I have been renting though this company for 4 years. Though these years I have only dealt with more and more ridiculous fines. The lack of empathy from this company is astonishing. After leaving with a 30day notice and all I was charged an additional 30 days for not having the 3 keys that I was give 3 years ago. At this time I was so focused on falling the 30day I didnt even notice I hadnt walked into the office to physically hand the key to the property manager. Because I had left it inside the house they charged me an additional month witch put me into debt and made it so i was unable to rent a house. But that was not realty executives issues. I will never rent from them or buy a house from them after experiencing this. I was charged a fee for having a dusty air filter after putting it in for a week. They said the AC was not working because of the filter but after it was changed it had no difference in the temperature i was constantly scared to contact or notify my property manager in fear that he would find another way to charge me a ridiculous fee. I have had apartments treat me better and thats just a testament to how low this company sees its renters I could only imagine how I would be scammed if I had tried to buy a house.

Told we would be given an offer after sending pictures. Didn’t come look at our house until much later and then told they didn’t want to spend that much in our area. They pushed for us to move forward on this offer and made us feel like this was going smoothly. Pulled the rug from under us, never sent us offer letters like they promised on two separate occasions and finally said they wouldn’t give us initial offer.

We had a situation come up in our family, where we inherited a home. And we did not know what to do, and keeping it was not an option. Worst experience ever! In process of buying a home from them. Basically put lipstick on a pig with their flip. Tons of issues and poorly executed repairs. Tried to sell home without working electrical outlets, plumbing issues that wouldve led to major costs, non-working windows. Almost ever repair has been poorly done and did not repair the issue, only made it LOOK as though the repairs were done. This has been months long ordeal trying to get things done right. I would recommend that you RUN before purchasing anything from this company. They do not care for quality, customers, and they completely lack integrity.

Very disappointed they were not honest about representing my home in an ethical way. Actually had unrepresented buyer show up to view my home.

Caution, One of their senior buyers realtors posted a notice at my home claiming they have bought it in a foreclosure sale. Foreclosure is in dispute. The problem here is that this realtor agent (name withheld due to pending lawsuit) is a neighbor (within one minute walking distance 5 houses away) who has been purposefully hiding his location from me and had been visiting my property looking to take unfair advantage. Readers may contact me privately for documents relating to this blatant fraudulent practice. ALSO! Be advise these are the same people (company) that has We Buy Homes with a fleet of pick-up trucks ready to haul your stuff away. I have their trucks on video record trespassing as well.You may ask, why all the pretty faces in the picture below? Well this one relatively small suite #125 on East Paradise Falls Road houses 5 separate company entities all involved in real-estate transactions, verification of property and many other real-estate related items. Dare I say, bottom feed-ing on distressed property and other types of distress. These are displacement profiteers. And just look how happy they are. I just hope they are equally as happy during depositions... Thank you for reading.

I had an amazing experience when it came to selling my home when I was relocating up to PHX for work. They were very professional and helped every step of the way from explaining it to actaully coming through with their offer. I didnt think they would really get me an offer within 48 hours and once I had it I was amazed and signed that day. Would highly recommend selling to these guys if you dont want to deal with realtor fees!

Twice Ive called and asked that I not receive any more postcards asking to sell my house and twice they assured me they would take my name and address out of their data base and today I get my third postcard from them. I am filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Office and writing this review in hopes that this harassment stops!!!

Had an appointment today at 11am, took day off to talk to them about selling my house or getting a cash offer. When no one showed up, I called and the girl I spoke to said she had called, talked to me a couple of days ago and since the couldn’t offer me anything close to what my house is worth, that I asked to cancel the appointment. Only problem is NO ONE EVER CALLED ME! I don’t know who they spoke to, but it wasn’t me!! Terrible customer service, don’t waste your time!!😡😡

Realtor Kim Thompson is very difficult to get ahold of and does not answer phone calls. Don’t waste your time.
