We worked with Bob Norris for about a year before we finally picked the house we bought. We were the reason it took a year to find a place, not Bob. Bob was very patient with us, always answered the phone when we called, and always made himself available when we wanted him. Even at one point, he was in Italy and still answering our calls. Another time, he flew in from out of state and drove directly to our house to show us a property, suitcase still in his car. He answered all our questions honestly, even if we didnt like the answer, he always told us the truth
