These look horrible. I’m not sure if they are under new management or what, but he completely rushed them they look thick and horrible and when I said something nothing was fixed. I will not be coming back. Save your money ladies and go somewhere where they’re I’ll take their time and make sure you’re walking out with something you love. Now I have to go and get them fixed.

The lady doing my pedicure was such in a hurry she was rough and painted my toes before rubbing the lotion she put on my legs. My sister was waiting to get her nails done and they took another custome that came after her. The pedicure I got was poor quality. I didn’t enjoy it at all. Don’t waste your money coming here.

This place has the worst service! The lady kept burning me with the drill and said I was too sensitive. Then the nails were not filed evenly. The polish was bubbly and messy. And a set of fill painted with gel polish took almost an hour and a half from the time she started. For $30, I definitely did not get my moneys worth.

Im always acknowledged immediately. The staff is very friendly. Prices remain consistent and I love my nails and wax!

I really tried to give them a couple chances but today is my last time going. I went in with my daughter for a fill and her just color. I picked a reg. color (not gel) but the lady that did my nails told me to pick a different color. I really liked the color I picked but she insisted I pick another (gel=more expensive)so I chose a color similar and she insisted I pick a gel color “it’s shiny longer” we went back and forth a few times I insisted this reg. Color I like changing my nail colors no use in spending the extra money for color I’m going to file off in a week. She wiped out this nude.. gel color and I gave in she picked the color and takes of my old color and tells me to wait so she can eat ! Omg I’m so nice and patient. I waited. Mind u my daughter is still waiting. Finally she returns and someone walks in for a wax. My nail lady gets up and does it! I wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t been waiting already. She returns, does the gel nail color she wanted on my nails. When she finishes my nail color it comes out all bumpy and holy. By this time it’s been over two hours and she fixes one hand, I tell her to leave the other. I’m over it. She tells me I didn’t put my hand under the light that’s why my nails came out bumpy. And I’m looking at her like, girl I know what I did and I used ur light. So she’s blaming me for her thick gel job she did. Convenient. I’ve taken the gel class on how to apply and I told her your applying too much nail polish and it ripples when there’s too much product. She didn’t respond and when I pulled my redone hand out of the light it was rippled... again. I just wanted to leave. Why did I still tip her? I felt bad for her, her customer before I sat down had told her she wouldn’t be giving her a tip since her nails came out to $50. In front of me. Square with white nail polish and glitter. I felt bad but still expected good service. Bs. Never going back. She was also on her phone going thru Facebook, Burned me 3x, blew her nose in front of me, didn’t sanitize her hands after and then asked for my hands. Ughhhh I know I need to speak up. But I did argue with her about my color. And did ask her for hand sanitizer. She had none. My cuticles where left dry too. I paid 42+6 for tip should’ve all went to other girl tht did my daughters nails. She did great but 10 for some polka dots 🙄

The best nail job ever! Ive gone to David two times now and have been pleased both times. He is fast, a perfectionist and pain-free. He has a unique way to do acrylics and gel nails Ive never seen before. I will stick with him! Prices are very reasonable too. I think some of the very bad reviews on here may be when the salon was under different ownership???

Ive always had a great experience at this nail salon. Theyve always done an amazing job and are really friendly. I would come more often if I lived closer. As for one of the reviews about them using a nail tip to lift the other fake nails off.. there are plenty of nail salons that use this technique. Its healthier. Acetone is not good for you.

First off, you would think that at $55 for a full set you would leave with PERFECTION but that was not my story. They didnt have 3 of the styles I chose FROM THEIR DISPLAY MANNEQUINS!! The technician that did my nails (Tu) REFUSED to put the acrylic all the way down to my nail bed and when I asked why he stated The acrylic can get on the skin and burn. Plus your nails can raise up early. I left the shop liking like I needed a fill and here I am ONE WEEK later and I need a COMPLETELY NEW FULL SET. I gave him a $5 tip because my wife made me but worst nail job ever. Luckily the establishment is kind of nice.

Two staff were not knowledgeable of how to properly remove dip powder nails. This was personally my first set and did not research the process. Thought this style was on the market long enough to be common knowledge. However, after follow up research, the process used on me of alternately soak one hand while grind down the other, back and forth, could not be found anywhere online. And the 20mins I was there was actually longer than the recommended process of initial brief grind then soak-wrap each nail for 10 mins. My nails are now thinner than before and worse shape than other friends who had theirs removed properly.

Horrible, Im not picky, if my nails get done and are decent but not perfect then I pay and leave but in this place its just terrible terrible. It looks like a 5 year old paints your nails and the polish it bulky. Not to mention my polish literally slothed off and stained my sandals and jeans. I went back for a refund and they kept insisting to fix it but I said no and they didnt even apologize when I left. They didnt even want to give me back my tip either. I drove 30min to nails pro and spa on houghton rd and they are amazing! Worth it, take their time and work hard to do a great job for what you pay. Theyre all very funny and nice. You feel at home. Definitely worth it. Go there instead!

Was a horrible experience my sister treated me to a pedicure the women that did our feet didnt do a good job just soaked our feet an polished toes no scrub no lotion was horrible I didnt want to tip but my sister did anyways never going back to this place they obviously dont care about their clients

The lady who gave me my pedicure did a fantastic job. I felt very well taken care of and not rushed. They were friendly & courteous.

