Very nice staff, family owned. Daughter had done my finger nails and while they came out nice, I wish she would have spent more time buffing and shaping my nails. Very fair price, actually was a lot cheaper than expected. Was clean and nicely decorated. Was calm and peaceful. Pedi and massage chair is always my favorite part. Talk good English so you can understand them better than most salons. Well ventilated and good lighting. Can tell they are family oriented, had a nice conversation with the mother/wife. Attentive to needs. Close at a decent time. Work at a good pace, they rotate with their clients. Would highly recommend and most likely will visit again. Is in a good area. Parking available out front. Can easily see the sign to their business.

Perfection! I was referred to the nail salon by a coworker who kept insisting that I go. I finally went thinking why does it really matter theyre all the same. Oh my goodness was I wrong! All the staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally talented. I will from this point forward only get my nails done at Gelish. The price point is a little higher than the average salon but theres nothing average about Gelish and its well worth the few extra $$.

Overall really nice and quick seating! But the person who did my nails had went so harsh while filling it cut me, the whole time I had to endure the chemicals on my hand (which I thought it was nothing at the time but after leaving I realized I had this cut). Other than that it was a good.Edit: seeming to be such a small cut, it was awfully painful and I couldn’t even move my finger. Maybe my hands aren’t used to it but I’d rather not have a cut in the first place. Just a minor mistake I’d still go here :)

Today was my first time going to this salon. I was really excited for my appointment, since the reviews were really good. I got a girl named Tracy, she was really dismissive and just seemed really moody. She seemed annoyed that she got me instead of the customer before me. She kept checking her phone and responding to texts. She made a comment that she was going to late for her next appointment. Overall, she really made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to get day.

I was going to this salon consistently before the pandemic and Im so sad to say that things have changed. I had never been disappointed before but it hasnt been a week and one of the nails is already lifting. I had to fix the shape when I got home because they were uneven in spots and even with fixing they are just okay. It was also 20 dollars more than a full set used to be at this salon and the quality is certainly not better. Overall very disappointed.

The pedicure massage was gentle and much needed as I have leg injuries. The only unfortunate part was the chair, I was sitting in for the pedicure. The seat was loose and coming/sliding off and the foot stool on the tub was loose as well and awkward. Causing them to both be dangerously unstable.**injury on finger was NOT caused by them, and the tech did very well being gentle and made sure to avoid it.

I honestly have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. I’ve had many bad experiences here but I kept going because I found a nail tech I really liked. I don’t even know where to begin on the bad experiences I had here over the period of a year and a half. For reference, I’ve been getting my nails done consistently for close to 8 years. I was looking for somewhere new and saw the amazing reviews so I gave it a shot. First, there’s an enormous amount of turnover. One week you find a good nail tech, the next their gone. Second, I’ve been there a few times when the nail ladies started fighting with each other. They would cuss and say really mean nasty things to each other if one said something they didn’t like. They steal each other’s bf’s and fight about it in front of you. Lots of them would talk about the different drugs they used. I don’t know about you, but the LAST thing I want to deal with when I go to get my nails done (which is supposed to be “me” time) is people arguing and hating on each other. It makes things tense and uncomfortable. Third, I’ve never had a nail place fall so far behind appointments SO many times. I get off work at 5pm and I would always be told they didn’t want to schedule me in the evening because they were so busy. The compromise was that I’d make sure to schedule my appointment at the very latest a week in advance. Every time I would show up, they were running 25-45 minutes late. One time I decided to schedule on a Saturday morning instead, and 5 of the employees came in very late (30mins-1hr late) and it caused delays. Fourth, before I found a nail tech I loved (who only lasted working there 5 months they were so unbelievably mean to her), they messed up my nails many many times. Not all their techs are the same. I have added pictures of some of the messed up nails they did. My last and final straw going there was when I showed up for an appointment at 5:25 for a 5:30 fill and was told by the woman manager (who is so rude to everyone - especially her employees) that my nail tech was running late. I asked her how late and she said she just started doing a girls nails for a walk in 5 minutes ago, so I’d have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. She said since I didn’t schedule an appointment I had to wait. I explained that I set the appointment the week before and I even got a text asking me to confirm my appointment the day before. I’ve worked in the service industry and there’s very few times I’ve ever snapped back at anyone, and this wasn’t one of those times. I was very calmly explaining the situation and I was honestly disappointed they had done this so many times to me and always acted so nonchalantly as if the delay was my fault. Especially after long days at work and driving through traffic to get there. She looks at me and says in a loud harsh tone “WELL I made a mistake, what can I say. It’s very busy and I made a mistake. There’s nothing that can be done now so you can sit and wait or come back another time.” I just sat there and didn’t say anything because I was in shock and embarrassed that she was so rude to me for no reason, in front of everyone. I got up and left and never went back. I just had to warn people of how toxic this place is. If you care about energy and not having stuff like that rub off on you, don’t come here. Even if you don’t care, why waste your money on this unprofessional business that treats their employees horribly and lets their frustrations out onto their customers. There’s better places out there.

I absolutely love this place! My favorite nail salon so far! The employees are so nice and were constantly joking with each other which made it such a great atmosphere. I came in as a walk-in but the people who knew how to do dip manicures were busy the rest of the day. I was going to come in the next day but then the owner offered me a discount if I was okay with the girl who was being trained on dip to do my nails. Im so glad I said yes because Katie was the absolute sweetest!! The owner was patiently walking her through every step and Katie ended up doing a fantastic job! I’ve been to Gelish twice now for acrylic fills with gel polish. On both occasions I was seated immediately without an appointment and I walked away satisfied. The gel on one nail started to peel the next day so I popped in and they fixed it immediately with no cost.The staff are funny and personable, while remaining professional.My only critique is the pricing. It’s an extra $10+ for gel polish vs. regular. I know it’s common for salons to charge a few extra dollars for gel as it’s a more expensive product but +10-15 seems extreme when the overall quality of manicure is nothing out of the ordinary.

