SUCH a great place! I got a gel mani for $28, and the woman did such a good job. Absolutely no mistakes, very careful, and she asked for my opinion throughout the process. She was so sweet and even massaged my hands at the end. I’d never go anywhere else after this.

I have been coming to One Day for a few years now and each experience gets better and better. Today Pam KILLED IT! I was nervous to try something new as I always get solid color dip manicure, but I decided to try a design and she did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this salon enough. Prices are unbeatable and the entire staff is so sweet!

Ive come here a couple times and now its my new favorite place they do a sugar wax rub and hot stone for only $27 and thats the regular pedicure. I always love the part about getting my feet and legs rubbed and no other places ever do it. I highly recommend this place if you like the massage part like I do! The technician Ben was great. I’ve been to a lot of different salons. Never feel at ease or comfortable. I’m always stiff and anxious. This was the best salon experience I’ve ever had. I was comfortable and relaxed. Everyone working here was friendly and the vibe was really chill.

Did a good job. I have just one bothersome thing to say. They told me to wear a mask and the Governor had already lifted that mandate. So, technically I didnt have to wear one, but they just kept telling me to wear a mask. So, otherwise they did a good job on pedicure.

I went in for a pedicure. I asked the owner if they had a particular color, of a brand they carry. He motioned to a wall of colors, turned his back and walked away. I was not impressed!The young man that did my pedi was very sweet, however inexperienced. He cut a bit close and his leg massage was like being slapped with a dead fish. Not impressed!It was clean and they were running on time.

I have had my fair share of nail salon experiences and to say the least I am always apprehensive to try a new salon. I had started going to One Day Nail Spa about two years ago and found a new place that did a great job. Unfortunately there was a time that they did hurt the bottom of my foot, but I understand accidents happen so I decided to give them another shot. I came in a few times after that incident and felt my service went down. I did mention what had happened and asked for a more gentle approach on my feet. Not sure if that is why the service went down, but this last time was my very last time going here. The owner was very rude to me and basically refused to take care of me, even though I was there for her specifically to take care of me. I know she is very busy and has a large clientele, but the does not excuse how I was treated. When I got to the salon a few minutes before they even opened, I explained that I was there to get a pedicure with Pam. The girl present was very nice and accommodating and sat me to soak right away. A few minutes after opening time, a gentleman came in and said he had an appointment with Pam. Pam was not in yet, so the gentleman said he would come back no problem. A short time later, Pam arrived and the girl that sat me, informed Pam what was going on giving her the gentlemans phone number. Pam started yelling at me saying no no I have an appointment with someone else, mind you, the guy is gone and Im soaking. She insisted that someone else do my pedicure. I was embarrassed and shocked. I would have gladly came back had I known she had an appointment at the same time. At this point, I just wanted someone, anyone to just take care of me. I was apprehensive with going with someone else as I have been hurt in the past. Needless to say... I will NOT be going back to this salon. I can barely walk. My weekend of being active is now shot and I will not be able to do anything for a few days. Very upsetting....

I have been looking for a good nail salon and I think I finally found it! I received amazing service at this location! The technician that gave me my manicure did a great job, was very friendly and didnt cut me! I will be definitely going back again!

Ive been looking for a good salon that is friendly, and gentle...they are amazing! I have been twice for gel manicure and pedicure and even when I bring in nail art thats very detailed they always manage to replicate exactly the style Im looking for. Another thing I love is they always greet walk ins even when busy and offer realistic time frames. Many salons will just let walk ins pile up and rush to get their nails done but not here, they will politely turn people away if they already have a couple customers ahead of them so they can give them the attention they deserve.

Called to ask if they take walk ins and because I couldnt hear the ladies response she screamed at me. I was a potential customer. Not any more

Tina always does such an amazing job. She is always pleasant, never rushes through. I have been to multiple salons in Tucson, by far Tina is my absolute favorite. Just cant thank her enough for the care she takes.

