Very unprofessional made an appointment and was told once I arrived that they had no availability till 2hours later for me to come back. Drove all the way from the other side of town to be told that they were busy. They seemed to not care and did not even apologize will never return again. I understand businesses get busy and backed up but at least act professional about it, because at the end of the day the client is what will keep your business going.

NOT WORTH IT!!I am very disappointed with this place!! I had an appointment at 3, I wasn’t see until about 3:45. The lady that did my nails (Acrylic) did them in 15 minutes (I am not kidding) because she had accepted walk-ins and she already had about 5 people (who had an appointment) waiting. So, she was rushed through my appt and gave me absolutely horrible service. When I was pointing out certain things for her to fix, she kept on saying I’ll do it later.... she never did. I ended up removing the whole set the same day because it was horrible. Sadly, I wasted 3 hours of my day there!!The only person that did a good job was the guy that did my toes! The rest were rude and unprofessional!Never going back there!!

I’ve been to this salon a few times and I’ve had a great experience they are super nice. However when I call and ask what time I can come in they give me a time but upon arrival there is still more than 3 people ahead of me. It defeats the purpose of an appointment time. It was also a waste of time for me to drive all the way there. They need to either not allow people to make an appointment or respect people’s time by sticking to the time they give.

I tried a number of salons throughout Tucson because I’m incredibly picky and this was the only salon I found that had reasonable prices AND quality service. I’ve been coming here for about two years and I see Susan. She’s great and the rest of the staff is very friendly, always says hello. I highly recommend making an appointment because they’re usually busy.

So disappointed. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I got a very basic short pink full set. The nail tech cut me with the drill on three of my fingers. Aside from that, the nails were incredibly thick and uneven in shape. It seemed like she was in a huge rush even though no one was waiting. I normally don’t leave reviews, but don’t waste your money here, it isn’t worth it.

I went in 6/22/17nails looked great at first. But then two days later the gel started to crack. I called the salon to ask for my girl who did it she was really nice and said she wouldnt charge I had to drive at least 30min to go back on my day off. Her manager on the other hand said they would charge me again! And the gel was stuck to my nail that they split my original nails too. I asked for a refund which was initially $32 I paid with tip. And the manager only refunded me $10!! The only reason why I didnt fight for the rest because I could tell the girl who did help me (Susan young gal) felt bad and was really trying to make her manager help me to solve the situation the only nice thing about this place is Susan she needs to be a manger and not the older lady! Because Susan knows what actual customer service is and wanted me not to leave not happy which I was not happy. Her manager would NOT budge or think about my situation. She kept saying because I work for the gel which I understand but gel should be good for at least 2-3 weeks not just after two days! Which I tried to explain. I wanted to tell her that I work for my money too! Im not getting paid for free either for the money I gave her salon. She was just horrible. Other than Susan being there I would not recommend this place at all. She herself apologized to me saying that her manager is hard headed and isnt going to do anything. Go to somewhere else period!

I am sooooo happy that I found Pacific Nails in Tucson! I have been looking for a nail shop that is clean, uses proper cleaning and sterilization techniques for nail and feet fungus, and a place where the people are nice and make you feel welcome, well I finally found the place, and its Pacific Nails on Speedway and N. Tucson Blvd. The owners, Ken and Lilly are the nicest people who love to laugh and have fun, it was a breath of fresh air coming to them. Its a family business and everyone is so nice and you can tell they really appreciate all of their customers and do the best job they can, even after being in the business for over 20 years, Lilly makes sure that you are happy with their services.Now in addition to wanting a clean, nice place, of course I also have been looking for a spot that does nails really good and listens to me and what I want, and again Pacific Nails met and surpassed my expectations. My nails look natural, beautiful and petite as my nails should be and are naturally, but sometimes you go places and my nails end up all fat looking .. well not here, no way .. I cant tell you how satisfied I am!! This wonderful nail shop will be my go to place as long as Im in Tucson.Their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out of there, but didnt feel rushed at all. They also take credit cards or debit with no crazy high fee like another palace, but I will mention that they only take cash for tips, so make sure and bring some cash for that, and believe me, they earned every penny of my money!!Thank you Lilly and everyone at Pacific Nails, you are the best!!

