I was a new patient. From the moment I walked in the door, until the moment I walked out, I was treated like family. I felt like I had been going to Worden Dentistry for years. Kelly the Hygienist was awesome and explained everything she was doing. She even talked football, from the high school level, college, and pros! The office was very clean and warming, made me feel right at home. Dr. Worden is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain, and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend Worden Dentistry and his staff if you are looking for a nice, quality, dentist office.

Everything was great! As a person who does have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, Dr. Worden and his entire staff made me feel extremely comfortable. They genuinely cared about my well-being. I hate that they don’t accept Care Credit but they worked with me when it came to paying for my procedure which I genuinely appreciated.

Today my son got braces at Dr. Worden’s office and it was a great experience. All of the staff was so kind and they answered all our questions. He’s been our regular dentist for a year but now he’s our orthodontist too. Wonderful service and a great staff.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. When Dr. Prosser retired and Dr. Worden bought his practice, I knew from the start that I would continue to go there for my dental needs. Great dentist and staff!

The dental hygienist was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She was very knowledgeable about their services and answered all my questions. She was thorough and kind. Dr Worden was friendly and informative as well. He answered my questions and clearly knows his stuff. I also got Invisalign here and have had wonderful results. Ashley is very kind and knowledgeable in her help.

Dr Worden saw me when I had an accident and my dentist was closed. I am so thankful. He and his staff busily worked on putting my teeth back in place. They have since worked me in twice to make adjustments. I have several more visits before my mouth and teeth are repaired, and I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

I became a patient of Dr. Worden a year ago when he took over the practice of Dr. Matt Prosser who retired. During this time, Dr. Worden has replaced one filling and put a crown on 2 of my teeth. I am also using him for my orthodontics and he is using Invisalign to straighten my teeth. I am very pleased with the way my teeth are aligning and have only a few more months to go. Dr. Worden and his assistant, Ashley, are gentle and explain what they are doing throughout any procedures. Kelly, the hygientist, is wonderful and has been cleaning my teeth over 20 years. I highly recommend Worden Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Strongly recommends him as a dentist. He went above and beyond to get a crown in before I went on vacation. I really didn’t want to go on vacation with a temporary and have to babysit it while way from home. And he rushed the crown and did it before I left. This kind of service from me is a 10 out of 10. 5 star great customer service.

I saw Dr. Worden today for the first time as a patient. I needed a new crown. Dr. Worden and his entire staff are very friendly. Dr. Worden is knowledgably and seems genuinely concerned about not only my teeth, but also my well being. For instance, he noticed some skin abrasions inside my mouth and referred me to a specialist in order to have it looked at further.

Met Dr Worden last week and told him my anxiety about being in a dentist office. He was very patient and took his time to work on my tooth.The staff are friendly and the office has a cheerful atmosphere.

Did not meet the new dentist but they have the same very competent and friendly staff as before. The new dentist/owner has repainted the office and refreshed some of the equipment. Highly recommended.

Dr. Worden and his staff are now established in Tyler after assuming the practice of retiring Dr. Prosser, who made a strong effort to recruit a good dentist as his replacement. We have been to see him for regular checkups, which were thorough and detailed, and he has done 4 crowns for Marjorie. Like Dr. Prosser, Dr. Worden takes a professional and caring approach and is very painstaking and patient. I had some extensive dental work done with Dr Worton . I was a little nervous to start but it was so easy and completely pain free as I almost even fell asleep with the headphones and music. I also have a gag reflex and with help from doctor Woodens assistant I didnt have any issues. The whole staff there is wonderful and very professional.

Like many I dont love going to the dentist. I think it was the first time that a dentist made sure I was really numb and getting a filling did not hurt at all. Great dentist and very nice staff.

Very thorough cleaning, Dentist checked things Ive never had checked before. Gave me an honest review of my teeth. I feel like Im in good hands.

I have been to other dental offices that claim 30 years combined experience. But you know that means its a handful of young dentists that are pooling their collective years to make it sound better. With Dr. Prosser, he *no kidding* has 32 years (as of 2015) of experience! And it shows. His office staff has been with him forever and they are always incredibly friendly to me when I walk through the door. Dr. Prosser is always very professional, yet shows genuine concern for any problems Im experiencing or pain that I have. He will always tell it to you straight and never try to sell you on some pricey dental procedure that you dont really need. Trust is huge when it comes to my relationship with my doctors and care providers. Bottom Line: I would recommend Dr. Prosser to absolutely anyone.

What a delightful experience. Everyone was so very friendly. Dr. Worden was patient, informative, and answered all of my questions. The cleaning was fantastic. I actually really enjoyed my time at the dentist, as funny as that may seem.
