I walked in on a Saturday, hardly anyone there. Sat down for my pedicure & he still had the dirty towel there with nail clippings on it from the previous person & when I asked him to get a clean one, he brought back a ratty rag to use. No. Thank. You. I left. The place has definitely changed since I was there a few months ago.

I love the staff here my mom and I always go here to get our nails and toes done and they do an amazing job and have so much available. They are fast and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience with them they always treat us great and they are reasonably priced. They have never told me they cannot do something with my nails and toes. I always leave Satisfied and feeling relaxed.

Ive had problems in the past with gel staying on for only maybe a week to two weeks tops but since Ive started going to orchard nails a few years ago the gel lasts two to three months if I let it. Theyre always so sweet and they know me by name and my daughter and its just an overall great experience! They do an amazing job!!!

This was my second visit ever and its so nice and peaceful there. I highly recommend it. They offer a really nice scrub and lotion for pedicures and seriously my feet look and feel so great. I got a manicure and pedi today and Im so pleased with the results! Ill definitely be back. The gentleman that did my pedi both times was great at massaging and caring for my feet. And the lady that did my nails was very sweet and gentle

This is my favorite nail place, the owners are friendly and always remember me and my daughter. They have the best pedicures. I have to admit that the quality from a few of the nail technicians has gone down slightly the last few months. Still our favorite spot though.

I go here every 2 weeks for a fill and a pedi. I have NEVER been let down or disappointed and the prices are fair. Love this place will always recommend.

I had a dip manicure there. The guy actually did a really beautiful job. But they upcharged me - $5 to take the polish off (no one has ever changed me for that before, $1 per tip (other places charge $5 for all 10, no charge if you just need a few).Now, I don’t mind paying a little extra for a great manicure, but it only lasted about 10 days. The dip usually last a MINIMUM of three weeks, but I can usually stretch it to four. And then the dip starts to peel off. Well, it didn’t peel off, but all my nails started to break off. Now, I pretty much need all tips. I think it’s because they were so thin. Everywhere else I’ve gotten the dip, the nails were thick and lasted a long time.

I had a great pedicure here!Pros: The sugar scrub didnt hurt when they massage your legs, and they took time to massage with lotion as well. They were meticulous when applying the polish, and I appreciated them taking their time with me, rather than trying to hurry me out the door.Cons: My massage chair didnt really work - it was the first one in the row.

Went to 2 other places and they couldnt accommodate even though they didnt have anybody in their shop I guess they were just taking appointments only went into Orchid nails and Lamb took care of me right away very nice place I plan on going back over and over and over again

Prior to today, I would have given this place 5 stars. My two previous visits were awesome. However today I was treated with such disrespect by the young female manicurist that I will never come back here again. Advice: do not forget that customer service keeps your business alive.

First visit there this evening. It was calm and relaxing, and the place looked clean and they were very nice. I had a great pedicure and full set nails. Lan did my nails and I love them. Don also did a great job with the pedicure massage. Thank you both. I am attaching a picture of my nails. Coffin, narrow, not to square shape :-)

Always an amazing experience

I will start by saying it is very clean and organized, and the staff was very nice. Ive heard the pedicures are amazing, but I would not recommend getting dip nails done here. Dip nails usually last me 5 to 6 weeks before I need to get them redone. Within one day my nail chippef and I could see visible cracks. I went back the following day to have the chip fixed, and the technician started filing the chip out. I told her about the cracks, but she said she couldnt see them. The next day the same nail was chipped again, along with 4 other nails on that hand, and 3 on the other hand. I dont feel its worth it to go back and complain and get them fixed only to have them chip within a few days. So Im pretty much out $50 for nails Im going to have to have redone this weekend.

Do yourself a favor and get the $40 spa pedicure... so indulgent. I almost dont want anyone else to know how wonderful they are.

Ive been coming here literally since they opened. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Very friendly, family owned. No rushing, friendly conversation and welcoming smiles. They even greet me by name. I have never had a bad set of nails or a bad pedicure. Exactly what I want every time and the pedis are amazing! I highly recommended this salon!

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had! Found this place on a whim. Everyone is so nice. I had to wait a little bit on arrival but for the experience it was worth it. I have been going here for a couple months. I made appts. I have shown up 2 times and my person I made an appt with had to either leave for an emergency or didn’t come in. I settled and let someone else do my nails. The last time I showed up and my original person wasn’t there like I had made an appt with I left and went somewhere else. The second the new place took my nail polish off it was apparent something was sooo wrong. I had green fungus on my nail. This is from the nail not being cleaned properly and equipment not being sterile! I have had my nails done for 7 years and have NEVER EVER seen anything like this!

I dont normally do reviews but we walked in today after getting turned away by another place we were getting 2 full sets 1 pedicure a mani pedi and 2 waxes she said it will take a bit but we will get it done. My nails came out amazing my pedi was done by Henry who has wonderful massage technic and lasted a long time. Daughters nail polish was not great because she picked an OLD color her fault really. Had about 3 hours there and felt very welcomed. Just really enjoyed my day with my girls.💅💋💗❤💙 thanks again for a great experience
