I recently started going to this salon and have found my new pedicure home!The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to do a great job! Everything is so clean, in packages, and that means a lot to me!

Very quick to take me as a walk in for a full set of acrylic with gel nails, the price was very affordable, and everyone was so kind! They did a great job, and even offered to correct any chip for free within 2 weeks. I’ll come back for sure!

Words cannot express how amazing this place is! I went in for a fill and gel polish I had Kimmy but everyone in this place is kind and friendly. I am openly admitting I am picky about my nails and I expressed to Kimmy my needs I usually have anxiety but she was open and welcoming about it. I felt beautiful inside and out because the folks here are too! It was my first time here and trust me I will be back my nails are awesome I left a bit emotional because my regular person moved but Kimmy asked questions. I was so appreciative of her and the folks around me it felt like home! This is truly the place to be i’m going back so for a pedi as well Kimmy I’m grateful and thank you so much!

Kimmy does my nails every two weeks, she does a fantastic job with my nails. She is detail oriented and likes to make sure you are always happy. My nails never chip or lift. She keeps my nails looking beautiful and healthy 💖

The guy who did my pedicure and manicure was very nice. I went in yesterday.. However.. he did dig too deep with the tools and my big toe was bleeding along the edge of the nail. I didn’t say anything when this happened. He did not either. Today my big toe is infected where that bleeding took place and is extremely sore to the touch. I went in to get my toes painted.. not for pain and infection. I will not be going back here.

I have been a client at this salon for 5 years or so. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The owner is the best manicurist and trains her staff accordingly. Rarely a wait at appointment time (unlike many other salons). Selection of services and colors is excellent. Also has great retail products!!!

Ive tried four to five other places in town trying to find a good experience. I just tried this one yesterday and it was the very best experience. Theyre helpful, kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and do beautiful work! I dont think I could give enough praises for my experience here. I had had several bad experiences at other places and was getting discouraged about finding a good place to go to. I will be going here all the time now!!

This place is amazing. My nails look very professional and clean. I got acrylics with gel nail polish. Kimmy was very kind and friendly. Knowing I didnt want to spend too much she gave me some input on what to do with my nails. Her input was valuable to me since I dont know much about nails. Her mom is soo sweet and chill as well. There was another worker who was there and she was friendly as well. When I asked the worker what she did to her nails she kindly told me and worked out a plan with Kimmy as to how I could one day get the entire look. I got a regular gel nail polish today and when I come back for a fill I will get the powder put on- that way Im not paying a lot in one go. I will most definitely be coming back.IPO Thanks Kimmy! 😁

AWFUL awful awful! I went in there with a picture of what I wanted and left looking like a 5 year old did my nails. When I called and complained they refused to give me a refund.

Excellent! They are very sanitary, they took extra precautions to protect the health of their clients and staff. Very good customer service and excellent nail service overall. Definitely recommend!

I will definitely be back! They took their time and made sure I was satisfied with how everything looked multiple times throughout the fill process. They offer alot of different pedicure packages and make good suggestions. Ill definitely be back!

What a nice place to relax! Staff is super nice, able and willing to make appointments and have good conversation with you while you get your services. I love the products they use and I have not had any issues with lifting or peeling!

Neat Nails honestly provided the bast mani/pedi I have ever gotten. I brought my whole wedding party and family, and everybody was amazing - it was my mom’s very first pedicure, and they made her whole experience absolutely wonderful. The amazing woman who did my manicure listened to what I wanted, tried a couple different ways to do it, and then whipped out a paint brush and painted each nail BY HAND so I could have gel polish in the very particular style I wanted for my wedding. I cannot thank the folks at Neat Nails enough for the amazing service, they went way above and beyond to make my wedding party and family feel special and pretty. A truly remarkable experience - I live way on the east side of Tucson, but I’ll never get my nails done anywhere else. I can’t recommend Neat Nails highly enough!