Wow! What an amazing experience! They’re so kind and they make you feel so welcome. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an awesome experience anywhere. Their prices are affordable, and worth every penny and then some. I got a gel manicure French tips and a deluxe pedicure with French tips and design and it was $75 to me that’s a steal! But to be totally honest, you can’t put a price tag on great people, and the kindness they showed, that’s worth a lot more then $75. I left feeling so refreshed, and so happy 💗

Tech was in a hurry and when scrubbing my foot she cut my heal and it bled thru out the pedicure, she also scrubbed me raw in 2 other places, and the bottom of both feet are red and sore today, the only thing she said to mw was sorry about the cut when I paid, and they charged me full price. I used to love this place but I will never go back again!

I must have had the owner on an off day and what a bummer as this was my first pedicure post Covid lockdown and social distance precautions. Salon is clean and constantly being wiped down and sanitized which is great.My pedicure was not up to par. Had to ask for the owner’s husband to remove polish left under and around my nails as she up and left me to dry without fine tuning her work. Lunch was more important than a satisfied customer. Also, my nails were not filed smoothly and a couple had ragged edges. Attention to detail was totally lacking this trip in.With so many nail salons in Tucson competing superior customer service is important whether it is for a first time customer or loyal repeat business. After all, what brings repeat business? Not the colors on the wall, but going above and beyond with customer service and exceptional delivery of the product.I won’t return nor recommend One Day to family or friends. Word of mouth reaches much further than a store front sign.

I came in on a Friday morning based on alot of good reviews . I got in and seated very quickly the pedicure was really great . It became way more busy as I sat there, the manicure seemed a little rushed. They did pick up a different color for my nails that I didnt choose but they were so nice I cant even be upset.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails filled my natural nails with acrylic over them for strength in gel manicure and I always like something Fancy on my ring fingers I read reviews Pam had a lot of good compliments so I made an appointment. I was not disappointed. With a just thin layer of acrylic over my natural nails and a great color, she did beautiful rhinestone work on my ring fingers they look great!

Had a great pedicure here, very clean establishment. They can take big walk-ins at the drop of a hat too, 6 people came in and got helped right away! Will return.

Came here for a couple years and loved it. Always able to make appointments and never had an issue, they were always on time and did a great job. Since coming back after a year off, they are terrible. Called to me an appointment two weeks away and was told I cant and to call back the week i wanted. Made an appointment, got there and they had no record of appt. Had to wait over an hour to get in. Nexy round, called to make another appt and was told come on Saturday, and they only do walkins. Went on Saturday, too busy, cant get me in. I work 3 jobs and thats why I need appointments but they cant seem to be able to handle appointments. I love my nails when they do them but cant deal with unprofessionalism when trying to make appointments.

Pam is so amazing. I told her I found the nail salon from reviews and she did the cutest dance. She gave me a french mani/pedi and it was perfect. I love that they work as a team to get you in and out faster. I had 3 people help me.

So sad I use to love this place and the quality but it’s definitely gone down over the last month or two. I went in for a shellac mani pedi and made it clear that’s what I was wanting. When it came down to it she only put nail polish on my hands, did nothing manicure related and still charged me $20. Overall unsatisfied, last time was not a good experience either I don’t know why I went back.

This place gets five stars from me. I went to their Salon for the first time and Was highly impressed with the service and the speed of their work!! Very professional People. Do not regard the one star ratings. They do sterilize their equipment. One of the reviews stated that they did not. I saw that they did. They had a machine that did such plus the chemicals. Also the staff was very gentle when doing my nails. I saw the reviews and was nervous myself. But learned quickly that bad reviews do not mean anything. These people are legit and care about their clients!!! I will be back!!!!! They are Awesome!!!! They gained a new client today!!! And I love the Dip it is awesome as well!