Polite but the guy rushed, He went straight to his break right after finishing my nails. My nails are thick and bumpy, now theyre lifting. I asked for coffin and i got square. Expensive just for a simple set of acrylics. Sorry but NOT coming back.

Rused, rude, got a full set but my nails are THIN. $45 for something I could have done at home. Will admit I got a cute design but I will not return or let my friends. Thank you, NEXT!

I went to this salon with my sister a week ago today. I didnt mind the service, it wasnt my normal salon but my normal salon was closed. However today I had one of my nails split in two... I have never had a nail do that in 20 years of having my nails professionally done. Needless to say from now on if my normal salon is closed Ill just wait till it opens again.

I was helped promptly. The woman helping me pulled tools out of a container on her work space. I was alarmed when I noticed the other manicurist next to her was using a packaged sterilized set for her customers. I selected a numbered gel color (silver) and got bright purple. I thought it was my mistake, but after checking, it wasnt. A week later, my bright purple gels are lifting and peeling. I dont recommend.

Absolutely horrible. They can’t do any special requests, they have Christian music playing, but there attitude is definitely nowhere near the vibe the try to send off . They are very messy inside. They have no price chart on their walls. They make up prices and try to charge you 45+ for a set and no polish ? I have no clue where I went to but I will not waste my time again. They are extremely unprofessional.

I always go here but today I got my nails done and got a pedicure like I always do my nail polish on my toes looked like my 7 yr old did them pedi was great just the polish wasnt then to top it off when I showed the lady that was doing my nails a picture of what I wanted she kinda did her on thing I wanted a bright yellow with silver glitter on the tip fading away and I got purple glitter and it wasnt looking anything like the picture and when I told her purple I wanted silver she said oh this looks better thats not what I wanted and she didnt care anyways I just wanted to get out I paid $58 and left I had to go somewhere else to get my polish changed to what I wanted and had to pay again I called them and told them and I got come back and we fix it I just asked for a refund for what they charged for the polish and got my money back I will never go there again I paid for something I didnt want and they didnt care about what I wanted do not recommend going there Ill take my money somewhere where I get what I ask for.

I went last week for a pedi and nails. Pedicure was fine. I told the lady I wanted my nails taken off because they were old and new ones put. Two different ladies took my nails off by using another nail to lift. Should have used acitone . Anyways my nail cuticles were ripped on several nails and bleeding on two. They still charged me $10 to take off nails and wanted to put nails on my injured nails. I told them no they were bleeding. A week later my nails still hurt.

Unfortunately I had my feet soaking in water, waiting for over a hour, overall it is over priced for the quality of work. Nice employees but its just not worth it.

RUDE Service!!!! The workers are so annoying they all talk very loudly in their foreign language and are constantly laughing!!!! So annoying they also stand over clients and talk and laugh so loudly. We are suppose to go to the nail salon to rest and relax but there its impossible to do that never going back. Service is also horrible nails done do badly i took them off soon as I left!!!

I have always been happy with services

Today I got my nails filled. The lady that did them cut herself with her driller while drilling my nails, she was bleeding everywhere and still doing my nails. It was so nasty!! She continues to bleed all over me for 10 mins until she stopped to put a bandaid on. The ladys name was Rina, she had done my full set two weeks ago and also cut me so deep she used super glue to make the bleeding stop I should have never gone back but I believe in second chances and that second chance was blown.

This place is horrible, I went today for the first time, it was the worse manicure and pedicure I ever have. I will never go back. And people there are so impolite. The guy who made my nails cut me, and the lady who did my manicure didnt care that I wasnt happy with her work. Take your money to some place else.. this place SUX

Very rude! I called to get a price, they told me a certain price and to come in, I go in and they give me a completely different HIGHER price! I try to tell the lady what she said on the phone and she rudely tells me it’s that price or I can leave. Very unprofessional! Ridiculously expensive too

First off, its waayyy expensive than California second, the exfoliating was not what i had expected, and third, the designs are not like the samples (if that makes sense)

Worst place to get waxed . They use the same materials without washing them, the bed where you lay down smells wierd/looks dirty and the lady burped almost in my face . I honestly do not recommend it . The service is awful, they will not give you the time of day, and they dont care how they treat you as long as you pay them . I would give them 0 stars if they had that option on here.

Worst ever my gut feeling was telling me not to go. Sloppy top coat 2 nails with some type of stain on them when she put on my middle nail i told her looked uneven and of course I got the its your nail speach. Uneven acrylic walked out so unhappy will never be Back!

First visit today and I agree totally with one of the other reviewers. This place is FILTHY! The chairs are full of black spots the stations are covered with grime, the light box used for the gel manicures hasnt been wiped off in a very long time. Even the technicians shirt was dirty! Yuk! Will never go back!

This place is so dirty it needs shut down . The table tops. The chairs are nasty! the floor dirty! I dipped paper towel in some alcohol when girl stepped away and rubbed the pad my wrists set on- ugh! Its cluttered! Its more cluttered than in the picture. Its so gross and disgusting! I can only imagine the invisible things on the instruments. The sign outside says nail spa . But its k- sa nails? The new management has run it down. You also come in and have to wait for someone . Apparently they own the Thai place by Harkins. They call owners son, he has to run from there to the shop to do nails too. Not everyone in there can do fills i guess . I Havent Figured out that one yet. But I can say Ill never go back!
