Absolutely love this place and the people.. first time coming and did not disappoint..

Helen is simply one of the best nail techs, and their customer service is great!

My Boyfriend and I got Pedis this weekend and we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The prices are fantastic! For $38 we got sugar scrub, warm wax, hot stone massage, callus removal, massages with lavender lotion, and hot towels. It was amazing! My toes are very happy in mint green today.

Today I got the #6...the deluxe cooling pedicure and it was amazing!!! The entire staff was professional, kind and courteous. Especially my girl Hanna, she was the sweetest. I loved my whole relaxing experience. Looking forward to my next pedicure!

I never get my nails done but I came here and Helen took great pride in her work and made sure my nails looked perfect. I love the outcome and my skin is so soft from the pedicure. I will definitely come back.

I had an appointment scheduled at another salon and when I showed up, they said they “didn’t have me down” (even though I had called to schedule it over a week ago) so I called a bunch of nearby nail salons hoping I could get in the same day. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called nail trix and they were able to accommodate me right away. They were very nice and did a great job with my full set! This was my second time here, and even though it’s not super close to where I live I wouldn’t mind going again.

Place was nice and clean, they even fixed three broken nails for me. They were very kind and worked hard to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted.

I was so impressed with every aspect with this delightful nail salon. They are following all the sanitation protocols and social distancing. They are doing appointments only and was waiting for me. Sonia did a fantastic job on my ombre acrylics and pedicure. They also have a lovely young woman running the overall shop. This helps the nail technicians be able to focus on their customer. I have found my nail salon!

Thos is a good place for nails..

Staff is very friendly and they have many services. Never had a bad experience here and I find their prices to be fair. You can bring in a nail design for them to replicate, I would suggest making an appointment. Definitely recommend!

Its 12pm on a Thursday, i jst left this WEIRD salon w/o any services because1. Walk in Caucasian girl HAVING her nails done ask me what do you need?, i reply an eyebrow wax the asian lady DOING her nails says ok it will be about 10mins so i ask to use RR while i wait, on my way to RR i pass TWO asian women sitting in back pedi chairs just lounging. I came back to front and ANOTHER asian lady who is doing someones feet ask what she need? Caucasion girl answers wax asian lady YELLS OUT WHAT! Girl responds and this goes on literallt full minute until finally i stand up and point to my eye brows and loudly say WAX (fyi no music or tv or many ppl in salonn minimal noise). I sit down and immed girl say follow me leads me to back waxing room followed by the asian lady who had been doing the girls nails. They BOTH ask me to lay down on table. I ask why is there 2 ppl in here for wax asian lady replies she will help me. I finally reply this is weird, tbis whole place is weird and im getting out of here. The caucasian girl ACTUALLY shakes her head in agreement.#GETOUT!

New ownership, young crew, refreshing. I like this place. One advise for them is to stop rushing the mani and pedi service they offer to the clientele. As a client I expect to enjoy the treatment I pay for it ...

This place is awesome! My appointments always start on time - I never have to wait. Jack always does an amazing job with the dip on my nails and the pedicures are great as well.

We love Nail Trix! The nail techs are so professional and the service is tremendous.

I made an appointment to get an acrylic powder color fill. No one welcomed me when I arrived. I sat for 35 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I wasn’t seated with a nail technician until 25 minutes after my appointment time. The nail technician took 15 more minutes before starting on my nails. When he finally took most of the old color off and started the fill, it was a dip, not acrylic powder. They then told me they don’t do acrylic powder. Only dip. 4 days later my nails were popping off and they refused to fix them because I am not a regular customer. Mind you, I am only visiting Tucson. I will never come back here. Very disappointed considering they had 4.5 stars on Google when I searched.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ladies are so rude, would never recommend or ever go back.

More expensive than most, but at least you get more for your money: 1) More nail colors; 2) Nails are done meticulously and last longer than most; and 3) Professional environment with the hostess. Appointments are recommended, its hard to get a walk-in visit.

Jordan was amazing. Ive been to 4 other salons and they all did sonething i didnt like. My acrylics look natural and even. Its been a week and they still look amazing.

My sister and her friend just got laughed out the door after getting cut during a pedicure, and scolded with hot water. I would never take any of the females in my family to this establishment. Worst customer service.