They NEVER disappoint me!

Really disappointed because the reviews here were so good! I came in at 3:30 for an appointment. Didnt get sat at a pedicure station until 4:15, and no one started my pedicure until 4:30. The pedi was fine but they made me move seats to accommodate another customer (everyone was waiting this long) and then did the manicure in 5 minutes while I sat at a different pedi station. Nails left ragged and uneven lengths/different shapes, nail dust all over me when I left. They left the spacers between my toes and started pushing me out of the salon less than 2 minutes after putting the tip coat on, so my toes were ruined by the time I made it to the front door. No one ever apologized or explained the wait to me or to anyone else who was also waiting that long, and I had to fix my nails as soon as I got home. First mani/pedi since before the pandemic began and such a huge bummer.

For about 2 years, I would go to a new nail place every two weeks for acrylic fills. I couldnt find a single place that would accommodate how picky I am. Then I found this place... I have been a faithful customer for over a year now and havent once had a manicure that wasnt absolutely perfect. I cant say enough good things about the quality of service, cleanliness, professionalism, and accommodations. I just love everyone here!

My mom and I have been getting pedicures at Pacific Nails for 2 1/2 years. They are friendly, clean and professional. Recently, a young man named Lam did my pedicure and my feet were in really bad shape and he took the time needed to get my nails and feet in top shape. I definitely recommend this shop.

** NOT worth my time or money..Dropped my girl off for a full set & pedi..mainly to get them all done up for Halloween. The staff was super unfriendly, rushed us and Ive never been so forced to upgrade services (pay more)I wish this place could do half of what they show in the pictures. :($25 for basic pedi-No soak time-No clipping nails shorter-NO BASE coat (nails turn yellow)$20 for basic mani + gel PolishGave $100 bill & got $46 back.. Im calling management tomorrow morning. I want the correct amount of money back & a redo. My cuticles are not even cut.

Cindy is phenomenal! She gave me great advice on how to take care of my cuticles and she gave me perfect almond shaped nails. She took her time and was detail oriented. Best manicure I’ve had!

I had called to get a wait time was told an hour. I did a walk in an hour later. They were busy but really friendly . I got seen right away. Ken did my nails. I wanted gel and I had a picture of what I wanted and they did it the way I wanted. I would recommend

Good job and quick on my French Manicure (though pricey for just a regular, not gel, dip, etc.). It would be nice if they cleaned the customer area after each customer. (pic is taken a week after)

First off, the guy that did my pedi did great. But as far as the nail shop goes it lacked in decor and cleanliness. There was no disinfection and sanitation cleaning in-between clients.. which shocked me. One of the girls lightly sprayed barbicide on one of the pedi chairs and immediately wiped it with the towel that was used for the pedicure. Not only is that nasty but barbicide needs to sit for 10 minutes in order to disinfect.. with everything going on with COVID19 they need to be more cautious and cleaner than ever... hopefully they see this and start cleaning better.

I made an appointment and when I got there I told her what nails I wanted by showing her a picture. My friend did the same and they were wonderful they ask you about your length multiple times and make sure every nail is perfect I got shirt coffin and my friend got short square. It’s very cheap but amazing quality

Went on for a pedicure and a full set. The younger guy that did my pedicure was soo light handled it felt like nothing happened and the dad that did my nails made all of them different shapes and kept saying soo beautiful nails I told him I wanted a dark purple polish but he gave me blue . I walked out very disappointed after paying. Never again will I come here.

I was refused service from my regular nail salon and called Pacific nails and they saw me right away. My new Christmas gel manicure is absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely be switching to this clean, friendly, and creative nail salon!

