The people here are very helpful and SO NICE! Lori helped me rent a place here while I was still living in Missouri, she made it so easy for me. And all of the employees Ive met so far are so nice! They really do care about their customer and I can see it in every interaction. I have never dealt with such a great property management company before.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely terrible! They lie consistently and make up things that are not stated on the lease. If I choose to go month to month, you cannot lock me in for October, November, and December because you feel those are difficult months to garner new tenants. If my AC goes out and you have someone come complete a repair, you cannot charge me if the repair is not completed correctly and the AC technician has to come out to the house a second or third time. If you choose to rent with this company, BEWARE and make sure you keep a copy of your lease to show as proof when they begin with the lies!

We rented with Acacia for three full years. Had we not bought a home, we would still be with them. Response times to any problems was always almost immediate. Also - did I mention - we got our FULL deposit back? Have rented with four different property management companies in Tucson (and three others outside the state); Acacia was hands down the best.

Weve rented a home in the vail area for almost a year through Acacia Partners and we couldnt be happier.This summer our AC stopped working, of course on the hottest day of the year. I put a ticket in and got a call back right away. They said they were sending someone from their office over with a portable AC to cool down the house, and before that person even got here an emergency service person was here and fixed the broken compressor!! Seriously lightening speed.This week we have been having major issues with our garage. Today we couldnt get the door to close it all. I tried to troubleshoot it myself by calling the manufacturer, and they told me that the door needed to be balanced.I went online and put a ticket in at 3:40. Its currently 4:40, and a company has already called me, and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow.If youre looking to rent a home that Acacia Partners handles, I cant recommend them enough. And if youre a homeowner looking for a property management company, you can rest assured that your tenants will be extremely pleased if you decide to go with them!!

John and Greg have been awesome managing my 2 Tucson properties over the past 10 years. I was an out of state landlord and they hustled to get my place rented and always did all the repairs needed in a cost effective way. They also successfully sold my properties within 1 week of being on the market and got me a great sales price!

In the 3 1/2 yrs with this company, they have always gotten maintenance issues taken care of surprisingly fast. I’ve had opportunities to move to a more spacious place; but with my great experience with this one (and the horrible reviews I’ve seen with others), I decided to stay. The peace of mind that comes from having a responsible management company & complex owner is definitely worth it to me.

They provide detailed, monthly, communications on the status of the property, which includes up to date property and accounts information. They have maintained a succession high quality tenants in a timely manner. Their selection of tenants has been excellent as has their general, professional, management of our property.

Greg and his team have been awesome taking care of our two rental properties for the past 10 years or so. They are responsible and professional. I have full confidence in their judgement and integrity. Greg has helped us shop for rental properties and thanks to him we bought our second property which has proved to be a very sound investment. His team takes charge of needed repairs and consult us as to which one of the bids we approve. Their statements, invoices and reports come tax time are transparent and invaluable. Absolutely terrible service and rude employees. There emergency maintenance line is a joke. They say they will have someone out asap but then dont show up until 2 days later. The lady who answers phones should learn compassion because she clearly doesnt care about the unbearable heat my family is living in.

The company was nice but the property wasnt so great. Maybe it was just the area, but we got our car broken into multiple times and even damaged. People were always stealing things from our little yard. Had a few problems with our unit, so when we put in a maintenance request we would hear back from management next day which was good, but the maintenance person sometimes wouldnt show up till a few weeks later. One time it was about a month till things got fixed. The landscape people were generally nice and had good upkeep with the area. All in all we didnt really have any BIG problems with Acacia partners. The neighborhood was just VERY awful.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I made an appointment to see a house for rent two weeks before it was available for showing. I was supposed to look at this house the same day the people moved out. 25 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call stating that the house has been rented and that my appointment is canceled. This has happened to me twice with this place. Completely disorganized and unfair. When you tell a customer that they will be the first to look at it right when the people move out but turn around and rent it to somebody else just blows my mind. Thanks for the honesty telling me Ill be the first to look at it.My advice dont waste your time with this place

Saw a beautiful townhome for rent and was completely turned off when John showed up late and was extremely rude. Talked down to us and completely talked us out the place. If it was a different person showing us the townhome my mother or I would of put down a deposit. We are both looking for a rental and it had everything we wanted and was in our price range. Blows my mind.

Acacia Partners do a good job of the renting housing and representing owners. Administratively they do well too with statements, etc. They handle a variety of properties, both multifamily and single residence.

We rented from Acacia for several years. They were extremely fair with me and my wife. After a span we had an issue with the floor buckling due to the evap cooler. After some delegation they decided to put in an AC on the property and didn’t raise our rent as we already had an agreed lease! When we moved out they didn’t use the opportunity to make profit. My wife had made a burn in the carpet in one room. Acacia only charged us for the carpet in that one room; as apposed to replacing all the carpet on our dollar (technically they could)! 10/10 would rent/buy from them again in the future.
