Jessica and the other staff lady ( sorry I didnt catch her name), where both very polite, nice, and talked out of getting something that I didnt need, which you do not always run into hardly ever, so I automatically trust them now. I got Mani Pedi combo with gel just on my hands. They both speak very well English, and actually it would be hard to tell Jessica was Vietnamese if you only heard her talk. I only mention this as there is no communication barrier or miss-understanding frok what you say you want to what you get. Oh and they are selling washable/reusable fbric Macks that one of their customers makes for $10 each. You can also buy a new foot scrubber to be used on your feet only so that you know you arent getting exposed to anyone elses fungus, etc. They dont keep there for you, but its only $5, so you can bring next time you go, which is nice and puts my mind at ease, not because of Number One Nails, just from many past experiences where the nail salon doesnt properly disinfect the scrubbing device from one person to the next, so again this did NOT happeb at No One Nails in Tucson, this was many different previous mail salons here and back in WA state. I actually dont know their procedure at number 1 Nails but Im sure they take care of their stuff just fine and clean as a supposed to buy I didnt see because they werent cleaning and scrubbing Stone issues was the one I bought so yeah but Im sure they do a great job. Theyve been there for 20 years, or at least Jessica had been working there for 20 years, and from what I saw and everything, 9 believe that they also have 20 + year customers who stay loyal to them, which is always a great sign . the salon was nice and clean and even though it faces the west where the sun sets it was still comfortably cool in there on a very hot day like today. all in all the staff were completely nice and warming and inviting and Im definitely going to go there next time I want a pedicure or manicure with gel, or a foot scrubber thing, especially for my guy friends .. lol thanks Jessica for a wonderful job, which was quick and not rushed at all. So thanks again to Jessica and all the workers at number One nail salon in Tucson, the best salon to get your nails, toes and feet done, and of course they have waxing too.

Seriously the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a client off and on for 14 years, I love everyone in the shop. They have zero turnover, so all the ladies that work there will now will be there next time you go. They all really take the time to get to know you, understand what you want and make sure you’re happy. They remodeled a year or two ago, so the pedicure chairs are new and clean👍 Everything in the shop is SPOTLESS, you can tell Jessica, Lee and Alex really take pride in their work and care about their clients. You absolutely must make an appointment, and I’d recommend making it at least a few days out because they are booked. They are CASH ONLY, but I think that helps them keep the prices so reasonable, I’m not sure the have increased them in the last 14 years. It’s 54$ for a gel mani and pedicure, no sneaky soak off or trim down fees either. I’d give them a million stars if I could⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to number one nails for many years. Jessica and Lee are fantastic at their job and theyre extremely friendly. Appointments are required and they book up quickly so dont hesitate make your appointment now!

I have been a customer for over two years and am never disappointed. They always pay attention to detail and never make you feel like they want you out of the chair ASAP. This is a small business that is deserving of support during these strange times... Please support the ladies that own/work here. They do great work!

I usually do my own pedicures and when I have gone to get them done, I havent had good luck. But Im pregnant and cant reach so Ive been searching and this place had amazing reviews. I can attest that the amazing reviews are all true! This place is great! They are very clean and the staff are so friendly and seem to have built friendships with their clients. Alex did an excellent job, was very gentle (Ive been to places where Ive felt like they were ripping my nails off) and she had Jessica do my design because she does great designs and it all came out so nice! I am very pleased with this place and will definitely return and recommend them!

I got a fill. i had made an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes to be seen. i wanted them shortened a little and the tech took way more off than i had asked, made them all different lengths, couldnt do the shape i wanted bc of how short they were, left one of my nails at a slant and then didnt have the color i asked for and went w whatever she wanted and i didnt know what she was doing until it was over. and then charged me so much that i should have just gotten a full set somewhere else for much better quality.

DIRTY PLACE! This shop is dirty and overpriced. Also they ONLY accept cash or check but don’t tell you until the end and you have to make a Trip to the bank and back to them. Very bad customer service. I even called to make the appointment and was not told that important detail either. Management- Please think about this for your clients in the future.My pedicure was not good- only lasted a couple days, gem rubbed off, I think it was old and too thick. Very disappointed ...I do not recommend the shop at all! Do know how they are open being so uncleanly.

The shop is not the cleanest. Old t shirt put on the back of the predicate chairs, very weird. My main issue is that I am extremely disappointed in the pedicure I got here. I will not be going back, VERY expensive for the outcome and just one week later my pink toe nail polish is chipping on almost all toes so it’s very obvious and bottom of feet are very rough again. The lady barley did anything to file my heels and bottom of feet. It was a very quick pedicure and was $25 + tip and the kicker on top of a horrible pedicure was that they ONLY take CASH or CHECK although I wasn’t told this when I called to make the appointment. I had to leave drive to the nearest ATM, pay a $4 FEE to get cash out and go back to pay. Very, Very inconvenient, they should have told me prior to the appointment. Also, the I went to the shop real recently on a hot day and it did not seem like they had air conditioning. I left feeling very unhappy that day. I don’t recommend this shop.

This was my first time to the salon and my experience was AMAZING!!!!!!! I am new to Tucson and tried a few other nail salons and none of them came close. Jessica was my technician anshe is AMAZING!!!!!! Best Mani/pedi ever!!!!But the other girls were friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. Thank you for such a great experience. I really really appreciate this place. Very friendly and Alex is my girl. Jessica, Lee are very nice. I finally found a place that I am completely comfortable with and the most important part is they do a great job. WOW

The first girl who did my nails did a good job, very pretty. But the second (and last) time I went, a different tech mangled my fingers. It’s been over a week and they still hurt! A lot! Most of my fingers were bleeding when I left, and now they’re still very raw and red and scabbed. My nails look terrible. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time, and I’ve never had such a bad experience.

BEST mani/pedi! The ladies here are the friendliest and most welcoming that I have every experienced. To bad I dont live in Tucson because this would be my permanent go to place for my nails.