Im so glad I found this place, the whole staff were so friendly & accommodating. They did a wonderful job with my pedicure and fills. As a traveler it is so hard to find good places but luck was on my side today ☺ any time I come through Tucson I will be going here to get my feet & nails done. I went in as a walk in and went straight to a chair. I wanted a difficult pattern and I’m extremely picky but Lily made sure I got exactly what I wanted. My nails came out so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!! She took so much time and was very kind and patient and paid so much attention to every little detail. I have been to almost every nail salon in Tucson and pacific nails was the best experience by far!!! She even massaged my hands and arms after I got my nails done. Their prices are also super affordable I will definitely be going back here to get my nails done from now on!!!

This is a family run business. The mom of the family did my nails and she was FANTASTIC! Not only are my nails immaculate, it was affordable and we were both laughing the whole time! Such a warm fun place!

Highly don’t recommend. I went and got a pedicure and a full set and less than a week later my toes were chipping and 4 nails have fallen off because they did them super thin and some of them are crooked. I tipped them pretty good and it seems like I was rushed out the door. Never again

I have been a regular customer in this Salon for 3 years. Ken and Lily are wonderful people who keep a clean, fresh and welcoming atmosphere all the time. Ken is a nail artist! I have problem nails and I love to garden yet he is able to keep my hands looking lovely. Lily gives the best pedicure I have ever had and is amazing with wax hair removal. They take the time to get to know you; they are family oriented and take their business seriously. Their staff are friendly, courteous and provide excellent care. I highly recommend them. Treat yourself and go see them today.

Okay place. Clean, friendly, was not too busy while I was in. Rough on my cuticles.

Did a bad job on my gel nails (wish I could add a picture) and charged full price for my daughters pedicures even though they are only 7 and 9 and it was a quick paint job. Their nails also look sloppy. Then when I tipped very little, the lady informed me usually people tip 5-10 per service. I felt that the job done and service provided did not warrant me spending more than $100 and I have never had someone point out and argue with my poor tip before. In fact, I usually tip really well, anywhere from 15-50%! All this was said loudly to where customers, staff and my daughters heard. On mothers day. I was embarrassed, disappointed and made me wish I hadnt spent the money and would rather have given myself and daughters this service at home for free. Wouldve looked better too! Unfortunate experience 😔

This was my first time here, I was a walk in and needed a fill. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. There was one person ahead of me and everybody nicely thanked me for waiting very patiently. The place I got my nails done in the first place did not so good of a job and the gentleman that did my nails at Pacific nails fixed them made them look so much better I was very pleased when I left there. I asked for a full set because I did not like the way the last place did them... and the gentleman here even offered to reshape my nails and do a fill instead of paying for a whole new set. Needless to say they definitely made me feel welcomed and Like it was not all about the money but the personal experience. I walked away extremely pleased and happy with the outcome of my nails and my experience as well. I definitely recommend Pacific nails to anybody.

Nice and clean, and the staff there is very inviting and nice. They really try to make sure you enjoy your experience. looks like they just upgraded their massage chairs as well. I would recommend, prices are reasonable as well.

Their credit card machine doesnt work reliably and they dont warn you. I got a pedicure and tried to pay with my credit card and the machine was having problems. I didnt have any cash on me. This created an extremely awkward situation where they blamed me for not being able to pay (My card was fine, I used it at Whole Foods right after leaving the salon.) They made me let them photograph my drivers license and drive to the bank to get cash out. The experience was poorly handled and made me feel like a criminal when they falsely advertised that they accept credit cards. I will not be returning.

Ive stopped coming to Pacific after a year of being a loyal customer. Although I loved my nail tech Cindy, I felt like every time I went in, despite having an appointment, at times my nails were rushed and would not come out the way I wanted. Not to mention when the owner, the man, did my nails (only twice) there were issues. I asked for specific things ahead of time for my nails and he would always get upset and tell me how he has his own process and how hes been doing nails for years. I dont think thats necessary at all to say and it is not how I will be treated as a customer. I will not be spending my money on this kind of service.