I’m new to the area and I’ve always been frustrated finding a salon that will get the shape right, color and the whole 9 yards. Mind me, I went to school in Washington, D.C. and have gone to multiple salons and couldn’t find one that could match Neat Nails. Neat Nails is the FIRST salon I went to here in Tucson, and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to do a pink/white ombré with dip powder. I can’t even tell you how happy I was when I left. THANK YOU!!!!

I hate to write a negative review because these people were very kind, but unfortunately, I am rather displeased. I was there for two hours to get a fill and two nails replaced. After only FIVE days, the two replaced nails are almost popped off already. Lifted up on the whole bottom. This is rather annoying. Especially since I waited so long.... The lady that was helping the other girl really seemed like she knew what she was doing, so apparently I should have specifically had her do my nails. Either way, Im going to have to now get my nails fixed AGAIN after not even a week. Disappointed.

Just had mine nails done by annie. They looked really great. She did a wonderful job. She took her time., did not try to do any add on. It was nice talking while getting my nails done. The coffee is really good. I will be going back.

Not going to lie, this place is a hole in the wall which I usually would not consider going to since they aren’t the fanciest location. But I decided to go since I haven’t found a single nail salon I love 100% In Tucson. But i went around 3:44pm and left at 5pm after getting a pedicure and manicure with gel. Vic was so meticulous and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my nails. And the main thing I’ve been looking for in a nail salon are more modern styles. For years I’ve been looking for a salon that does a duo-chrome nail. AND THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TUCSON THAT I HAVE FOUND. It’s called unicorn and I’m so obsessed with my nails and the quality of customer service here! Without meaning to I found the location which I will be loyal to! My boyfriend was even shocked, because usually after I leave the salon, he always laughs because I always dislike something on my nails. And for the first time, I am absolutely in love with my amazing nails!

I had just moved to Tucson a couple of months ago and I was nervous about finding a good place to get my nails done. I had tried some other places but they were horrid! But then I found Neat Nails and I made an appointment with Kim and she was and is amazing! She did a beautiful job and I am obsessed with my nails! I have been back since and she did a great job yet again! The place is clean and the people are all really nice and the environment is light and happy! Also, I have really oily skin and nails so usually my acrylic nails fall off before I can go get them filled but these nails stayed on perfectly and there was no chipping in the paint. Seriously an amazing job and experience all around. If you are looking for a nail place...go here! You won’t be sorry! Kim is the best!

In the chair for about 45 minutes for a male pedicure. There were so many steps I cant remember how many. My old toes and nails look spectacular. Thanks to the massage chair my neck and back feel 10 years younger. Wonderful place I highly recommend.

The gel nails werent consistent. Some thin, some thick. Most of them lifted from the nail bed. Had to soak off- couldnt have a fill because of the lifting.

I love Neat Nails! Ive been going here for over 3 or 4 years and they always do an amazing job on both manicure and Pedicure! They are reasonably priced and all of them that work there are so friendly, understanding, and nice! Kimmy and Hans, two ladies that work there, can do some amazing designs if you show them a picture and ask. Also, they do very cheap and great eyebrow waxing!

Nice little salon. Very good selection of polishes without toxic chemicals. They use disposable liners in the pedicure bowls. They arent afraid to get in there and work on ingrown nails either - not always fun, but necessary for good foot health! Reasonably priced. And they have yummy Vietnamese coffee. I first came here a few months ago, now I wont go anywhere else!

Had my first appointment with Kim today. What a warm and welcoming woman! She is the ultimate professional and does a superb job. IveI already booked my next appointment. The salon is cute and clean. Sanitation is at the top of Kims priority list. Your visit will be worth every penny!

I had a fantastic birthday pedicure here a few weeks ago. I saw Kim (? I think that’s her name), blonde woman from Puerto Rico who looked very pregnant, but was fantastic to work with. It’s a nice clean place where they line the soaking tubs with fresh liners before every new client. Friendly staff who are great at what they do, and also a nice friendly vibe, easy to chat and make pleasant conversation with the other customers. Great prices too, I’ll definitely be back!

My gel mani felt very rushed, there were certain nails that werent covered as well as others with the nail polish, and my nail has already chipped 4 days in. I was just a little bit disappointed since this place had such good reviews.
