pulled my tooth got up left and they had me leave..... Honestly I was scared that was insane like I could see the crazy in his eyes I mean who tells someone in pain to be quiet? Crazy psychopathic people thats who so unless you are cool with being treated that was this man is not for you hes aweful and I wouldnt reccomend him to anyone ever!

I love coming to this office. As much as I used to hate going to the dentist, they have ruined my image of dentistry, because now I actually look forward to it. The staff always greets me by name and asks about my family. They genuinely seem to care about me as more than just a patient. Dr. Swinney has been nothing but professional and has made me feel at ease. My family and I will definitely be life-long patients here.
