Cannot thank this office enough. Dr Perez was AMAZING. He was so gentle and patient with me. Tiara was incredibly sweet. Do not regret my decision to come here. Im horribly scared of dentist and this office was awesome. 2 teeth were pulled and I felt nothing at all. The experience has me at ease about coming back for further treatment. HIHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Sometimes choosing a Dentist can be a daunting task and then the actual visit to the Dentist is dreaded and extremely uncomfortable. After my 3rd procedure with Dr. Javier Perez DDS at Times Square Family Dental in Tyler, I can honestly say that my experiences have been painless, I have felt very welcome and at ease by him and his staff and find his prices very reasonable. Great experience! Professional and calming atmosphere. Had a tooth extraction done 7/10 and felt absolutely nothing during the process. Three days later and feeling much better compared to the massive toothache I was experiencing for a week. Dr. Perez listened to me when I told him I wanted to pull the tooth out, even at 9 months pregnant. I highly recommend this office. Everything was great!

I came here about two months ago to get my root canal done and I was satisfied with the results. It went very well and it wasnt a bad experience like stories Ive heard of about root canals. Dr. Perez is very friendly and knows his profession. I believe he is very honest in helping you make the right choices about your dental work. And his staff, they totally rock. Very helpful as well. This was the best visit to the dentist Ive had. Their service was fast and thorough. The people were kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me when it took a while for me to make decisions. I was allowed to take a family member back into my appointment. As someone with agoraphobia, this was a great comfort.

Very helpful, friendly and considerate! My son needed a couple crowns, the temporary ones were placed about 2 weeks ago. One came off this weekend and they got us in as soon as I called. Thankfully his permanent ones were in as well. In all honesty, the best dentist I’ve been too in a very long while!

I had a good experience at this dentist office. they were able to see me without an appointment when i went in because of a toothache. they arent open on some days of the week but i think this is because they have just opened and are a new business. everything in the office was very new and they have coffee for you while you wait. the front desk ladies were very nice and the doctor was gentle on my teeth. i also think they have good prices if you dont have insurance. this will be my dentist from now on.

I normally dont give reviews, but after my daughters visit with Dr.Perez I would like to recognized his work. My 7 year old daughter had teeth extracted today, and I was impressed with his staff. The front desk employees were very friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Perez is very knowlegable at what he does. He did an awsome job extracting those teeth. The staff here is AMAZING! The receptionists were so sweet and had excellent phone etiquette when setting up my appointment. The doctor was SO good with my 5 year old son who was a little scared at the beginning of the appointment. The dentist was very gentle and put my son at ease. We are new in town and were nervous about finding a new dentist but we are glad to say that after visiting TSFD we dont have to look anywhere else!

Ive been going here for a while getting my teeth cleaned. I put off the fillings because I was really nervous. I got six done in one sitting and it went really well! The staff is so friendly. Im thinking about switching my kids from Boozer and taking them here so we can all go at the same time.

Went to see Dr. Javiar Perez today, to determine my dental needs prior to my orthodontic treatment. I cant say enough about his professionalism and his interest in providing me with a detailed dental plan. His staff as well as himself were very detailed oriented and pleasant. I was amazed that even after 6pm the only thing they were concerned with was my dental health. 10 out of 10. Exceeded my expectations

After getting an $18,000 estimate from Smith Dental on some cosmetic work, I came here for a second opinion. And Im so glad I did. Dr. Perez and his staff have been nothing but friendly and professional. Im only one visit away from being finished, but I can already see such a big difference in my smile. And I wasnt out of pocket anything close to what the other dentist quoted.

I have never had a worse dental appointment Im searching for a dentist so I call 1800-Dentist they hand the fall over to time square dentists they have an appointment at ten (note: its 915) at this time the lady told me that to bring $70 and that would set me up on payments so I hurry to the office I live in overton and they are in deep South Tyler, I get there with two bad teeth they make me pay the 70 up front, the woman on the phone told me that after the exam that the doctor would pull the teeth.well guess what not only did he not pull my teeth he complained that my blood pressure was alittle high (140/95) and so he sent me home with ten tramadol and a referral to the oral surgeon to extract the two teeth at a later date and this was on Friday so I was ripped not having my teeth pulled also screwed out of 70 dollars to sit the weekend with severe pain
