Bee does my sets and she is amazing! She is pleasant and is good at doing any design you like precisely. Make sure to call before coming if you dont have an appointment. They usually are able to accommodate me right after I call for availability. I highly recommend them.

I am settling with my finished nails, its not what I asked for but it will do. Called and made and appointment but still waited an hour to get called. The person who did my nails was super slow and I think I was over charged. When asked to explain why the cost was what it was they seemed mad and started talking in their language and still really didnt explain. My friend that I was with she was done way before me and had a pedicure and I did not. Her nails have 2 colors and glitter and were $55, cheaper then mine with only 1 color. They told me $60 and I got an alert my card was charged $61.20 I was not told of any fees and am not happy about this.

I went in for a pedicure and ended up choosing the organic option. It was so relaxing. I loved the hot rocks and the o fact that my tech took a good amount of time on the foot massage (thats my favorite part). The staff was all very kind and professional. The only down side was it did take a while from beginning to end, but all in all it was very relaxing.

Great service every time. High quality dip and gel options. When Im undecided theyre always willing to give advice and recommendations.

This is my always place. Lauren is the owner and can do just about anything you want done. I go in with a picture of what I want and she gets it done. Holly gives the best pedicures and be prepared for her foot massage at the end...drool worthy.I have gone here for 5 1/2 years and leave very happy. Nobody compares.

My wife convinced me to go here yesterday because my feet where getting a little to thick from years of walking bare foot. I was extremely hesitant as a grow man going into one of these stores. As we walked in the place was already busy but it took less than 5 minutes for us to be seated. They immediately get to work as you relax in your own personal massage chair. The whole experience was extremely friendly and relaxing. I dont know how soon Ill be doing this again but this place definitely made me more willing to go again.

Always great service (I recommend an appointment), talented techs, and competitive pricing. My go-to place (even scheduled a stop during a vacation while out of state working).

The technician was nice but she cut into my toe nails so badly that she gave me terrible ingrowns. Both of my toes got infected. Never in my whole life have I had this problem until now. Had my service done in June and it’s now July and still having to deal with this.

I got a full set and it was very fast and the quality was great, price was very fair and she gave me a quote before getting too far into it which I appreciated. No one likes to be surprised by the price! Definitely will be coming here from now on!

Very rude employees. They rushed on my nail designs and it came out horribly, then when they told me my price was was more than I’ve ever paid before I ask why and they said the design, even though this was the most basic set I’ve ever done, they charged me 20 dollars more than usual. The one hand she was was great the other hand was a disaster, it was rushed, all of them look completely different and blotched and when I called the owner to discuss it she kept saying she’s not going to take them time to fix it she’ll just refund me the 10$ for the design. Even though I was willing to let them try and fix the mess the made. She kept telling me she didn’t want to discuss the designs anymore and kept kicking me off the phone. DONT GO. They are rude and rush through their work. 0/10

My nails will be back

I have been going here for 14 years. Everytime I go somewhere else closer to my NW home, I regret it. The quality is just above par. The quality is better than most resort spas. I just cant say enough about how excellent they are.

My 3rd time was horrible!😡 they all do really good nails, but! They rushed me in and sat me with a guy with a sleeve of tattoo short man and he was sooooo rough with hands like literally pulling my fingers to were it hurt! Hitting my hands on the light above my hands it was horrible on top of that he messed up my design AND charged me $65 dollars plus my tip I was very disappointed

I’ve been going here for 4 years and every time Im always get treated greatly and I’m always satisfied with the outcome. So glad I’ve found a place I can trust to always do an outstanding job.

I asked for short coffin nails which she totally nailed. Ive been other places where they told me it wasnt possible. I also told her Ive had a lot of problems with my arylics breaking so she made them a little thicker. They truly do listen. I would give 5 stars but I must be honest that it isnt the most esthetically pleasing (its dirty). The equipment seems to be sterilized but the walls and gel lamps are filthy. I believe I paid $60 for this full set.

