Super friendly and helpful staff. Takes time to find you what works for you. Very informative about work places and willing to take time to explain all details. Understanding and straight forward. Very pleasant experience for my first time using a temp agency.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company so far. Been working with them a long time to help find employees for a company i worked at. Now that I need a job they jumped into action and made it easy. Being unemployed is hard enough, but Express helped me when I needed it the most. I highly recommend Express if you need a job of any kind!

Express is the most unprofessional agency to apply for. They judge you based on your job history and have no intentions on placing you on a job. They do not return phone calls. The front desk receptionist thinks its a fashion show and cant even dress. I dont recommend this place to anyone who has any respect for themselves.

I was calling about a job for about a month & every time I call they was acting like they didn’t know anything & they was going to give me a call back when I job come available but that never HAPPENED !! So please don’t waste your time they go based off what a old job say instead of helping you find a job !!! But thank god I got a job NEVER AGAIN !

I have used Express 3 times in 3 years, everytime I go Cindy or one of the Staff members are always friendly and helpful with finding me a job, they will tell you all if the details to the job that they have been given by the employer. I am currently working at a great place thanks to Cindy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is really wanting to work.

My boyfriend filled out there information and NEVER got a call back. We even went up there to talk with them and they REFUSED to tell us anything other than well call you. Never happened. They were unfriendly and just didnt care. I strongly suggest bypassing this agency.

Express is the worse place anyone can go look for a job. They beat me out of my 7 hours I worked for them and told me they only owed me for an hour which I never got that either. What professional business you know give out their personal number then play slow when you call them on it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to every go here. Im trying my best to reach corporate!!!! The first reason of not getting paid is because I didnt have the company name on my time card when they the ones who clearly sent me there. What company you know still uses time cards in 2020! I have been strung along for over a month by far this is not over yet!

I had just been released from a job with another employment agency due to the company having low funds and I didnt know what to do. So I called back Express and with in a few hours i was going to an interview with a trades company with amazing opportunities.

I cannot express enough how... disappointed I am with my experience with Express. I submitted an application with them over a year ago and I never hear from them. BEWARE employment agencies in Texarkana for the most part dont help you get a job; they only help you do what you can do on your own FIND ONE. If its not a manual labor job youre seeking they will not push to get you the job. They are in strong company with several other employment agencies in Texarkana that operate like this. I finally got a job ON MY OWN with a wonderful organization that doesnt play games and truly recognizes an individual with talent and potential.Express Employment Professionals please do better for the next group of job seekers.

Amazing people very quick service applied for a job and then the next day had an interview got the job now making more than I currently was great service.

I applied for a job in JANUARY 2020....rushed through my interview, shown no respect judged and feel so bad after going here applying for employment. I have called only to get scripted answers. This place should revamp and add some people who remember how stressful job searches are especially in a time where unemployment is so high. I see No african americans behind desk and do not feel this is a equal opportunity employer. I will also be contacting the BBB because this is unfair and unprofessional in 2020 to be judged off the pigmentation of your skin. Very disappointed.

If youd like to get a job, its just best you apply directly with the company you want to work for. Dont waste your time on Express Unprofessional Employment.Theyre rude.Theyll say anything to keep you happy and not follow through.They dont return calls.They dont respond to online applications. (Side note: VIA: HEATHER - They dont keep track of the applications online. They can only see your accounts availability status which falls back to unavailable each morning)Theres much more I could tell you, but the point in this review is to say that theyre not what they seem to be. Dont waste your time.

Have to say, not impressed with them. Got a voicemail from them about a job and called them back within 15 minutes. No answer so I left a voicemail. Never got a call back and have called and left many other voicemails, as they never answer, and they have never returned one of them.

If you have any respect for yourself, do not go to this agency. After filling out paperwork for 30 minutes, I had to use the restroom as most would. I asked the lady up front, and she said we dont have a public restroom. I replied im not the public, im a potential associate. I was told again No public restroom. Then I go see the lady that interviews, and she looks at my resume. All she did was look at my resume and ask why did you leave there for for every job. She was rushed and not interested in finding out about my skills. I have one word for this experience Degrading !!

Not a bad place, went there a couple months back waited for some work but decided to go back again see if they can find my some work soon, hoping to get a welding interview sometime this week thanks and hopefully get something this week cause I put in for a couple jobs and would like to go head interview

NO STARS!!!! GO TO MANPOWER ON SUMMERHILL ROAD! Express has NOT even ONCE tried to help me they are LLLAAAZZZZYYYY and liars! they tell you what you want to hear so they dont have to keep talking to you! Manpower is def. the place to go much better staff and a lot nicer!

Heather and Cydney have always been so helpful when I was looking for employment! They put up with my pickiness and helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend. One of my best friends got a great job through them a month ago and she loves it!

The service is terrible, they won’t call back, they sent me to an interview only to get fired from my current job now they haven’t gotten back to me for two days, wasting my time, gas, and money don’t go here, then the lady in the front was rude over the phone, express unemployment and unprofessional

Well, Im a single father going to school and a damn hard worker with work exp. Im four weeks in. After going up there multiple times, I finally managed to get into a interview. Joel told me he would find me a job a week an a half ago. These people just drag their feet and are lazy. LAZY!
