I finally found a great nail salon that has a great pink and white acrylic nail tech. Pink and white acrylic is a dying art form, its hard finding salons that even have someone that does them anymore, let alone really well.I had a full pink and white set today with Vy and she was awesome! Ive been getting pink and whites for almost 20 years and she may have the best technique Ive ever seen, honestly, shes not only extremely precise, shes super fast!I also had a pedicure with Lucy. I got French tip polish and Im very picky- she did a beautiful job! Perfect smile lines on the white tips, she has a solid symmetrical technique. Im picky because Ive learned white tips are an art form and not everyone can do them well, but she was great! She also has a gentle touch and nice technique for foot massage.I will definitely book with them both when I come back. The salon itself is very clean and has a modern look inside, which surprised me since the outside plaza looks a little run down, but inside definitely feels and looks like a higher end salon. Im happy I found this place. I finally found my nail home here in Tucson!

Over the last few years I’ve searched for a nail salon/technician that I truly liked. Yesterday my daughter and I decided to try out KT Nails and we both left very happy with our nails! I cannot remember the name of the woman that did my daughters nails but I had Kevin and I LOVE my nails! We will definitely be returning!!

Omg… just got the best pedicure of my life. I didn’t get her name but she had light colored hair. She took her time and was so detailed in what she did, which is something hard to find now days. I almost fell asleep a few times because it was so relaxing. For sure will be coming back after this experience!

Overall this place was very professional and respectful, I was seated on time and received a very polite and respectful worker. She put in a lot of effort and the work was excellent. Over all this establishment gets a 10/10 from me and will definitely be returning.

Not really greeted upon entry - not very friendly.Not ready for us when we had appointments & I have to question if the others waiting did. Regardless they did not plan accordingly which is really annoying.Chairs really uncomfortable - not pleasant massage at all.Dont think my guy that experienced but nice & overall did a good job with nails. Did not really scrub foot for long or with more than the white foot scrubber. Did not really get cuticles. Unfortunately one of the softest massages.Still requiring masks - but now since we have been here - there are 12 people without & nothing said to them including the main chicks customer & she was the one who told us we needed them * that is annoyingPrices reasonableSuch an awkward place - super silent, just weird.Not sure if Ill return - atmosphere seriously uninviting

Price keeps changing and that doesnt make me happy. I can understand the increase of $3 because most prices everywhere have changed. Yesterday it increased another $2 for a total of $35 for a fill.

I have been going to KT Nails for close to 20 years. Vy and her team are very hard workers and want all their clients to be happy with there nails. They are a very busy Nail Salon and that is always a good sign of a place doing a good job. And YES! Sometimes you have to wait in line for your turn. But in the end Vy and her team will do an amazing job at whatever it is you need! I wouldn’t go any where else!

I have been coming to KT Nails for about almost two years. I only go to one gentleman and his name is TU, he does such a remarkable job that my nails last about 3 weeks to a month. He is very nice and respectful and kind. Thank you.

I had come in to get a gel manicure on a Thurs, with the young man who sits by the sinks up front. He was very nice. I went to frys to get cash for a tip. I was charged $35 for the gel manicure.The polish peeled off within a week. I came back today, checked in, told Vy I needed a polish change and showed her that hardly any polish was left on my nails. A girl in the back/ the pregnant girl, put the new polish on. NO manicure just polish. When I went to pay she said$35. Why so much I asked its just a polish change no manicure, she said thats the price. I was upset and Vy you looked right at me. Ive beent going here for 8yrs at least. I spent $70 in less than 10d for what! Very disappointed!terrible customer service

Once again I was very pleased with my pedicure. It is very relaxing, clean and employees are very friendly. My only concern is the wearing of mask. Whether a person has been vaccinated or not you can still get Covid and have no symptoms and most importantly you can pass it on to someone else. Who’s health might be compromised. It’s not over yet stay tough and stick to clients wearing mask.I will definitely be back!!

I absolutely love this place!I normally come in the evening and they make me a priority and even thing is perfect. They also have these wonderful pedicure collections soak, scrub, and masque and massage packets ! I love them . I highly recommend them.

