I loved my experience in the salon.....but I got gel nails, and one week later...I peeled them off, this shouldnt have happened.... they didnt remember to turn the light on to cure the nails several times.....love the people super nice....but not the best outcome

Mimi and Lolly are the best. My nails are always on point and last so long. They all also give the best pedicures. Great massages with quality lotions and a ton of nail color selections. This has become my go to nail shop. Clean, great conversations and they are taking the proper covid precautions.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to this place yesterday. My normal nail place is on the east side and I was just needing my dip removed and redone before work so I didnt have time to drive 45 min away so I chose a place that had good reviews just to make sure but they completely ruined my nails. I stopped after she was done removing my old dip on my nails and just ended my experience there. I knew they messed it up. I have very long natural nails. My nails are very strong and not flimsy. (thats all me and my nail tech ever talk about is how they dont bend when shes filing, buffing, etc) Removing dip is the same process as acrylic or gel they soak your nails in acetone and boom done. easy right? apparently not. They sanded my nails down so much to remove the dip instead of letting the acetone do its job that my nails are now completely see through and two of nails already broke. I literally had to go to Walmart and buy nail polish remover to soak my own nails after because the dip wasnt even fully removed. I tired to buy things to make my nails at least feel strong and because my nails are so thin now its not helping. Thats the only reason my nails look fine is because I bought a light pink to hide all the marks on my nails and to help with the see through look my nails had now had. my nails are very important to me and now I have to start all over again.

I love this place! It is so clean and I get the best pedicures! The people that work here are so friendly.

The nail techs are gracious, funny and personable. I was there with my daughter getting pedicures for my wedding ceremony and we were caught up in conversation with them and the other customers the whole time we were there. It reminded me of going to my favorite barber shop. Both of us were very satisfied with the pedicures too. I havent received a pedicure that good for $25. Totally recommend.

I got my nails done here today for the first time. I was a walk in, was greeted right away and only waited a few minutes to be seated. Mimi did a great job with my nails. I really like how they turned out, she listened to my request and the shape of my nails ended really nice.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I have yet to encounter a very clean and neat nail salon. I have a keen eye for cleanliness and neatness and there is always something that sticks out to me, but maybe it’s just me... and this is my review.In comparison to the overall neatness and cleanliness to other salons I have been too, it is very similar in that regard, but my nails turned out great, if that’s what matters.

They are all so nice and helpful. My experience was amazing! Iv gone to so many nail spas and this is the best Iv gone to. They massage your legs and feet for a long period of time unlike other places that are like for a minute or two. I love this place and will only go here.

My bestie treated me to a pedicure for my birthday. We walked in without appointments, they got us in right away, and the whole experience was awesome. The employees AND the clients were all talking and joking with each other, and our stylists juggled serving us and their other customers very well. Will definitely be coming back when I want to treat myself!

Favorite salon. I think it would be great if they could get a few more non-gel polishes to choose from. Overall I’ve never had a bad experience here and they’re super friendly.

Wow. I do not understand high ratings. I went BECAUSE of google and yelp. Not even close. The person at desk was completely ignoring what I said - 3 times told me to sit in a pedi chair after three times I said I was getting a manicure. They said there would be no wait. I picked polish and waited 10 minutes and still no one started me. I actually was curious about service and was going to wait but it was so hot and uncomfortable. I asked if ac was broken, she pointed to fans and said no,fan work. I again asked if ac was broken, she said same thing. There is no way the ac was on, plus when I walked out the door it was COOLER outside then in. About 80 degrees. Glad I left. Pretty sure wasn’t up to my clean standards,

By far the best nail salon in Tucson. Not only do I go there but so does my mom and sister. We absolutely love everyone that works there. They are clean, friendly and do a great job.

I went to get my nails done after over a year as a treat to myself, I dont get them done often. If I could post a picture I would. Within 3 days of getting a full set, half of them are peeling off and one broke completely off. Snapped off right where the tip meets the acrylic. How? Picking up my phone. I hardly snagged it and it flew off. Many of the nail sizes were too big for my actual nail, the polish is rubbed off and three are chipped. I have a desk job and am not by any means rough on my hands. Normally I look past these type of things. But this was horrible. These nails look awful. I will never stray from my usual nail place again, this place was just close to home. I shouldnt have left a 30% tip. These are extremely poor quality for any price, let alone $35.

Not good. I had a pedi that was rushed and not very precise. Nail color selections are dated and of low quality. No OPI to be found. Clean place, polite technicians, but next time I will go elsewhere.

They filled my nails and it looked like I had bubbles on them. The paint was messed up and nothing was clean in regards to my nails.

Friendliest nail salon I have ever been to

Horrible customer service. There was confusion over appointment time. I had my feet in the water and nail polish off one foot when I was told I had to reschedule and leave. I was told my appointment was earlier when I know it wasnt. I left with wet feet and no pedicure. It was a degrading and humiliating experience.

If I could I would give zero stars. My nails looked terrible and it only took an hour for them to break off. When I went to complain I got the worst customer Service. I requested a refund and she then popped ALL my nails off. It was super painful and she had no remorse or sympathy about my pain or experience. Would never go again.

I want to give them a zero but I cant but they did a horrible job and they messed up on my nails and they dont treat customers correctly if they dont like things and they really suck so I dont recommend to go there at all because the place isnt clean plus they have horrible color and out of date and they did bad things to me and my friends and were never coming back again !!