The sign has different prices then what theyll tell you when they started on your nails,the board and over the phone was quoted 50 but had to pay 75 and when I asked why it was so high,what I assume is the shop manager snapped ITS ON INSTAGRAM and quickly flashed it,prices should be updated in shop not social media,and the buff nail tech burned my friend with his dremel and yanked her arms around.Look somewhere else unless you want to pay 75-80 for basic color,shaped nails and heaven forbid you want them longer than your real nail.

They did an amazing job. He even took care of my cuticles.

Tony was amazing!!! I asked for a very intricate design and he didn’t disappoint! I switched up my salon today and tried them out and am by far impressed! My nails aren’t crooked and they are even! Again, Tony you rock!!!

Seriously the best!! I only wish I had found them sooner and that I wasn’t moving so soon after finding them. I got dip nails done by Lauren and she was SO fast, and my nails are still on over 3 weeks later (the longest they have ever lasted without at least one breaking or popping off.) Wish I could give them 20 stars!! Worth the wait!

Im not one to get my nails done often but wow, this salon is wonderful! The atmosphere is easy going and every staff member was warm and friendly. I opted for the deluxe shellac mani pedi and my nails have never looked better. I can tell my nails arent going to chip any time soon. This will be my new nail place. You will not find a more reasonable price for the service you get. Ive never been happier with the ways my nails look! thank you! :) ps I work at a hospital where I constantly wash my hands and my cuticles become dry and honestly pretty gross. My technician took the time to exfoliate and remove the dead skin to bring my hands back to life. So happy!

This was my nail salon! I’ve been a costumer for a long time and I’ve always loved them until recent. I feel like they try to scam you and overcharge and act like they won’t get caught.. I recently had a fill and they charged me $25 for a fill because of “length” when I always get the same length, so that doesn’t make sense! My nails aren’t even long for the price to be up $10 extra dollars! If that was the case I would of actually got long nails!! I was very upset. And the same thing happened to my friend who she’s the one who brought me to this salon. We both will not be back. Lost two loyal costumers!!! Looking for a new salon!

This salon has always done absolutely beautiful nails and I have been going here for about 6 months. I was excited that this would be the salon I went to consistently. But then I got 3 green nails... when I asked them about it they said I got water under the nail. This is a completely false statement given to customers to cover up the real cause of a green nail. They are caused by poor sanitation of tools or poor application. What the women should have done is admitted they made a mistake and offered some kind of discount due to the inconvenience of me having to keep my nails bare and GREEN for months to treat my nails. Lying to customers is not good business. Super disappointed :(

Came here after I had gone to another salon closer to my house and was flat out told no when I asked for a design.I have never had problems since coming here, always able to get exactly what I ask for.

Greeted when I walked in.When they asked what I wanted, I said I had an 11am appt for two people- I called on 01/13.Took me at 11:20. My technician was Steven; polite, soft spoken, took 1.5 hours for my basic gel mani (see picture) but overall decent job.There was a woman that came in after my friend and I (again we had appointments). She was taken before us. She mentioned I dont want to wait long, I can always come back. When I spoke to the friend that referred me to Lets, she said she was not surprised that shes witnessed favoritism with other clients that dont remember us.I asked for three solid colors on my two hands, round shape, not square with round corners but completely round (referenced with a picture).. When Steven asked if the sale was okay I explained I wanted round not square, he asked me to show him the picture again and said okay. This ultimately led my nails to be shorter, I was growing them out for my trip...My friend got solid gel acrilic set, perfect shape. However, when she asked for an additional top coat of gel; her technician went back/forth with her for a solid 3 minutes in front of other customers. Not professional at all, if a paying customer requests something that is not too egregious, the expectation is that it is done. At the risk of going back and forth with a client and something you feel strongly about will not work out in their benefit do it, it is on them if it doesnt work out.My nails look great and Im ready for my Europe trip, although my technician overall did a decent job the shop is a whole is dodgy in their favoritism and their lack of customer service.