Hubby and I got pedicures together. What a wonderful experience we had here. They are respectful and positive, really caring about you and your satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. My manicurist Kim was very caring, patient, and friendly. Im a satisfied customer, and will come again. ☺

While visiting Tucson, I looked for a place for a much needed pedicure that observes distancing and mask wearing. One Day Nail Spa turned out to be a perfect place. The staff was friendly, ready on time, everything was clean, my feet and legs feel so much better, and the pricing is fair. I will go again on my next visit.

I rarely write reviews. Walked in after work on Monday evening...they got me right in! The staff was very sweet. Lana did a great job on my nails, and another woman took a look at the photo that I brought in and selected exactly the right group of polishes. I walked out happier than I’ve ever left a nail salon! I will be coming here regularly.

Walked in to get a pedicure done and they told me to leave because they were busy. No time frame of when or if to come back, no getting a name. Just told me to leave. Poor customer service. Obviously not a great business.

Ive been coming here for 6 years now and have never had a bad result. I will travel across town on the bus rather than find somewhere else because Pam and her staff are amazing and treat me like family. I recommend this place to everyone I meet and always have great reviews from friends and family. They will do any design you ask, even if its just a picture on a website. Owner took the time to introduce herself, and when she found out it was my first time she made sure I was happy with my services. The girls that did my nails were awesome and friendly. They love you as much as you love them! Ive never been to a place where everyone knew me the second time I walked in the door. Their gel manicures are sensational and last longer than other places. They have lots of choices, are family run, are great with children, and know their stuff! Their massage chairs are also chairs where you can actually feel the mechanism giving you a massage. Its also clean and never smells like chemicals. They rush phone calls, but thats just because theyre usually busy. They also really prefer cash, not credit card payment, so hit the ATM before you go there. I feel like I can promise you that if you live in Tucson, once you go to One Day, youll never want to go back to your old place.

The people were super friendly, I had a great experience while there, but by the next day I could not walk. I had an infection in one toe, and the cheese grater she used on the bottom of my feet actually shredded parts of both of my feet, I did not realize it until the next day. My feet are not dirty per se, the gray discoloration is from the sticky stuff left by the Band-Aids tapes.

Got the ombre dip powder gel done by the owner. My nails almost lasted 2 wks without any chipping, but one chipped today. Made an appt. but still had to wait so not sure if appts are worth it but would Def go back! Thanks ladies! God bless 💜

My daughter and I went to get our nails done 1st Time here and it was slammed had to wait almost 30 min before they started but they actually took their time even though they were slammed and I thought they would do a quick job to get us out. I was going to get the deluxe pedi but I didn’t get asked which one I wanted assuming because they were so busy.... I’ll try to come back when they aren’t that busy to get the full experience. Everyone seemed nice! They accept card even though they have a sign preferring cash I paid with card and put tip on it as well.

I have never gone to another nail salon that I needed to post this immediately. How friendly the owner, workers, and clients all are. This atmosphere is open and positive with loads of great conversation. It brings me back. A million stars if I could.

Went there today for a pedicure for myself and my 10 old granddaughter, we were greeted warmly. Did not have appointments but was seated just as we picked out our color. Scrub and warm stone message all included. to top it off my granddaughter was a reduced price unlike my previous nail spa.Thumbs up all the way. Also very clean!

After having a horrible experience with my fake nails at Wildcat nail salon, I decided to use yelp to find a place with good reviews and that had the chrome nail powder. Not only does this place have chrome nail powder, but also a wide variety of gel nail polishes and this neat sparkly powder. Anyhow, based on the reviews on yelp I decided to try this place today to get a refill and rose gold chrome color. I made an appointment for 1 and was a little late, and they had no problem with that. Pam did my nails and did an absolutely wonderful and attentive job. She did a great job with the almond shape and was VERY particular about checking them to make sure they were uniform and even. She also made sure to file down the growth from my real nails on the underside because the woman before left then long and it looked absolutely gross. In addition she did a wonderful job with the color. After she finished with my nails, she actually noticed that white a few of them had lumps on them so she filed off the chrome and did them again. She was very attentive and careful and I really am pleased with her, my nails, and my overall experience. When I left I also noticed on one of the nails that there was a little spot without chrome, and she redid that nail with no complaint or issue. My nails are beautiful and Pam is awesome. I have never really had someone so attentive, and anal in a good way, to make sure that the nails were even and the color was good without and bumps. Since Im new to Tucson, this will definitely be my go to place for fake nails and pedicures.

