This place just absolutely deserves 5 star recognition . They are very Covid clean .OP Nails by KJ is amazing because they honor your appointment. They get you in and out in a very timely manner witch out rushing you or the time in your nails, it’s one of the first places I have been to that is the most up to date on the nail style and all the different nail options . They also nail a good natural nail look as well . I’ll share a photo of just today’s nails 💅🏼. I highly recommend.

I have been going to this salon for over a decade. Hands down the best nail salon in town. It is beautiful inside and so clean. They are taking COVID precautions very seriously. You get your own bag of nail files and tools that you keep and bring back with you to each appointment so there is no chance of cross contamination.The owners Kevin and Jeannie are so welcoming, they are always there overseeing and making sure your experience is great start to finish. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everything is so upscale, pictures do not do it justice. They have a huge selection of the latest and greatest dip and gel options. They are always bringing in the newest technology and trends to stay current with the industry. They can give you any look you desire and their attention to detail really shows in their work. Over three weeks later and my nails still look so good! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this place! I have visited here just two times but every time I come, they are always so welcoming and polite, and take their time to make sure I get what I requested and that it looks nice. I recently got the dip nails, and not only did they come out gorgeous, they are very secured onto my nail bed. I wish I could come back here more, they are absolutely worth it!

My cousin and I made an appointment for pedi, and although it was very relaxing, the lady that did mine, wasnt very careful at all. We both wear sandals, like most people who was going to have a pedi and have their toenails polished would do. But when the lady finished mine she picked up my sandal and shoved it on my foot, not only missing up two of my toenails but also getting polish on my new sandals. I wasnt aware of this until we had made it back home and took my sandals off. My cousin called and told them what happened, and the man that answered the phone, said yeah the lady that did her is not very careful, she can come back tomorrow and we will try and fix it, but dont remember what color it was, so Im not sure how it would look. Theres & $65.00 right out the window. That was my first time to go there also my last, what a waste of money. ☹☹☹☹

Great service very friendly - they give you your own personal pedicure bag to take home. Remember to bring it the next visit or youll have to buy a new one.

They do great work and are very personable. Ive only had 1 bad experience and it was an accident. A nail polish was dropped and spilt all over me and my purse. The girl cleaned it off of me, but my purse is still covered in nail polish and i was still charged full price. I wouldve been satisfied with even just 5$ off... But no action was taken for the mistake and now im out a pair of pants and a purse.

Pedicure was done as quickly as possible. Very busy salon, workers carry on conversations with co workers in Vietnamese and mostly ignore the person they work on. Unless you upgrade $$, your 3rd grader will give you a better foot massage and callus removal.

This place is wonderful! Everyone is so kind and Im so happy with my nails! I have finally found my home when it comes to getting them done! Prices and service are amazing.

Nails were lovely. Business was very sanitary, requiring hand washing multiple times and everyone wearing masks.I was a little put off being told we are talking about you multiple times. I was never told if the comments were positive or negative, I just laughed it off. Everyone was polite, otherwise.

Jeannie always does such a fantastic job. I enjoy my appointments. She always has the new and updated colors. There are so many dipping powder choices that its hard to choose. The place is so clean and comfortable. The whole staff Is fantastic. On top of all of that the price is great!!

I’ve being coming to OP Nails for years, prior to moving out of state a few years ago. I returned home and went to have my toes done. I cannot express enough how much I love this place! Always friendly, clean, and professional! Especially upon reopening, the extra precautions they’ve taken to ensure social distancing and safety is admirable. I will always return here when I visit.

Newly remodeled beautiful salon, very clean and friendly. I always book with Angela or Jeannie because they are such perfectionists and give me exactly what I want. They know their customers on a first name basis. Very personable and great attitudes, they always make me laugh.

One of the best nail salons Ive been to and Ive had nails done for 20 years. People here are very nice and accommodating. My daughter loves coming here with me and she lives other side of town.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and love the owners Kevin and Jeannie. My go to is Kelly, shes so precise! They just remodeled their salon and they have barriers up for yours and their safety during this pandemic. I love that you can book an appointment, I highly recommend.

Just love this Kevin and Jeannie and the staff. They are very personable and really make sure you are comfortable. But most all they do a wonderful job on thier work.

I love this salon! Ive been going here for a little over 3 years and I could not be happier. Kevin is my nail tech and he is so good! I never have any complaints and if I ever need to get a nail fixed (I work as a server, so I am very hard on my nails) hell do it for me!

Its a very nice place. Kevin is friendly and sweet. Lee did my nails she did such a great job! There is one guy that works there that thinks his poop doesnt stink. Had he been the one that did my nails my review would be very different!

Felt rushed. Polish not even. Nail clippers and tools did not seem to be sanitized in between use.

I went there for the first time and was so very Happy w the service I got. I called on the phone and they tried their hardest to fit me in. They have a new customer. And the cleanest salon I been in.

I’ve been here a few times and at first it was good but this last time I went I didn’t want to have them cut my natural nails and so the lady decided to have a guy help me instead. I don’t know what they said before he began working on my nails but he applied way too much acrylic to the nail and didn’t shape them how I wanted. Instead of white almond nails, my nails were round. The polish was applied so thick and it did not cover all my nail and looked horrible. Later I had to fix my nails at home. It has only been a couple days and one is already starting to come off. On top of this I had an appointment scheduled and instead of taking me at that time like other places, so waited more than half an hour.Would not recommend this place.

I had only gone for a pedicure once before in my life and I went with my friend to O P Nails. I am hooked. I now go regularly and have started doing manicures as well. Everyone there is friendly, but more importantly they really know their stuff. Its clean and relaxing. Highly recommend it, even for novices like me.

I wont go anywhere else for my nails! The owners Jeannie and Kevin are the nicest people you will ever meet and they make everyone feel welcomed. They greet you by name and are very hospitable and really pamper you. No matter how busy they are, they never rush you or do a rush job. I have been going to KJ for over 15 years! I go to get gel pedicures here but not on s consistent basis due to my work schedule. Excellent work every time. Ithe review about the managerbeing rude from a regular customer. How much did you regularly tip? I tip very well but have found most people here in Tucson are very poor tippers. Like $5.00 for a 60.00 service. Tip more and you get great service.customer.

Can you say Heaven!!! Lee is so good at what she does. She takes her time and makes the experience magical. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I just wanted to let everyone know that this salon is great. Kevin fixed my nails that another salon screwed up and he made them beautiful again. He took his time and chatted with me the whole time and I will be back in 3 weeks

I love this place! I’m a teenager and the prices are great and can do a lot of what I show them if I have an idea. They’re always nice but you get in more likely with an appointment becuase it’s pretty busy there

Love OP! Everybody works very hard and they try to honor appointments. I like my nails thin and short and they work very hard to make me happy.

Kelly did absolutely an amazing job. I have to go to a wedding and she really took her time take them perfect.

I love this salon! Always friendly and professional. As a diabetic I am careful with my feet. I wont go anywhere else!

I went to OP nails for many years until I started experiencing horrible customer service from Jeannie, the manager. She was rude and nasty to me. I will never go there again.
