It had been so long since getting a full set and they turned out so absolutely beautiful, couldnt have been happier. Cindy did such an amazing and thorough job and I could tell that she cared about the details. I also got a lovely pedicure. The ladies worked until after close and never rushed through their work and everything turned out great. I can’t wait til next time!

Cindy did an AMAZING Job!!! My friend and I were walk INS at the end of the day and myself needing fills and a full set for my friend, she took care of us both and really did a beautiful job and had a great sense of humor! Cindy is the BEST at acrylic nails! She does a such a phenomenal job I would never go to anyone else.

They ruined my nails! Staff is so rude and unprofessional, especially Cindy. They couldnt remove the gel polish I had put on by a different nail place. Without even explaining to me what they were doing, they viciously ground my nails down with a rotary tool, making my once healthy, thick, lustrous nails, into nails with ridges, potholes, and thin, painful raw red areas. I swear I think this was on purpose. They were totally impatient and hostile about it, and on top of that, they charged me for ruining my nails! I had my bank stop payment to them, thankfully. If I had known what they planned to do, I would have just left the gel on. I had to wait months for my nails to grow back. Stay away from these Bs!!! Spend a little more and go to a nice place, not this dump!

Great service!! Long time customer. They are getting a remodel on their space amd it is looking fantastic! Should be complete in 2 weeks.

Bad service. Woman who did my nails was barking at me. Could not get my old acrylic set of properly and tore my nail. Run down. Seats are ripped and uv lights are from the 70s.

I took my little sister there for a belated birthday gift. The lady did both of our nails at the same time. No biggie. I tried to converse a with her on multiple occasions and she didnt really talk back I said okay thats fine youre focusing on my nails thats cool. I noticed she handmade one of my nails crooked and when I said something about it she didnt do anything to fix it. She overcharged me. Didnt fix the problem. Gave me the wrong color on my nails. Horrible customer service. And left what was supposed to be a relaxing belated birthday gift an infuriating experience. Maybe she hadnt had a long day so I try to give her the benefit of the doubt but me and my sister will never be going back there.

Filthy water in pedicure tanks. I got fungus I cant get rid of. Cindy was rude and nasty. She made one of my toes bleed. No apology at all. Horrific!

The place looks a little dated, but the service is first rate. I get a manicure every other week and the young lady (Michele) does a great job.

I had my nails done 4 DAYS AGO on Sunday, paid $35 for fills, plus $10 tip! The gel is already cracking, NEVER AGAIN!!! Must be the cheap product!!! What a joke, $45, later!!!!

Terrible service. My toe got infected and developed into sepsis because of Cindy. She ruined my toenails and my health. I had to go to the ER, and it cost me thousands. Thousands later, and hundreds more clindomyacin, I saw Cindy at the store and she laughed in my face after I said hi to her. What an animal.

The girls working there were nice, cared about customer service, but did not give the best manicure. Unfortunately, the Polish flaked off within 2 days on my fingers, and lasted about a week on my toes. I know it was a busy weekend, but I hope that it would last a little longer.

They got me in last minute and did an excellent job, one of the best I’ve had in Tucson! I’ll definitely be coming back!

They were polite and actually saw me at time of my appointment. I left Golden Nail due to them never seeing me in a timely manner or at all and that is why I left. The quality of their work is great and they were very nice. Will be repeating my business at Luxury Nail.