Absolutely love this place and have been going for years. Lily and Ken are very nice and accommodate everyone even when they get rushed. They remodeled and the place looks amazing now. Have never had a complaint and they are very reasonably priced.

I have no clue about these things, but called and asked the price for a pedicure. The response was $20 could be a little more. I stopped by a half hour later and they were busy but got me seated and relaxed right away. This was the first pedicure I have ever had!! I have no idea what took me so long.......massage chair and swirling waters with attentive people taking care of me! I recommend Pacific because I couldnt ask for better service and the price was $15 cheaper than our original choice that ended up being closed on Sunday. Enjoyable experience......Thanks

I have been a customer for years! I had to move to Casa Grande, and I still make sure I stop by for a mani/pedi because they do such an amazing job! I may move back to Tucson just because of this place!

Really friendly people. Services: not so great. Got a pedi and was nipped several times (still sore), cut my nails crooked, filed my skin not my nails, and left the shop with polish all over my toes.

I arrived 1.5 hours before closing. I wanted acrylics and a pedicure. The two gentlemen who did my nails (at the same time) flew through the treatment like they were a pit crew at NASCAR.The pedicure was absolutely basic, at best. I wasnt given any options to choose from, I guess that was it.I showed Ken a picture of a very plain, straight, square, nude nail, for the acrylics. He asked if I wanted coffin shaped. I said just straight would be fine. Yall. I got ducktail nails. Flared OUT. I was watching him and waiting for him to shape them a final time. I didnt want to be rude if he was going to file them and change the shape. I kept looking at them, and said, Is this the... straight? He said, Just like the picture. Exactly like the picture.Nope.

Cindy is amazing! She is the artist for designs on your nails girls! :) everyone here is so nice and makes you feel at home, they will take any requests for what to put on the tv as well, they have a great team! Very professional

Came in for a pedicure + nail color. Was serviced right away because there was only 2 or 3 others in the salon. They asked me to pick my color and I did. Tech who provided the pedicure did a good job, but then he was about to put sandals on without color. I stated, I wanted a color and gave them my color again. He walked away and I was left to sit for anther 45 minutes because more guests kept coming in and they serviced them. Man came over and again told me to choose a color...I said Ive told 3 different people already, do you just not have the color? He finally said yes, we dont know where it is. I said, I will just leave. I said everyone had 45 minutes to just tell me, rather than ignore me and have me sit there at the pedicure seat. I was there a total of 1hr, 15mins. I shouldve just walked out but figured I needed to pay something, thinking theyll discount a little for the huge inconvenience and lack of customer service. Man, said it would be $20 which is more than just a plain manicure. I was so upset because he expressed no remorse for everyones actions, including his. I paid, left and will not return. Luckily I found a nearby salon that took great care of me right away and is cheaper than this place!

I am not sure why the review of 2 months ago shows up first when so many others have written positive things. I met Lily and Ken 2 days after they took over the business as a walk-in. She had been a rep to the previous owner. I have now watched them for over two years and can absolutely guarantee that they will do a great job. She is fabulous at waxing and all services and takes great pride in her eyebrows. Ken gives a wonderful pedicure and I am assuming does great nails since I see the same people back time and time again and they request him and refuse others. Their daughter-in-law seems to be in high demand from all university and young clients. I recommend an appointment as it can get crazy when an entire sorority shows up on the weekend, and for this reason they often bring in others, just as competent, to help during these times when they are inundated. They work very hard and unless this young woman understands Vietnamese I would suggest she is not able to translate what is said between two people who are constantly working. As I see it, they are always discussing how to do it better and manage the next person who shows up announced. I have never seen anyone displeased during this time frame and the idea that she is just out for the money is ridiculous. This is a great service product done well and reasonably! You must have cash to tip since the machine does not add it on (something I always fail to remember). I am the owner of a service business for 37 years. They do remarkably well under the stress of these walk-ins. Kudos to them. I would see their issues as not knowing how to balance these inundations with appointments. If they werent good, they would not have this problem. The weekends HAVE to be stressful for them!!!