I used to get my nails done here often, until I moved across town. Kathy was my favorite because she was very quick, yet talented. Id leave this shop so pleased with my beautiful nails, decorated with unique designs and rhinestones. The prices are very reasonable. Though they accept walk-ins, I recommend making an appointment because this place can get pretty busy.

A hygienic NIGHTMARE!!!!! BEWARE!!This was our first and last visit! This is a true experience!For a treat, my college age daughter and I made appointments for ultimate manicure and pedicure packages but we were not seated until 30 min past appointment time--and that was only after saying we were going to leave. Then we had to sit at pedicure stations for another 20 minutes. Staff told us that the manager always over books. We were seated in dirty pedicure stations and had to ask to have cleaned first as the staff started to fill with water and tried to stick our feet in the tubs without cleaning the tubs. The tech refused to move me to a manicure station for my manicure as too busy and used toenail clippers on my fingernails!! She cut my finger nails too short and straight. I tried to tell her to use clean and proper tools but she no understand and all okay. The nail polish work done on my daughters and my manicures were horrible. Polish on the skin and the designs my daughter asked for--and charged for--were not done correctly. While waiting for nails to dry, we watched them put new customers into the areas we and others had used for pedicures without ever cleaning the tubs and the same uncleaned tools were used. The nail tech who could not understand English when I was trying to complain about being forced to sit in the pedicure chair and hold my hands up for my ultimate manicure which took about 5 minutes--suddenly spoke and understood decent English when a regular client came in. Not once in the time we were in there did we see any of the staff get clean tools or clean their own tools. The pedicure tubs were only cleaned if the customer asked. I did see the staff share unclean tools to use on different customers.

I am not talking about the other women who work there. Angie does pretty nails and I was late to my appt so she had me get them done with another girl. I completely understood and I couldn’t wait. Her work was sloppy and she made faces at me while rolling her eyes when I would tell her what I want. After that Angie also acted like that telling me to “make up my mind” when I told them from the beginning I like thin nails. They gave me THICK, UNEVEN NAILS. There’s bumps on them and bubbles from the top coat as well. Another thing is probably the girls having better hygiene because her breath stuck pretty bad. I had been here before with Angie but due to these nails AND her attitude I will never go again.

Been going here for 7 years I’ve tried other places other places nails fall off within 1-2 weeks that I’ve went to exotic lee nails my nails some how stay on for 4-5 weeks then I fill I definitely will b staying same spot till they close it down hopefully never happens

The one feedback is inaccurate it rates 1 star . That person apparently didnt read what type of salon. Nails. She complains of her hair color. I have been at this Nail Salon for years and got upset to see someone post about their hair when this salon doesnt do hair. I promise you this. If you get your nails done here, they dont pop off even if you really need a fill. You will tear your finger up before nail pops off. They are the best, I know as I tried other shops. This shop truly is the best.

Horrible. Do not go here! I tried to get dipping powder! But she had no idea what she was doing! She only took the powder off of some of my nails because she was lazy so some of them were bulky. She put gel coat on top and you are not supposed to do that with dipping powder I tried to explain and she said I have done 15 people nails and they all liked it. I am so upset, I had to go to another salon and pay again to fix it. Bad customer service experience

CATHYIs hands down my favorite nail tech ever .. She stays up on nail fashion. I usually dont even have to tell her what to do. Every type of shape: stilleto, coffin, regular she does it on point & im picky with nails and sanitization being a licensed cosmetologist myself. Her shellac placement is always perfect never had a problem. I wear mine long and am rough on my hands but never have nails break when she does them.. I have all my girls go to see her now .. Highly recommend !!

Alejandra the stylest didnt give me want I wanted, I wanted an all-over blonde with scattered lowlights of dark brown throughout my hair left there with blonde chunks of streaks through my hair Im in tears ended up paying half because she wouldnt give me my money back very unprofessional through the check at me I am not recommending this place at all
