So... I dont usually write reviews, but this place is wonderful: clean, beautiful, friendly, professional and comfortable. Took my wife here for a Mani/pedi on her birthday. My wife said it was one of the cleanest places she had been to and praised their services. Reasonable pricing. My wife loves this place and so do I.

I got a set and she made me bleed she was so rude to me and my two of my nails were crooked I was very underwhelmed by them and they sloppy and chunky. I been to better nails salons from the same price that actually took care of your nails and pushed your cuticles back without being lazy and trying to hurry up

Clean salon, owner is friendly. They recently raised their prices by 20%, which is understandable in light of recent economic conditions, but my last two pedicures havent lasted a week.

Hands down the best french manicure I’ve ever had. She nailed the shape and the lines were perfectly smooth. The price was half what other salons usually charge me. EXCELLENT.

This nail spa is very clean and excellent service, I’ve never really stuck with a particular nail salon because There is so many and I had never felt comfortable and happy with the service as I’ve been here. Loved my mani and pedi, will definitely be referring my friends and family !

They jacked the prices up after quoting another price.

I had to return to have my manicure “fixed” because my nails were thinned by their Dremel during a natural natural nail manicure! My nails were so poorly done and looked bumpy? From the gel she used. When I returned I was literally scolded by the nail tech and told that it was my fault!! I had to pay to get my nails fixed!

They are all so nice! Anna did my Dip and manicure. They recommended the dip because my nails are so soft and peel. Its great! My nails are so much stronger now. The cost was under $40.00. Make an appointment because theyre always busy, you wont regret it!

I have been using the services at Swan Nail & Spa in this location since they opened 7 year0s ago. The spa is immaculate every time I go there. The skills that the technicians have are first rate. Friendly, knowledgeable, immaculate, and have the latest technology.Try them you will be happy you made the choice

Made an app for my wedding and they tried to accuse me that I didn’t make an app. The man kept saying you called the wrong number. When I showed my phone to show I called him and yes that’s my number but he still accused of me making an appointment with a wrong number. Maybe an apology would have been better. Super unprofessional saying I was I was lying in front of a trim full of people.

The people who work here are EXTREMELY rude every time I have been in.

The staff is so friendly and very thorough. I never felt rushed or pressured. I got the deluxe pedicure and its absolutely worth it. Good color selection and fair prices. I highly recommend!!

A salon that HONORS APPOINTMENTS! Too many times I have left a nail salon upset because my “appointment” wasn’t really an appointment, but at Swan Nails that is mot the case. Anna is amazing! The place is always clean and the music is different every time I go in, it’s great!

Ive been a loyal customer of this business for 14 years. Grew up in Tucson and now have lived and worked across the country. In every state I have lived in, I have never found a nail salon as nice, clean, sanitary, kind, friendly, and skilled as this place. Every time I come back to town to visit I get a pedicure here. I could not give this place a higher recommendation. Try this place out; you will not regret it.

Absolutely love Swan Nails! Have been a regular customer for over 6 years. The salon is bright & clean; the manicurists are knowledgeable, friendly, attentive -always going above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable, with all needs met. You are offered a ‘menu’ listing a full offering to choose from, ranging from manicures to waxing. During just your first visit you begin to feel like you’re a part of the family.

I went in 45 minutes until close and asked if anyone was available to do a quick mani or pedi, whatever would be fastest before they close. The lady there who was helping a customer laughed at me and called out another employee, who came out and said there was no nail service they could do in 45 minutes and they were trying to leave.

Found them on google went to the website saw they open at 830 doesnt say anywhere that they dont do walk ins.. They had no customers but apparently they only do by appointments well if thats true need to put on your website and on your doors very dissatisfied will not come back thats for sure

RUDE. We walk in at noon (hours say open until 6:30 pm) for a fill, they ask what we need, and as soon as we say fills, they say, WERE CLOSED. Then I call them from the parking lot, and say we need a mani & pedi and all of a sudden they are OPEN again! We wont go back if it was the only place in Tucson. Wow. (Go across the street to SUITE NAILS - super friendly and excellent job!!!)
