Nichole was so responsive throughout the entire process of buying our first home. Even when we decided to make an offer on a Saturday evening (on the Fourth of July), she called us quickly to get the info she needed to get the offer submitted that night. She has unlimited patience, walked us through each step, and was so easy to work with. Nichole is a great communicator, she kept track of details between the buyer’s realtor, our lender, the title company; she always made sure we knew where we were in the process, what we were waiting on, steps we should be taking, etc.Our out of state move during COVID that we were dreading was made so much easier by Nichole - she met with inspectors, made sure to periodically prompt our lender about our tight timeline, and reassured us the whole way. We will gladly work with her again in the future.

Nichole did an amazing job from start to finish. Our house was beautifully staged,she coordinated professional photos and as a result our house was on the market for only 1 day!! She answered every question we had throughout the process quickly and with so much knowledge. I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Nichole is a very enthusiastic realtor, which is exactly what you want when looking to buy or sell real estate. She went the extra mile to get my house ready for the sale bringing in additional items from her personal collection to make sure the beauty of my home came through in the photos. Anytime I had a question Nichole made herself available and she was always diligent to ensure the sale was progressing as appropriate. Nichole scheduled inspections of the property we bought, assisted in resolving issues, kept us on schedule, and informed us in advance of requirements. She apprised us of the trend to have the home seller pay part of the closing cost in the form of seller credit. This was extreamely helpful with our finances and was something we were not aware of, and did not take advantage of in buying former homes.
