Did a great job on my fiancée nails. She loved them very much.

Wow has this place gone downhill. Typically still get good work, but the place is unsanitary, appointments are never kept on time, and the tension and bickering in the shop is stuff reality shows are made of.

I arrived at my scheduled time, they were over booked, which caused a delayed. The gentleman that did my pedicure wasn’t gentle doing the pedicure, nor did he do a mini massage on my legs. When he did my manicure he was inattentive, paying more attention to every one else and not what he was doing, and he was rough with me. He sat me over where the ultra violet light was located and he never turned it on, but since was working on someone else’s nails I wasn’t able to get his attention. After sitting for about 10-15 minutes, my friend asked if it was safe to leave, rather than coming over and checking my nails to see if they were dry, he said I could go. My nails were NOT dry, and when I went back and showed them how messed up my nails were they expected me to wait even longer to get them fixed. I will NOT be recommending them to anyone.

Definitely losing their touch... prices up, rush you out, service is definitely not up to par... last 3 visits have been less than satisfying!!! After many many years of patronizing here... maybe time to go to White File or another place....

Loved it. They fixed the thin breakable nails I got at Hollywood nails and made them thick and strong enough to last me a month and their prices are great.

The nail gel tony put on my nails is chipping and peeling off. I called ti tell him what is happening and wanted a refund and how said we dont do refunds. He would rather inconvenience me to come back down to have them repainted. I am in a wheelchair and it is hard for me to get there. Stay away

I started coming to lovely nails in 2019. the first person I got was Alex. at the time he nailed my service & we clicked! I kept going. well a year later I booked an apt & all of a sudden he said he wasnt going to service me because he doesnt do pedicures... which was odd but ok. he then started saying he only took Apts when I clearly was. I was pretty hurt but I kept going cus Linda & Tony do a good job.well today I came in as a walk in and got Alex for the first time since our last conversation. (early 2020)he did my full set. it came out ok. a lady walked in right when he was about to finish my service,, saying she had an apt with ALEX for a pedi.guess what.? same thing that happened to me, happened to her. he started arguing how he never did her toes & it must of been someone else. the customer was very uncomfortable & just put her head down well someone else serviced her.after that I asked Alexdo you not like doing pedicures?he saidoh no, I do *nervously laughing*I told himwell Im only asking because the same thing happened to me a while back & you refused to do myy pedicure. (has no idea who I am since I gained weight from pregnancy)he just started laughing and said that lady was a walk in, he does pedicures but she didnt have an apt.YIKES.Alex is really good at his work but he cant keep customers Ive just witnessed this happen TWICE.and of course no one said anything. but kept vouching they serviced her & not him. I know for a fact he doesnt like doing pedicures & only does them when theyre really busy (which is how I met alex) and Im sure she did too.

I schedule with Candy for Gel manicure and pedicures. She is great. Reasonable prices.

Finally went and got fills and I came home disappointed.. I got a gel fill. I came home and showered and started watching TV. As Im watching TV Im feeling my nails cause they looked nice... And then the gel top coat is peeling off 😠. I asked for a gel polish and I dont believe they put gel polish.. I know they didnt. This is my place to go but today Im very disappointed... 😠😡🤬 I have pictures but dont know how to attach them to this post..

Stopped by to check the place out. They were very busy. Asked for information on their services. My questions were answered with lack of interest to serve.

Awesome! I needed my brows waxed and this is where Ill be coming back to on a regular basis. Friendly, professional, and they take walk-ins!The practitioner knew exactly what to do with my uneven brows and how to wax and style them without taking off too much. Yet, it still looked like I got them waxed....Thank you, Lovely!

GREAT PLACE TO GET A GOOD PEDICURE AND MANICURE AT A GOOD PRICE, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THE ATMOSPHERE IS CALM AND THE SMELL OF THE NAIL SMELL IS STRONG AS IN ALL NAIL SALONS, BUT VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK FOR THE PRICE.

Went to get a pedicure walked out with a fungus infection 😭 never going back

The unprofessional “manager” with her shoes off and feet up not doing anything but on her phone got really upset when my 3 month baby was crying while she was on a phone call. She has 2 girl she must have kids that don’t cry at all. Will never come back here again. Speaking your language with the rest of your workers instead of telling me what your problem is was even more unprofessional. Her and her husband look miserable if they don’t like what they do they should find a new career 🖕🏼

She used dirty equipment. I now have the worst nail fungi. Ive been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never had this issue. Please make sure they use clean equipment! I wish I wouldve said something when I noticed.

They take forever

Was rushing and didn’t do a good job on a manicure, got a pedi and cut my toe I started bleeding a lot and he just painted over nail. Didn’t stop bleeding and he tried covering it up with super glue. The glue touched my blood and he didn’t sanitize it. Charged full amount and went home with a bleeding toe covered in lots of glue.

Lilly does my nails on a regular basis. The whole staff are like family! Wonderful.

Id actually give 5 for the review..the nails I got are flawless..in my opinion. Linda was amazing. Only I went ahead and got a pedi as well ... that is a train wreck. The person doing the pedi did not even attempt to get the skin out or the ingrown edge. And when i mentioned it, nothing was done. LOnda came over and talked to her..but seriously if the woman was scared to get it out in the first place. .I didnt want her cutting me. ve had pedis all over and this is by the worst Ive ever had. I wish I knew this persons name. I will be back for the nails but not the pedi. Shame to as this place is clean, but that doesnt matter much when I walk out feeling like I may as well have thrown 20 bucks into the wind.

Horrible place! Unfortunately I went to Lee. In 16years of getting my nails done NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN FUNGUS!!! Till now! I truly regret going to this place!

Walked in because I broke one of my acrylics on vacation. They were fast and did a fantastic job

The guy took over an hour to do my nails, he cut 4 of my fingers with the file and they didnt come out how i wanted. I am never going back to this place.