I am the happiest I could ever be with the way I have been treated in this professional nail salon. The first time I came in I had the worst nails I could ever have from another nail salon. One nail was completely off, all of them were different shapes and sizes and I had fungus on one nail. This is only after 2 days. I called them and asked them if they can fix my nail and they let me come in last minute. When I came in they were so nice to me and Traci fixed the hellscape that were my nails. Traci was professional and wonderful and my nails look the best they have been this last time. She has made a customer for a lifetime. There prices are so reasonable and the salon is so clean and beautiful. I am so happy. If you are thinking about going here you will not regret it they are amazing.

Found Gelish Nail Salon in a google search for nail salons in Tucson. I called to make an appointment and was able to get one the same day. I was very impressed with the attention I got during my visit. Everyone was very nice and took the time to do my manicure and pedicure perfectly! The decor is fantastic, relaxing and cute. Everything was very clean. Hands down the best nail salon ever! Thank you google for suggesting it! Definitely recommend it. I had such a great experience that I made an appointment for next month.

Don’t understand what the hype is with this place. SO overpriced!! Pedicure wasn’t the best, polish looked uneven and at one point the woman doing my toes took it off and had to restart, didn’t say anything about it either! Seemed like she was in training. Also, $5 extra for callous removal?? Seems like most places do more of an in-depth pedicure for less. Bumps and uneven toes for 45 dollars. My acrylic fill was fine, but more expensive than almost places for only a fill. Won’t be coming back

Very happy and very pleased with the fill and color change I received here. From reading reviews about scheduling an appointment which I did, but when I arrived they were a little behind so I waited about 20 minutes. Although they did exceptional work on my nails, I noticed a regular (I presume) who walked in and went right to a nail tech without waiting while I and another customer continued to wait (I scheduled an appt beforehand). Anyway, I really am so happy with how my nails came out and how attention to detail the tech was and I can tell he surely wanted to get it done right. The price for the fill and color change was a plus since the tech spent time being attention to detail. I love how neat it came out. I went to another nail shop nearby who did sloppy work and wish I came to Gelish first. Lastly I believe it was the owner who was extremely friendly and greeted each customer and questioned the experience and service, which was welcoming and now I look forward to returning in the future.

My first and definitely not last time at this place and the experience was incredible! I got a volcano pedicure with Tracey who did an amazing job and getting my feet nice and hydrated and nails looking clean and beautiful, I then switched over to have my first ever Gel Dip Set of nails with Virginia and she absolutely killed it! My nails are absolutely stunning and she was super amazing at answering any question I had through out the service while making it a very comfortable visit, I am in love with this place, the feng shui was on point, not only was it classy but modern and extremely professional I cant wait for my next appointments with Virginia and Tracey!:)

Very nice place, looked clean and well organized. Felt nice walking in to someone who greeted me. My nail artist though seemed to be rushing, didn’t really care about their work. My nails stated to burn, and when I asked to wash my hands, the lady said No. My nails are all different lengths. I couldn’t wash my hands so there is Hot Cheeto dust under my acrylic. My lines are so uneven, terrible quality of work.

Disappointed in our 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. The atmosphere is lovely and the women who work there were very kind but all of our nail services were very rushed. My gel manicure lasted 25min and my moms toe polish change was only a 5min job. My sister sat down 30min into our services and was done with a spa pedicure within the 30min the rest of our manicures were. For the time it took and the lack of detail work, they were not worth the money that we paid for them. This is going to be a salon we do not go to again. I understand that they are busy and that its important to see everyone that comes in but we felt rushed and like our services were not as good as they should have been unfortunately.

Amazing and modern. They have a gorgeous waiting area and all Modern finishes. Really comfortable seating and a free mimosa on Sundays with a pedicure which is a fun touch for Sunday fun day with a friend. They do gel and regular polish with a good selection of colors.

I went to this place regularly for about 6 months. My acrylics were put on in January and I had been getting fills every 2-3 weeks. I thought Gelish was great and cleanly, until I came home to Illinois for the summer and asked my local nail tech to take off my acrylics. I had a fungus under all of my nails, because Gelish had not been filling my nails properly. They weren’t clipping off the lifted portion of my nail, instead they were just putting more acrylic over it. I am disgusted and so upset. I will not be able to have my nails done for months now, because Gelish wasn’t caring for my acrylics properly.

I didn’t like how my nail polish came out and paid 42 dollars for it not to even come out looking decent. Maybe it was just the lady I got but I won’t be going back unless I get someone else. I do understand paying more for gel, but she didn’t apply nice the polish was so uneven and massage she had rough skin and scratched my legs.

Made an appointment to have a pedicure and full set of nails. My pedicure didnt get done at all because apparently they were closing. My full set was $75. I have never in my 17 years of getting them done paid so much for nails without a pedicure. I didnt complain I just paid it because the nails came out great I thought and i loved the workers. Its been a week and 3 nails are broken. I have never broken a nail prior to at least 3 weeks of wear. For $75 my nails should not be snapping off in one week. The price was already disappointing but I was willing to still go back because the staff was amazing but having 3 broken nails in one week simply from wiping my kids butt is unacceptable 😔
