I wouldnt get my nails or toes done anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, kind and well trained. Their goal is to make sure all customers are happy when they are done. Ive been a customer for years. My daughter loves getting a new look every couple weeks with lots of bling. Im more for a classic look. Im so glad I found this place.

This was our first time at this spa. I took my 84 year old mother to have her first manicure ever. The man who helped her was so kind, gentle and very nice. The salon is has all new furniture, beautiful chairs, well decorated and clean. All staff members were wearing masks and all of the clients. The pedicure spa chairs are top quality and clean. We both had our nails done. The spa pedicure was only $26! Men out there, this is a great idea for a gift for the special ladies in your life.

Beautiful spa like salon with clean comfy chairs. Very upscale massage chairs. Everything was clean and plexiglass dividers allowed the close proximity of technicians and customers. Friendly staff who engage with customers and create a fun environment. Kha took care of me making sure I had lots of optoons to choose from. Ombre full set & spa pedicure came out beautifully. Birthday nails are a success!

This is the 2nd time Ive come and I am absolutely in love with my nails! Long always does an amazing job and knows exactly to do a coffin shaped nail!

I am very impressed with this place. I left my previous salon because they always made me wait even though I had an appointment. Decided to give Nail Pros a try and they did not disappoint. My nails are beautiful- exactly what I asked for. They got me in a couple minutes before my appointment time and did not rush and try to squeeze in every person who came through the door without an appointment. Super friendly and the owner made me laugh with his funny jokes. I made another appointment before I left. The salon is very clean and the technicians are professional. I definitely recommend Nail Pros.

After trying many different nail salons and being very disappointed I finally found this one which I have now been going to for about a year and a half. I love this salon the nail techs are all very friendly and funny and they make you feel like your part of the family when your there. They offer a magnitude of different services from gel to dip to Manis acrylic pedicures and waxing and they can do pretty much anything and any style shape and length that you ask for and they do it well. Its far Eastside but I would say its worth the travel some of you might have to do. I highly recommend Nail Pros and spa!

Ive been desperate to find a decent nail salon since moving to Corona de Tucson from Texas and have had some dreadful experiences at other salons Ive tried around town. This was suggested as a good place to try. Boy am I glad I tried Nail Pros! Long personally did my powder dip nails and were done perfect the first time! I also got a pedicure by Angel and she did a fantastic job as well. Now for my husband to get a pedi from here will be the icing on the cake.Thank you Long for making me the happiest with my move here!

I have been going to this salon for years now. I don’t get my nails done that often, but I love monthly pedicures. I have never had a bad experience here and this place keeps outdoing its competitors. I recommend making an appointment because they are ALWAYS busy.

Great experience. Had the dip and it was well worth the money. I recommend this salon over many others on the east side. This one is good and I have been to many. The owner is very impressionable and made me laugh.

Started out really good, the guy fit me in without an appointment even though I told him I would wait. But then he rushed through the entire fill to finish my nails before his next appointment. Cut me twice with the file and made me bleed, and then the gel polish came out chunky and uneven. I was really surprised after reading all the good reviews, but if you dont have an appointment I wouldnt recommend going.

Best nail salon in town! Been going here with my family for a while now and your happiness is their priority! I get the dipping powder on my nails and my nails always last a long time without breaking! My nails underneath are not damaged like a lot of places leave them. The shape and quality are always on point! Such a great family oriented business !

Second time here for a mani pedi and Lili was so nice! She was gentle with my in grown nails in my pedi and meticulous with the gel in my mani. I might come back again. Also, I was a walk in and they were very accommodating.Went in for a Mani and pedi and decided to try the gel for the first time ever. I can safely say I love it! I love this color, lavender something (492). Kevin was super nice and very professional. Will recommend to others

Waited longer for the service to get started than the pedicure it self seamed rushed. Also was approached by 2 of the techs that they need their tip as if its a given you give a tip. Wont visit again

AMAZING PLACE. We, 3 of us, showed up just before closing they stayed and did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly, funny, and welcoming. They didnt rush through, and gave world class service.

I chose this place because of the good reviews, so maybe I came on a bad day. The staff were talking a lot to eachother so it made the room loud. I was hoping for a relaxing experience. The sea salt rub was an extra expense and I wouldve enjoyed more of a foot rub than leg.

You know how some nail shops are awkwardly quiet ? Well not this one, everyone talks to you and makes it enjoyable. Affordable and reasonably priced !

Ive been going here regularly for about 4 years now. Service is friendly and expert. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable - and my fingers and toes always look great when I walk out! I can hardly go anywhere without someone asking me where I get my nails done.

They should be nail cons instead of nail pros because nothing was professional about my experience. The first time I went was just under a month ago, a week later I had to go back because my nail cracked, and I paid. Now four days later my overlay is lifting. I called to inform them and long told me he can fix this time but he suggests I find somewhere else to go because its a waste of his time to have to fix my nails, which I thought was extremely rude considering the service I paid my hard earned money for was half done. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CHOP SHOP I WILL GO WHERE THEY CALLIE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THE TIME TO DO RIGHT INSTEAD OF RUSHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY.

The people were very sweet but they did not do a good job on my pedicure. The paint was so thin in places that you could see my nail. Also, I paid extra for a scrub and was told that my feet would be smooth....this was not true. My toes and the soles of my feet are stil rough and even peeling in certain areas. I am not happy and will not be going back.

Took my 5 year old daughter for a pedicure and got one myself. My lady was very nice and accommodating. My daughters lady was very rude after finding out she wanted her toes painted different colors in shades of the rainbow. She made faces when she saw us come over with many polishes, two of which were mine and she rudely told my kiddo she she could only pick two. I explained she wanted a different color on each toe and she was very annoyed. It was only after I made it clear we would go ahead and leave if it was too difficult a task that she started painting her toes. We wont be back.

They completely butchered my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and when I said I wanted long he told me he doesn’t like long nails and proceeded to cut them short, he cut me with the file at least 4 times, and then didn’t even shape them like I asked and continued to remind him.

Hospitable but just like all the other chop shops fast paced. I’ll stick to the spas that give personal service and aren’t in such a rush.

Appointments mean nothing. You still wait your turn whether or not you have one. My nail technician was in a big hurry and she did a very sloppy job on my manicure. She also was pretty unpleasant. Not going back.

I called ahead to make an appointment and get prices for full set and was charged dabbled the price I was told that it would be, glad Im not a school girl on a tight budget.

The entire staff is so kind and attentive. They do great work everytime. The vibe of the salon is casual and the decor is of soft glamour. I definitely recommend this place. Also dont forget to bring plenty of cash to tip your nail tech!
