All the staff from the front desk, to the exam room and even check out were extremely nice and welcoming. I loved how private, unique and fun the rooms were to keep your little one calm but also not bothering the people around them. My toddler usually shuts down around new people but she was very happy and didnt give the hygienist or dentist a hard of a time. I would recommend Storybook Smiles to anyone with children and only wish I knew about them sooner for my older daughter.

The office itself is beautifully decorated with private rooms for each patient! Every employee was welcoming and warm! My child was a bit difficult but they took every measure to make him feel comfortable. Dr Dylan was great! He was very patient and informative. After our visit, we went to another private room to discuss payments for our upcoming procedure and it was nice getting to hear all the options there at the appointment. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist office!! You will not be disappointed!

Dr Patrick and his staff were SO patient with my autistic and extremely nervous & anxious kiddo when he went in to have some work done. They did everything to make him feel more comfortable, including letting him take his time to warm up to the chair and everything before starting. They also decided to break his visit up to gain trust with my son and not overwhelm him. Weve also taken my younger son for teeth cleaning and he loves it! Such a great environment & experience for kids and parents!

They were very professional, kind and caring with my children. They educated my older children on how they can improve on everyday hygiene when brushing. They were extremely gentile with my younger children. As a parent I was very happy with our visit in explaining everything in detail and every step of treatment.. I was also very happy that they were able to schedule all 4 of my children for the same day so I did not have to make multiple trips into tyler. I would definitely recommend Story Book dentistry to all my friends and family.

I loved the staff. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. My two year old had oral surgery today. I was so nervous about him being put under anesthesia. They made me feel more relaxed. They were also very communicating throughout the whole process, from day one. They took great care of me and my baby. I highly recommend.

What a great place from start to finish! The staff, Dr. Patrick, the Anesthesiologist and of course the ambience. Sterile yet relaxing. They updated us when needed so we weren’t sitting there wondering what was going on. Everyone was so kind and made the experience so fun. Truly good people. It’s so important for your young ones to have a good dental experience when they are young, so that they maintain a health mouth when they get older without dental anxiety. This is the place to go! The only thing my daughter cried about was that she didn’t get to play with toys more before she left. Lol If I could give 10 STARS I WOULD.

I must say I was very impressed with my visit. The online scheduling process was very easy. When we arrived our check in process was smooth and easy. My son has high anxiety when it comes to dentist visit but he loved it. They were very patient and let him know everything that was going on. They even gave him a mirror so he could see everything they were doing. Once he was done he recieved tokens to pick out prizes. It was an overall great experience and we will definitely be going back.

Dr Miller and his staff did a fantastic job with our son. Our son has autism. And Dr Miller knew how to keep our son safe and comfortable while cleaning our son teeth and performing a thorough exam. His expertise got the job done. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! We walked in frustrated and in need of treatment. We left happy after a wonderful experience! The entire office is energetic, efficient, and has a “with it ness” that stands out. Everyone seems happy to be there and the energy is contagious.I knew exactly what the charges would be. I was informed about everything. I left with a follow up appointment. I only wish that they could also see my husband and me!

This was my sons first visit to the dentist and they were able to put both of us at ease, and set up a treatment plan for our concerns. Everyone we saw in the office was professional and super friendly! I’m not sure I’ve ever met nicer dentists than Dr. Patrick and Dr. Miller. I wish they took adults! I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends for their kids as well!

So besides providing amazing pediatric dental care.. I cannot begin to explain all the little details that they provided that mattered! as a mom of three children who works full-time and can barely remember anything and would lose her head if it wasn’t attached, I literally had three ladies ask me today if I needed a school note for my kids. I always forget this. I was SO thankful that they helped make me (for once) look like a well organized mom.. They also were able to work my daughter in as a walk-in since I was already taking her brother. This saved me so much time for another day! The hygienist also took a little extra time to talk with my daughter specifically about brushing her teeth.. I so appreciate all of you and your help with my kiddos today. I can actually say that I finally found my kids dentist office ❤️

Everyone here is so friendly and caring. The office itself is absolutely amazing and I love how each room has a theme and you can see inside them through the glass doors. I have 4 kids and take them all at the same time and can go between rooms checking on them and talking to the staff. I would recommend this dental office anyday!

Every one of the staff I encountered was friendly. The hygienist was helpful in explaining how to best take care of my one year olds teeth. She, along with the dentist, were so patient with ‘my screaming toddler. While we waited briefly for the dentist, my daughter loved seeing the huge painted wall full of fish in the under the sea room. This is a great office to bring kids of all ages and I look forward to transferring my older kids over here for their next visits. I will be recommending them to any one who asks.