Went for the first time today. Wonderful atmosphere, and the employees have a conversation with you while they do your nails. My nail tech consistently asked if I liked how my nails were turning out, and made sure that I was genuinely happy with them before I left.

I went in for the first time two days ago. The salon is light and clean, no chemical smells. I received the most wonderful pedicure for $25! Was given the basics, call us removal, delicious smelling scrub, hot stone massage, and towel treatment. I have chronic pain in my lower legs due to an accident. I had been in a lot of pain for a few weeks, and this pedicure has left me pain free for the past two days! For me, that is tremendous! Will need to make this a weekly regimen! I also had a fill done! Superb! The ladies were so welcoming, sweet and friendly! Highly recommend this salon! Will be a committed customer!

Ive gone to Pam for three gel manicures and Ive been to her husband for one pedicure. Pam has done chrome nails, cat eye, and solid colors every time they have come out beautiful. They never rush me out and if I ever want anything fixed they do it without hesitation.

I have been to One Day Nails many times but wanted to highlight them for helping with my bridal party- I booked an appointment (well in advance) for six of us to get mani-pedis, and their staff did a wonderful job! As always, they were warm and welcoming, their facilities were clean, and everyone loved how their nails came out! They made me feel really special as the bride-to-be, and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Im a college student from North Dakota, so obviously my life is on a budget. My softball team travels to Arizona every year for a tournament. I come here EVERY YEAR. The service and prices are amazing, keep in mind that Im a hard person to please. I wouldnt suggest any other place. Ask for Pam, Amy or Lee or probably any one else thats there. They are stupendously accommodating and provide warm hospitality!

I went to thIs salon based on all the positive reviews. I had a terrible experience at a previous salon and was looking for a new home. Owners are pleasant and the owners husband did a nice job on my pedicure, though I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. The owner, Pam, painted my nails. She did an okay job but painted a lot of my skin, and she used toilet paper like stuff to spread my toes, which messed up my paint job. They dont put anything on the polish to dry it. I left with a complete mess and now have to have them repainted somewhere else. Then, I asked for an eyebrow wax. There is no privacy, you lay on a table right next clients getting pedicures; everyone can watch. She didnt pluck or trim at all.I am extremely disappointed and will not return.

I got a fill here a tuesday and my nail broke the day i got them. i’m a student so it’s a pain to pay for an uber to get my nail fixed but when i did the owner was so rough on my nail it started bleeding a little. then, she filed it down—on the part that was bleeding— and continued to put glue in it. it hurt so bad that i started crying but she didn’t even notice because she was trying to do 50 things at once and talking to her coworkers. it hurt so bad i can’t say i want to return.

I wont go anywhere else. Lana and Tina are my favorite manicurists- they do a killer set of dip powder nails and mine always last a minimum of three weeks, but once I went almost six weeks with them and had no chipping and only minimal lifting.

I love the people theyre so friendly. My nails always look fantastic too. However every single time I come in I end up sitting and waiting around. I try to call ahead before going, get told they can get me in and then wait 30+ min. I try and call the day before and schedule and appt and still I sit around 30+ min just waiting to get my nails done. I without fail always show up 15min early to make to help against this, but it never helps. They accept too many walk-ins for those who actually take the time to schedule an appt. If you have an appt on the schedule leave someone available to take care of them, its not that hard. Honestly at the point I need to find somewhere else to go and get my nails done.