Ive been going to Pacific Nails since I moved to Tucson years back and its still my spot to go. They are so fast, Ken and his wife are the nicest. They also recently updated the chairs and pedicure massage chairs. Clean, well priced and also well located.

Ken did my nails and he did an amazing job. He fixed 3 of my broken nails and shaped them perfectly.

I really want to like this place. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Their location and hours are convienent. I just somehow always end up leaving disappointed. This is the 4th time Ive been in and every time I have the same issue. My nails never look like a professional actually painted them. There is always paint on my cuticles that I have to pick away later. Ive tried normal polish, they sent me home with lots of bubbles. Ive had gel on acrylic- polish was messy and on my cuticles.Today I got a simple gel manicure ($22 before tip). The color didnt come out looking anything like what the sample color looked like. The first color I picked turned out way too bright after he polished the first nail so I switched it to a different color. Same problem. And again, polish all over my cuticles. The technician attributed the color difference to the pallets being old and worn down, but if thats such an issue maybe its time to repaint some color pallets so they look true.If youre looking for friendly staff, convenient walk in hours, and a nice atmosphere this is the place for you. But if youre expecting a clean polished professional look, consider going somewhere else.

I love Pacific Nails! I got my eye brows fixed by Pacific Nails after going to Milas and having them totally messed up, The environment is always peaceful and laid back. The workers are always nice too!

Today, I went to Pacific Nails for the first time, after reading the reviews on this site, and not being happy woth the other few places I have had my nails done in Tucson. LeeLee did my nails, and they are beautiful. She is gentle, and takes her time. The rest of the staff were very warm and welcoming too! The salon is very bright and clean! I am very pleased with the service I received, and am glad to have found a permanent place to have my nails done!!

I do not like this place at all!!! The lady was so rude and I don’t even know her name because she didn’t even tell me!! She had such poor customer service. The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 Star is because of how fast she got my nails done but because she was so fast she was hurting me. When she was done she just walked away to the back and I was waiting in the chair because no one told me how much it was. It was my first time there so I had no idea and when someone did come up they asked me in the most rude way. They came up to me asking if I was gonna pay like I was about to walk out without paying but I was just waiting for someone to tell me how much it was that’s all!!! And when I did and try to leave a tip she wouldn’t take it.

When in to get my feet done, when I got there it was me and the woman ahead of me when they the woman ahead of me they ask if I was with her and I told them no I wanted my feet did, why was I sitting there for over an hour and a half as they were taking the next 5 women to walk in over me. Because Im a man???? Is my money not as good as a womans???? Should a man not have nice clean feet. Or do they not like gay folks

Okay. There was only two people working, so they were very rushed. They charge $5 extra for callous removal with pedicures which I thought was, like, half the reason folks get pedis. Seemed odd to upsell it. The guy who did my pedi was very personable and kind though, very friendly. Id love to return when they have more people working/more time. They seem like really sweet people.

The guy at the nails place cut my skin with the electric filer and my moms nail after 5 days fell off. They do not know how to do nails correctly and in my opinion you should not go there.

I got my nails done YESTERDAY. First off, ladies inside were rude and wanted to charge me extra to cut my nails down. Second off, I got Acrylics with gel on top and my thumb has already chipped. Ive never had gel chip before, dont go here. If I could give 0 star I would. Awful place.

My toe nails were clumpy, color I wanted was pink turned out Orange. My cuticle was bleeding,.. unsanitary. Horrible service. The message was 3min not worth $20. Poor English
