Beautiful two-toned (ombre) dip nails hayy

First time here and definitely the last. Nail tech injured my wedding finger with the drill where it cut skin, started to bleed and my finger swell soon after. She apologized and immediately put some solution on it. Neither the tech or the owners niece offered anything to help or discount after the nail incident. Quality of the nail was also spotty as the final polish is missing in areas. Pricing was $40 for a fill and nail color change. With the pain I was in, I was just trying to get out of there.

Didnt charge the prices on the wall, and did gel without asking. Way overcharged for okay work. Had to go back and get it fixed.

This was my first time here and OMGosh what a great experience. Annie gave me the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. The salon was VERY nice and clean. They are so friendly and you can bet Ill be back.

Dropped in for a pedicure here on the spur of the moment due to location and timing for another appointment in the area. Really happy I did, despite some of the other reviews.Very welcoming and clean, the gal who greeted me and did my pedicure was very nice and provided a top notch pedicure. I would totally return, even though I usually get pedis closer to home. I got the spa pedicure that included callous removal and sea salt (deluxe) and it was $35 which is what I have paid anywhere else.I had visited here some years back a number of times and got great service then as well.

Great services they do speak English but are sometimes hard to understand but do a great job with your nails and the prices arent all that bad.

I love this place because the technicians are so nice. They dont talk about you in another language they usually just talk about what theyre going to do afterwards and I love the clean environment. I see customers who choose colors and when the workers are done painting their nails, Ive seen that they try their hardest but the customers always want to change the color and make them redo everything. If you dont like the color when they paint a nail then tell them right away so they dont need to change it over and over again.

I love this nail salon. In fact I think its the best in Tucson. This is the only place where I will go to get a full set. They do a fabulous job with making my acrylics look natural and slim. I dislike nails that are too wide. It may be a little more pricey, but quality is better than anything in my eyes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.

Horrible service. Went in today for a fill, she starting taking my acrylics off. Then she was like oh itll be easier to restart, I said fine. For the full set it was $30, no big deal. She didnt do it right. She didnt put the tips on, just the powder over my real nails so now they are super short. Very thick, not even lengths, crooked. NEVER again. I questioned her as to why she didnt use the clear tips for length and I told her thats what I wanted. She told me it was $30 for what she already did, $5 to take them off, and $25-$30 for the clear tips.

I used to prefer this location and previously gave it 5☆ but each visit gets a little more disappointing. Because my daughter gets coffin shape nails instead of the $16 to do a fill they charge her $33 for a fill. Our most recent visit all 3 of us had our cuticles burnt. My daughter added a pedicure and the dead skin still remains no difference then when she started. They would not clean under my nails left remnants of last polish showing on nails and skin.. Time to find a new nail salon.

The acrylic was so thick it was painful as it set. Felt like it was pullng my natural nails off the nail beds. The tips were not lined up straight with my own nails. When i got home and washed, I discovered my cuticles were raw and they bled. The acrylic had to be filed away and my nails had to be cut n filed to line up and shape them to the natural growth of my nails to prevent twisting my natural nails from their normal growth.Ive had my nails done all over from Alaska to Arizona. This was the worst set of tips Ive ever had.

Charged $70 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure! Totally my fault for not asking ahead. But it was no frills just basic stuff. Kind of in shock I just paid that...

40 for a basic pedicure! The lady rushed through the whole thing & didnt paint my nails all the way. When I sat to have my toes dry, she didnt say how long and the woman left to the back and left me for about 35 minutes. I know it doesnt take that long to dry, but I wanted to see if she would come back. She didnt and somebody else had to attend me. Im never going back!

I went in for a fill and I came out with a lopsided nail. I wanted rounded square and I got one side of a nail rounded the other square and sharp. I hat my nails so much. Its my birthday and its starting off bad

Highway robbery!! $55 for a regular pedicure that took twenty min! Place is always empty, now I know the reaso . It’s a rip off for subpar service.

I havent found a nail salon that I have been happy with since moving to the SE side of town, but I may have found it in VIP nails. Ive been to SO MANY and theyre either really nice, but really bad, or pretty good, but jackholes. I had thought that there just werent any friendly and good places, it was just too much to ask for. I decided to try VIP nails because it is close to home and she was friendly AND talented I trusted what she was telling me and she was fast, considering she had to fix the mess of a manicure that Id come in with.Realistically, there wasnt a huge polish selection, but the colors are curant. Its a basic salon, nothing fancy, it sort of reminded me of the beauty school where my grandma got her hair done, but the equipment is nice and so are the pedii chairs. I highly recommend vip nails, a rare gem in SE Tucson.

Got a pedicure Monday - by Thursday chipping..they don’t push back the cuticles or much of anything else - yes cheaper than most $22 - but I’d rather pay a few bucks more and get a pedicure that’ll last more than 3 days