The gentleman that did my nails did an awesome job. I can honestly say my experience with the gentleman was fun and great laughs. I could have walked out with a mess of nails, but it was our conversation that was the best out of the visit. I love my nails when I chose the color I told him he could do whatever to be creative. He gave me the Japanese Cherry Blossom tree it was special to me for that was my late sisters favorite scent, tree and flowers. What made it even better is he didn’t know he just put it on. Thank you very much I’ll be back with my daughter for her birthday and my fills.

Very professional and friendly. I was a walk in but there was not an extreme wait considering I didnt set an appointment. Prices were very reasonable for all services, I got a full set using 2 types of acrylic and a special shape of how I wanted my nails as well as the deluxe pedicure which is higher priced pedicure which only cost $100. This was cheaper then other salons I have been to when asking for special packages. Their standard pedicure, full set with standard nail shape and acrylic are very reasonable in price. All of the staff members were very friendly. If you want to save yourself some time set up an appointment. The technicians I saw were for pedicure Hung and for full set was Tu. Tu took his time to make sure my nails looked amazing, he didnt rush he wanted to make sure I left happy. The salon is about 40 minutes from my house but it was well worth the drive. I am so pleased with the outcome and so glad my daughter referred me to KT Nails at Ina and Thorndale. Dont forget to grab a business card and have your technician sign it after every service/visit because after spending at least $15.00 for 5 visits you will get $5.00 off your next visit. Building was very clean, they sanitized the working station after every client and everyone was required to wear a mask for everyones safety. A great salon to go pamper yourself at for a day. I called and made an appointment and asked what would be a good time they could get us in they gave me an appointment time of 445 and then we had to wait an hour until 545 before we were even able to sit in a chair. Also the person doing my toes was either not paying attention I got distracted and clipped my skin with the nail cutters. Overall very disappointed and will not come back.

I have also gone to other technicians (Tom, Vy, Quin) if Diem is booked and have been pleased with their work. I absolutely love this place, their professionalism, and the awesome work that they do!!!

I’ve been going to KT NAILS for the past few months and I’ve never been happier with a nail place. Everytime I go they complete nail what I ask for (no pun intended). It’s comfortable and immaculate. I even took my daughter with me for a polish and they accommodated us perfectly! I won’t be going to any other nail spa for my nails!

I had an appointment next door but decided I would try this place out since I was in the area. Upon entering, I was greeted and made a last-minute appointment in an hour. I came back and had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time, but it was a last minute appointment so that was fine. Tom did an AMAZING job on my gel manicure and pedicure, and he was so thorough even though both only took an hour and a half! The place is very large, and clean, and is very visually appealing. The pricing is also very reasonable, and they have a large gel color selection. Even though I live half an hour away, I will definitely be making this place my regular nail salon!

We came in without an appointment...the wait was a little long this time but the shop was really busy. Service is always good and I am always pleased with what I have done. Manicure always lasts until the next time (3 weeks for me). I would definitely recommend this business!

Made an appointment for 1:45 on Friday, 5/28 for two people. This was my first time going. When my friend and I arrived we walked up to the front desk and waited. Finally a nail tech told us to go check in and pointed at another desk. We checked in at 1:46pm.Waited about 10 minutes, when no one came up to us I went back to the nail tech who told us to check in and said we had a 1:45 appointment for mani/pedi. She said ok just wait and well seat you when a chair opens up. Fine. Would have been nice to get that information when we checked in.A couple walked in asking to get pedicures and they were IMMEDIATELY taken to two chairs. I thought maybe they had appointments, later on while getting my manicure done I heard one of them say they randomly decided to come in; so no previous appointment.We were finally seated at 2:20pm. Neither of the basins were filled with water, mine didnt have the plastic lining. I was asked what services I was getting I told him two mani/pedis we made an appointment. He finally stars to fill up my basin, and it was lukewarm water. My feet were in there not more than 30 seconds before he started working on them.At this point I was thoroughly annoyed by the experience and said nothing, but should have. My friends basin was filled 5 minutes later.The guy working on my feet did the laziest work ever. Just looked annoyed the whole time. He cut one of my toe nails too short so when he was painting it, it stung.Onto the manicure, the same guy asks the length shape ect. I wanted short nails with a squoval shape (square with rounded edges). My right hand was ok, the left hand every nail was cut at a strange angle, none of them even. I dont expect them to all be identical but at least similar.As of 8am this morning (the next day) 5 of my nails have already chippedWILL NOT GO BACK!!!!

