I got my nails done 6 days ago. Not even a week and a nail fell off. It didn’t brake but fell off completely. Above that they’re thin, the shape is so uneven, nails on one hand are longer than the other. During the process I pointed out they were too thin and I was told they were fine. The area is pretty dirty. They used the same tools to clip/clean my nails that they did on the previous lady. The lady was sweet though which is why I didn’t want to write a bad review. But I’ve been very unhappy with my nails. $50 down the drain.

I had a great experience here at Pink Salon!! Not only were they on time for my appointment but the shop was clean and everyone was super friendly. I brought a picture and they were able to recreate exactly what I wanted. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. This was my first time there but definitely won’t be the last.

Honestly expensive for basic nails you can definitely go somewhere cheaper for basic nails that won’t charge for every detail I paid $60 cute but not what I wanted, apparently they don’t know tapper square means 😅 small hole in the wall business only 3 workers there 2 that do nails and one who picks up and does register so I waited longer then my nails actually took, never again…✌🏻

Very nice, curteous staff! They care to make the customer comfortable! They offer a large variety of nail polish colors, nail art and nail styles! It is for these reasons that I go back!

I went in yesterday afternoon with my daughter. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for the both of us. The paint on my toes is already coming off, there’s nail polish all over my toes and parts of my nails not even painted.

First time here and I’m very pleased with the service and absolutely love my nails. I actually had a pic of what I wanted and tech Ruby did an excellent job in getting my nails to look like the pic and what I wanted. She did an awesome job! I also had pedicure done. I was indecisive on the color and Rudy so helpful in helping me chose a color that matched my nails. I loved the fact that I was not pressured to getting gel. I’m definitely coming back!

They w ed re really nice but it was absolutely filthy. I didnt even want to take my flip flops off in fear of standing on the floor. The back room where you are supposed to get your waxing done is a serious biohazard. The pedicure was ok. If you are looking for that nice massage this place isnt for you. They did fine on the nails.

This is the most affordable and welcoming nail salon I have visited. Gel manicures for under $20 and they are always upfront about prices and upgrade charges that may apply. I am a loyal customer not only because of their prices but also because of their service.

Nikki spruces me up real good. She does wonderful pedis. Gets rid of the occasional in grown toe nail and its always convenient to get right in and out.

Always have great service and polish lasts. Conveniently located. Always a pleasure when I come in.

Over charges us there was a sign that said gel nails 14.99 I just got a simple manicure one color of polish and they charged almost 35 for just a simple gel manicure that lasted 1 week usually if done right they last over 3 weeks they charged 45 for same color on my toes. But that was a spa pedicuremakes more sense. Then my daughter wanted a set of nails the stiletto ones. The picture she showed him and the design not even close to what she wanted and he charge 50.00 for that. We spent almost 150.00 to be disappointed

I have always liked coming to the pink nail spa. The environment is very calming the employees are incredibly sweet, I’ve never seen them ignore anyone or treat them badly. Every time I visit I walk away more and more happy from the last! my most recent visit I had wanted a pastel multicolored Ombré nail set due to the fact that this was my second fell she had informed me that the ombré affect may not look the best and I appreciated that because I wouldn’t want to walk away unhappy or make her put in the work For something that may not have the best out come. Due to that information and knowledge She provided, we ended up going with a different design a metallic blue with the single glitter nail and I absolutely love it! The entire process was very enjoyable I had chipped nail which she replaced removal of old nail didn’t hurt and matched the rest of the set perfectly I normally do a long almond/ stiletto shape never too sharp and never to dole and always even perfect shape throughout the set. This experience was amazing and I walked away super giddy and happy with the outcome of the nails 🤗💙thank you so much !

Don’t waste your money here. Shittiest job I’ve ever had looks like a 3 year old did my nails. They’re not worried about how they look just about getting you in and out. Super disappointed how my nails came out.

I can’t really give this place in accurate review because every time I’ve come in I’ve never had a service completed. I went today 3 PM on a Sunday, they are open until 5 PM, they have 1 employee working! She was overwhelmed, annoyed, and rolled her eyes when I asked how long the wait was.

Was meeting my brother for lunch but had about an hour to kill...decided to stop in and get a maintenance pedicure.Location: Southeast corner shopping center off Speedway and Swan in the strip mall area. Ample free parking right outside the main door. Doorbell available should the door be locked.Interior: 5 hand station with standard office chairs; 5 fully functioning pedicure stations and a drying station for up to 4 people. A wall of A variety of non-watered down nail polish- gels & standard polish.Perks: Free WiFi, free phone charging, 8oz bottle of water, multiple televisions with different shows, nice music, no excessive interaction from staff & no added recommendations or color judgment.Verdict: 4 stars for two reasons: no charger available to fit Note 8 and massage portion of pedicure could have been longer and better (pressure was too soft for me).

I went in to get a fill and a pedi at 11a and did not walk out of the nail shop until almost 2p...owner stated he would give me design and gel coat FREE for the wait and then CHARGED ME ANYWAY!! I will never go back there ever again!! THE WORK DONE ON MY HANDS AND FEET WERE NOT WORTH THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED!!

I wont be going back. I took myself and two daughters, they were very polite but our nails look like crap not only do they look like they only put a thin layer of acrylic but the polish looks like a child did them. Also the lady that did mine put her whole (just used) brush into a bottle she uses to refill her jar. For someone who went to school for cosmetology I know thats unsanitary and contaminating the whole bottle. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible. Though the work was nice, the owner is arrogant and braggy. It doesnt matter what you want, you are going to get what he wants. My mother and I went, and neither of us got even close to what we asked for. Dont waste your money.

I walked away not getting what I asked for after 2 hours and $70. (Full set and shellac pedi). They unprofessionally tried to place guilt on me for not communicating, which I did VERY clearly and with pictures. He talked on the phone for almost an hour, on speaker phone, while working with people. They sure like talking under their breath about their clientele and really dont try to hide that they are doing it! My toe nail was cut so short its hurting me, as she started getting agro after losing 3 clients for taking too long. I will NOT be returning. Harrowing experience.

I did the new powder nail and it only lasted 4 days before chipping. This was a $30 service plus my pedicure. I was told it would last 3-4 weeks. Dont wait your money. Its under new owners too

OMG NAILS! Is OH-MY-GOD the absolutely best nail salon in Tucson. I have been to about 8 different salons, one which I visited every month for a year but left because At OMG NAILS I found that the quality of my nails was beyond perfection!!! after the first time I got my full set I fell in LOVE!! He gave me a discount and he never over charges me. He does excatly what I ask him to do and does it his best every single time!!! Please if your at another nail salon, try OMG Just once and I guarantee you will be a regular!!!! Thanks OMG FOR MY FABULOUS NAILS !!!!

Wonderful experience..

2 and a half hours for a pedicure. An hour and 45-ish minutes was spent waiting for my manicure. 4 white women and 2 white men came in after me for a mix of pedi/mani most of them had both. They all were seen and taken care of before my manicure. I decided not to give this place any more of my money. I paid for my pedicure and left. First and last time there.

Got nails done less then a week ago and they already look like they need to be filled. They charge for every individual thing they used, instead of have a flat rate. Went on free white tip but still ended up paying over 30 bucks. Going to my original guy for now on.
