Im quite sure this is the best place to go in all of East Texas. Dr. Dennis Stansbury is by far the most talented dentist I have encountered in my life. Dr. Stansbury has a fantastic reputation, is a leader in his field among his peers, and even provides training to other doctors at industry conferences. He is the best of the best and we are lucky to have his talent in our community. Hes also a fantastically calm, caring, and patient guy, and he even laughs at my terrible jokes. He has all of the state-of-art technology tools: 3D scanners (super cool to watch), computer-controlled numbing devices that allow for absolutely gentle and pain free numbing of the gums, and 3D printers for things like retainers and mouth-guards which he can print out in a matter of hours! In addition to all of this, his staff is truly exceptional. Gina is an amazing dental assistant and really did some great work adjusting my braces, and she is patient enough to explain the entire process if you have any questions. It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted by Brooke - who is an absolute pleasure to work with. Shes extremely helpful, well-organized, and always brightens my day. I rated Stansbury Dental 5 stars because you really do get the 5-star treatment when you visit them!

Dr. Stansbury and his entire office offer a ‘calm’ that I don’t believe you can find anywhere else. He is gentle, soft spoken and never shames a patient. He has done So much work for me and my smile is beautiful when he is finished. The technicians make sure you have a drink or a blanket and the relaxing massage chair turned on while you can watch the television above you. Can’t say enough good! One more thing... Dr Stansbury is truly an dental Artist.

Wa impressed with office and staff and time taken for me at consultation. BUT very highly dissatisfied that the treatment plan was discussed on first appointment, then changed on second appointment. Fist appointment was told they are 100% confident in plan, then The second appointment treatment plan I questioned because it changed ....and they re-assrued me for an hour of confidence in this plan..... to the point I was excited to start! I did not hear back from them for over two weeks and after calling and leaving two messages, I received a call back stating they do not care to do either treatment plans discussed and will send referral names to me. This wasted over a month, month and half of my time! No explanation or anything given as to why, or what changed. Just basically assume they dont have time for me? I have no idea still. VERY UNHAPPY about the no explanation after wasting so much of my time there. hav egotten two other opinions since and both places happy to care for me. UNACCEPTABLE treatment, especially after how re-assuring and convincing they were at consults.

He has a great reputation among dentists in East Texas and he did not disappoint when I went to see him. He will settle for nothing short of the best possible experience for his patients. I had to get a crown for a fractured tooth and was super nervous as this was my first major dental procedure. Dr. Stansbury explained the entire procedure before we started and put me so much at ease that I declined the nitrous! He uses modern and high tech methods and I seriously barely felt anything! He and his staff are amazing and do all they can to put you at ease. He even had an exam chair with a massage function! Amazing dentist and staff. Highly recommend!

Best Dentist in TEXAS hands down!!! Hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a kid! I had a tooth that was broken and I thought I was going to lose it!! Dr. Stansbury saw me and immediately told me he could fix it!! 😳😳 Needless to say 45 mins later I had a nice provisional in place and a new crown on its way!! Did I mention he has a MAGIC wand!!! I didn’t feel a thing!! He’s up to date on all kinds of awesome gadgets!! The staff is amazing and on top of things the whole time!! The massaging chair was also a PLUS!!! I tell you Dr. Stansbury has IT ALL!! You’re missing out if your not seeing him!!!

BE CAREFUL! My wife decided to try this place out. They took her insurance, told her she was good to go, even had her do extra work. A YEAR later they call and told her that insurance didnt cover the cost and she better pay or they will send it to collections. Bad business practice luckily we were able to pay the expensive bill or my wifes credit would have taken a big hit.

Best experience I have had in a dentist office. The staff was friendly, courteous, informative. I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. Ashley by far did the best job I have ever had done with cleaning my teeth. She was very thorough and wanted to know I was satisfied before I left and I was the last appointment of the day.

I am Dr. Stansburys biggest fan. To say that I had a fear of dentist would understate my emotions prior to becoming a patient of his. I had completely neglected my teeth for years and it had nothing to do with finances or cost. When I called his office 7 years ago it was only because dying sounded like a better alternative than living with the tooth pain I had been experiencing. I had no idea that dentist like him existed in the world. He was the most patient, kind, concerned, talented dentist I had ever met and he slowly began to help me through the process of getting my teeth healthy. I cannot even describe my embarrassment or the humility it took to sit in his chair and open my mouth for the first time, he not only understood, he cared. I have had hours and hours of dental work in the past 7 years and my heartbeat doesnt even escalate when I drive into his parking lot these days. This past visit I was a little nervous because it was a front tooth he was going to work on and in the past that always meant shots in the roof of my mouth, not with Dr. Stansbury. He always has the most updated technology, gentle touch and more importantly compassion and empathy. If you are looking for a dentist I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stansbury and his staff. I can assure you that once you go to him no other dentist will ever measure up in terms of bedside manner, skill, empathy, compassion or quality of work!!!

Ive been a patient for almost 10 years. They are always so kind and professional. I love how consistent they are. I work with the same technician each time and we have gotten to know each other over the years. Recently my husband and I were in an accident. I have been a patient of Dr Stansbury many years. What I most admire is that he is always up to date on the latest advances, especially if it will make his patients more comfortable. For instance, in most cases he does not use a syringe and needle to numb but instead uses a method of inserting by the gums to numb . Painless. He is a perfectionist. If a crown is not acceptable to his standards, then it goes back to the lab. I’ve had other dentists admire the work he has performed on me. I have been a patient of Dr. Stansburys for over 10 years now. I have moved over an hour away from Tyler and he is still my dentist. That should say a lot about him and the people that work with him. He is very professional and caring with each patient. The office staff is one of the best and take care of all your needs. Dr. Stansbury tries to make your visit to the dentist as comfortable as possible from the comfortable chair you are in while he is caring for you to the tv that you watch while you are in the chair. I appreciate this office and am grateful for all they do.