I have been a very happy client for 6 years and Diem (Erin) is my regular technician. I have acrylic nail fills usually with a pedicure. The owner is on site & is quick to place clients or resolve any issues.I highly recommend making an appt and using their services.

Everytime I make an appointment I end up waiting over an hour past my scheduled time. And they don’t even tell you you’re gunna have to wait. Maybe they should learn to stay on time and stop letting walk ins go before people with appointments. Won’t be coming back.

Went in yesterday for my nails to have the dip powder but the tech was having a hard time with it so she decided to put gel over and the gel is now bubbling off the powder and I can’t reach anyone about it

I was rushed out . I asked for a specific nail design and got something completely different. And the guy that did my nails . Wouldn’t fix them . He wanted to charge me more money . I’ve been going there for 10 years and never had an issue until today . Ugliest nails I have ever had in my entire life .

I always go to KT Nails for my pedicures. The staff is always friendly, and they take the time and effort to make sure your pedicure looks great.

I got a classic pedi and dipped nails with added tip.. I had bubbles on my toes and dead skin left around my big toe. My nails are so bad many differences in sizes also have 3 that are wavy looking..and glue was left all over my fingers! Also did no clean up on my nails like dead skin etc. I never treat myself and paid $73 for this! I wish I had time to go back that day and get at least my money back for the nails.

Ive been looking for a new nail place and I really wanted to love this place. Its clean, well decorated, and always busy. I went for the first time and received one of the most painful pedicures Ive ever gotten. Rather than the normal clipping of cuticles, she slowly peeled them off my big toes entirely. It was painful during the process, but I woke up this morning to swollen, throbbing red toes I can barely walk on! My boyfriend got a pedicure that he really liked, so I might just have to try a different technician. Really bummed.

I have been a long time customer of KT Nails. It is usually a hit or miss. They have techs that are very, very good but some that rush the work and dont care. However, today I arrived for a fill. I signed in and waited. I no longer make appointments because my mom, sister and I always wait at least 30 to 60 minutes after our scheduled appointment times before services, so a walk in is faster. The owner called my name and had me sit at her station by the register. I put down my things and went to look at the dip colors. I turn around and there is a woman sitting in my spot. I say Excuse me. Im sitting there. She says I have an appointment. She then hands me my purse and I look at the owner. She says She has an appointment. Please sit at that other station and someone will be with you. I move to the other station but then tell her that Ill get my nails done some other time and leave. They did this exact thing to me two weeks ago. Im not sure why some peoples appointments are honored while none of mine have ever been. I hope that other customer was worth it because they have lost $500 of revenue a month as my mom, sister and myself will not be coming back.

Everyone that works here is very nice and they always try to get people in on a reasonable time. The waiting time is never super long and they always try to get to people quickly. They’re manicures and pedicures are very nice and their eyebrow waxes are very good, very even. Overall, very good experience.

I was just in there today. I checked in wanted a specific lady. But she was busy. Ill never settle for anybody other than her again. I was never asked which pedi I wanted. I actually was going to splurge this time and get the wax pedi and a design but the girl I had was digging in my toes hard as heck, had boney fingers, the massage was not relaxing at all. Didnt have the color I wanted and didnt get all the calls off my crusty winter feet. I was really hoping this wouldnt be my last time in here but I think it is. I havent been happy the last two times. They do have good lighting tho.....

We went to another salon that was busy so we called KT they said they could do 2 pedicures right now. We drove there and we got right in. Everything was amazing!! I chose a sparkle color and the tech pointed out to me it was just glitter though on sample looked white and sparkles (thank you!!) then (being a spur of moment thing) I realized I had worn shoes so he was more concerned than I was that shoes might wreck it so he came back every few minutes to ensure they were dry before I could go! (They were out of disposable slippers) both techs were great and friendly and made us feel comfortable. I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 stars!

My appointment was at 3:45pm and I’m still waiting.

If I could rate them half a star or even 1/8 of star because there customer service is horrible when it comes to explaining why one of the male technicians is bad and what he does. The fact that they can take criticism from one of their customers shows me what type of people they are. If you do a horrible job with leaving dead skin, horribly painted toe nails, and don’t take the time to the job correctly then go crtl +Alt+Del your business. Don’t go there unless you want a horrible experience and having a whole bunch of Kim jong un’s kids dictating why your wrong.
