Emily did an amazing job on my acrylics. She was super precise and even cleaned up my cuticles for me without asking. I will be back any time I am in Tucson.

Amazing customer service and my nails came out beautiful!

I went there with two of my friends and the guy that started my friends nails was great. But then they switched her to a different person for the design part and when my friend showed her what she wanted the lady completely started to do her own thing. When my friend told her she be didn’t like it the lady got all pisses and started to get kind of aggressive. Now my friends nails are all bumpy and uneven. I do not recommend going here!!

Very nice people for sure, it was very clean and nice, but I have been to many different nails salons and I have never had 6 out of the 10 nails all break within a week of me having them with one of them breaking the very next day. Im not sure if I just got someone who didnt know what they were doing maybe they were new in not sure, but I dont think I would ever go back. $115 for both me and my daughter for them to not even last a week. Just seemed like it was a waste of money to me at that point

I was in Tucson for a family visit and was in need of a quick pedi. Not a very welcome friendly feeling they give to customers, no one spoke to you. Other wise service was fast and relaxing got the job done and my toes looked cute.

Its a shame... the worst manicure Ive ever had - from nail tech Henry. Havent gotten acrylics in years and was so excited for this appointment, because of the fantastic reviews and customer photos. I even showed Henry what I wanted with a customer photo I found on Yelp. My nails are very crooked with bare spaces, and my cuticles improperly dealt with. So disappointed. He even made me bleed! Awful manicure. Also - the pics are less than 30 minutes afterward, not even given any moisturizer after lots of hand washing (they do have good Covid protocols in place lol)..

We enjoyed it mostly my little girl.

I got my nails fixed by Henry and I must say they came out amazing 😍 I can’t attach a picture on the review but I did post it by itself on the pictures page my nails are the beige ones with a faint white line at the top with an evil eye made with little stones. This is my new go to place 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Depends on the tech you get....I recently went back and got a male nail tech he did ok nails were a lil thicker than I like...and when it was time to polish my nails he did one hand great but he ddnt really match the other hand with design...when I mentioned and showed him how off he was...he had the nerve to tell me I shouldve said something before drying them...when he told me he knew the design and ddnt need the pic....then I went and got a female tech which my experience was so much better!!

I am extremely happy with Exquisite Nails. I use Kelly, who always listens and takes care of my requests perfectly. I usually get French, but on occasion feel like something new and Kelly is always accommodating. I have never had a changed appointment...Kelly is always on time too! I have never had a nail fall off. This is the third shop I have tried, and I am not going anywhere else. The shop is very clean, no smell, and all tech do great work. Kelly is my personal FAVORITE!

I have been coming here since 2015 and I absolutely love it. Best brow wax’s, very fair prices for their services. I always get gel pedicures and they give the best leg and foot massages. I’m picky about those because most places are too aggressive with their massages on the feet. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend - Stephanie W.

This was my first time going and my overall experience was amazing I got what I wanted this is definitely my favorite place now Kelly did a beautiful job and she was very sweet I really wished that i had more cash on me to have given her more for tips. I highly recommend this place 🥰💖

The overall experience of my visit was horrible. The lady who did my pedicure seemed like she didnt want to be there. The guy who did my nails did a rush job. He made my nails too thin. Immediately after walking out the door I had to turn around and go back in because my nails werent dry after almost 30 minutes drying. When I went back in and told them the guy just looked at me and didnt say anything. The next day one of my nails bent upward making me have to go get redone and spend even more money. The people there are rude and their customer service is repulsive. The only reason I went there was because my usual salon wasnt open. Ill never trust anyone else besides my usual salon ever again.

My husband and I have been going to Exquisite Nails for the past two years and have had wonderful experiences. Kelly and Simon and all the staff at the salon are professional, friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable when you arrive. We always look and feel better and relaxed after our visit there. They keep up with the latest trends in nail colors and styles, it is also convenient to be able to get waxing too. Their salon is clean and they are well organized. We are happy we have such a wonderful salon in Tucson

They are really nice but a day after a have a bubble that makes it pretty sure the paint will come off any time soon. I paid $40 for my nails,I find it not fair that I paid so much for something that didnt even last me a week.

This salon is my absolute favorite in Tucson. Im a weekly regular and go every two weeks for an acrylic fill. I dont trust anyone else with my nails. Im really high maintenance when it comes to color, length, and shape and they take it all in with stride. I dont spend money elsewhere so I can get my nails done. They understand when I come in with a broken nail and always repair it for free. Henry is my favorite but Emily and Kelly are wonderful as well. Simon does a great job filling too. Their place is the only one Ill go to as the acrylic isnt too thick or bubbly. They even file under the nail with the drill thing as well. I also really love their pedicure options! Cant recommend enough. You can walk in but I highly suggest an appointment as they are priority over walk-ins.