Everyone in the office is very friendly. For our super anxious kiddo, she was walked through every step. She was so nervous for a few days before and left saying the dentist is a super fun place to go. If you have a child who is anxious, special needs or just really needs to know every step, I highly recommend. They are also very patient and not rushing your appointment.

I have been to several pediatric dentists and Dr. Patrick is by far the best! The staff was so helpful and nice. Procedures were explained in great detail and all of my questions were answered. One HUGE perk is Dr. Patrick prayed before the procedure and that meant so much to me and my daughter. Dr. Jeff, the anesthesiologist, and his nurse were also awesome and explained everything. They also made my daughter feel so comfortable. I was nervous about her going back alone and she warmed up to them very quickly. Overall this was a great experience.

After a bad experience with my daughter at another dentist, we decided to try Storybook Smiles out- and it was the best decision we made. The office and all the different themed rooms made my daughter feel comfortable, not to mention the movie selection and headphones in the room for the kids during the procedures. They go over everything with the parent and the patient to make them feel comfortable! The doctor and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, And my biggest thing - we aren’t getting unnecessary dental work done just because! We finally found a pediatric dentist to keep :)

Very fast service and friendly staff. DR. Patrick cares for his patients and it dhows. Clean office. NOT BREASTFEEDING FRIENDLY!!!! I was allowed to nurse my 16 month old but I was told I should wean her for dental health. Since she turned 1 the nurses have said I need to wean on multiple occasions by different nurses. That is personal decision between my child and myself. Brushing/wiping her teeth after nursing is a more appropriate suggestion

I looked through many dentist offices because I was extremely anxious for my sons very first dentist appointment. Storybook Smiles exceeded my expectations. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and truly helped my son feel more comfortable. The dentist and hygienist explained everything that I needed to know with patience. I took my 20 month old overactive, into everything little boy. The staff was very patient, and entertained by my little guy. We didn’t fell rushed at all, but at the same time, we weren’t left waiting forever so that my son had time to get into everything. The rooms were pretty much as child proofed as they could be, so when my son decided to go exploring, the staff and I weren’t worried about him getting into everything. Overall great first experience for a dentist appointment.

Nikki, the dental hygienist, was extremely friendly and my daughter loved her. The office was very clean and efficiently ran. Even our last stop at the checkout was pleasant. All staff was very polite and patient with our questions. They squeezed us in last minute because my daughter was having pain. Then they squeezed us in again to fix the problem same day! We were impressed with the level of care and kindness! Overall awesome!

They were all helpful and interacted so nicely with my children.They even let my oldest get a toy for being so good while her little sister got checked out. I really appreciated the atmosphere and decorated rooms and the overall attitude of the entire staff, Im so glad we came here.

Awesome place! It’s been a while since my kids have been to the dentist, I haven’t liked the last few places we have been. So I made an appointment for both of my kids, they got them in on the same day, same time which was perfect. My kids (3&6) LOVED their themed rooms with the TVs above their heads! The staff was super nice and so friendly from the moment we walked in which eased their nerves (and mine) dr Patrick was very knowledgeable and let me know both kids are cavity free and are good to go! Can not sing enough praises of this place! Dr. Patrick and his staff have been the absolute best to me and my daughter. They have taken extra care to explain to me in detail any issues and all of the options for treatment as well as benefits and risks of the treatments. I have no idea how they are able to communicate so well with my daughter snd put her at ease, their little sayings and quirks just come out so natural and even after having several teeth pulled she came out saying “I love my dentist”. We had a dental emergency today, I called the office and they got us right in with barely any wait. I will always recommend Storybook Smiles and actually wish he could be my dentist too!

5 star experience. The wait time was less than 4 minutes. The staff and the Dentist were super friendly. I have 3 children ranging from 23-13 and this was the best pediatric dentistry appointment I have ever experienced. My 13 year old will definitely continue with this office until he outgrows them!

Everything was wonderful from setting the appointment to the very end. The day of the appointment the doctor came in and explain to me from the beginning to the end. Even after the procedure the doctor came and had a talk. The staff was nice, helpful and understanding.

Storybook Smiles was incredible. We took our (very active) son, and he did so well. The office has TVs everywhere so that the kids can watch TV while their teeth are getting looked at. Dr. Patrick and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist was so patient with our son when she was trying to get x-rays from him and he wasnt wanting to cooperate. This office is very kid-friendly and we will definitely continue to see Dr. Patrick and his staff.