Would love to give zero stars!! Absolutely not pest service ever!! They made it clear they did not want to do my nails since one was broke and hurt, they let me soak 20 minutes and kept taking other people before me and I had them know I wanted acrylics they kept lying saying we don’t have it which the door says they do... Andy ways they kept talking about me finally I said I would go somewhere else and they said yes go somewhere else payed for my pedicure and left!! So rude

I usually come here all the time, but this last time I went in I had a very unpleasant service. Went in for a fill and I wanted a design on my nail and the nail tech refused to do it. They were just simple lines and he just simply wouldn’t do it. Didn’t argue, was just really upset and left my nails looking nothing like I wanted them :(

Kelly is excellent, she listens and takes her time. She’s also gentle, I’ve seen her 3 times and she has not nicked me with the drill like many other places have.

I love this place. The first time I visited Henry did my nails and he did a great job but my second visit for my fill was outstanding! I cannot remember the name of the woman who did my nails but she wore this super cute outfit like the shirt had this black bow and the shirt was cream-colored and she wore these like black pants things, it was cute... anyway: Super Great shop 👍

I have been going to Exquisite Nails for over two years. They provide friendly and quality service. Kelly (the owner) is always polite and friendly. She does a beautiful job. Their work and services offered are comparably priced. I feel like I am family when I go for bi-weekly nail appointment. I would not go anywhere else. I suffer from MS and Kelly is patient and makes me feel very comfortable. Here is a picture of my last fills.

Everyone is just SO SO kind. I travel for work and Im in a new city or state biweekly, I get my nails done every 2 weeks. Ive been to hundreds of nails salons, and this is one of my favorites. Not only is the staff so friendly and kind but they do amazing work, and make sure youre very happy before leaving. This was my first time here and if I lived in AZ I would absolutely make this the only nail salon that I would visit!!

I went to another shop for years, but now go exclusively to Exquisite Nails! They take appointments and do great work. I highly recommend this shop!

I’ve gone to Exquisite Nails twice. The first time the nail tech couldn’t get the exact shape right and two of my acrylic nails were still crooked after asking him to fix them twice. A few weeks later I went back to remove my acrylics and the nail tech (I think she’s the owner) removed my acrylics with a nail extension. Basically jamming the nail extension like a credit card between my nail and the acrylic and prying it off. She didn’t ask me if I wanted her to remove them like this. I asked her what she was doing and she said “acetone will take forty minutes. We need to do it like this. Is that ok?” I foolishly agreed to let her continue taking my acrylics off like that. She severely damaged my nails. Nail techs SHOULD NOT remove your acrylics without soaking in acetone. I really regret letting her continue to do this.I highly suggest not coming here as they are very eager to get you out the door and will do so at risk to the detriment of your actual nails. Nice people but they do a poor, rushed job.

Just got a walk in pedicure, service was super fast ( I came in around 12). I was seated in a massage chair immediately, picked a color and started. I didnt catch my ladys name but she was great. I dont like to talk much just relax and she respected that. The massage couldve been a little better but with such quick service I understand. I noticed they timed it. The time didnt take away from the nails though, they look great. She even put my sandals on for me! Ps tip is CASH only. I felt so bad, only had 2 bucks :/The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because my massage was just okay and its my favorite part, maybe next visit they will redeem them selves ;)

Ive had a lot of pedicures and this was by far the BEST pedicure Ive had! All the ladies were so kind and did exactly what I wanted. Im having a baby in a couple weeks and they really gave me the royal treatment even though I only got a basic Pedicure. Ill definitely be back with friends and family:) the price and quality are unbeatable.

Staff was very friendly! We are out of town and found exquisite nails because of good reviews online. Staff didn’t disappoint. Relaxing and great service, took their time to make sure we were taken care of. We had pedis and manis. Would gladly choose them again next time in town.

I have been going to Exquisite Nails for many years! I especially enjoy Kellys care for my nails and feet! She makes me feel so good after I get my mani-ped! She is also excellent with waxing and facials! I would never consider changing unless Kelly left--she wont!!!This is the nail salon if you want pampered! And I get compliments by sales clerks and bank tellers everywhere I go!!!

Use to be a great nail salon but the quality is really dropping and so us the service. Constantly over book appointments on their clients, the result is long waiting times and rushed work that has dropped in quality. Shame, was a nice place to go.

Two of us came here for pedicures just over a month ago, not too long before closing, and they worked us in anyway. The only reason Im giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the overpowering chemical smell which I am sensitive to. I give the pedicure a 5 out of 5, as I am still wearing the same one, no chips, doing great.
