The team at fender bender in goose Creek Professional and worked very hard to get me back my vehicle in a timely manner if you were to look at the pictures he would’ve never known that my 2020 jeep was in an accident they match the paint beautifully got me all new parts which I so do appreciate. If I ever have to have bodywork done again to any of my vehicles or any of my friends need work done to their vehicles I will suggest that they bring them to this team thank you very much for all your hard work I do appreciate it god bless
My transaction was quick and easy. Soon as I walked in someone helped me and called my rental company to pick me up. The only thing they are backed up and it took 3 weeks for me to get an appointment to drop my vehicle off. I would definitely use this company again.
BEWARE AND BE WARNED!!! Fender Mender of Goose Creek does not do quality work. Management is non-existent. Staff is dishonest. My vehicle was left with more damage after repairs were completed than when I originally brought it in after a collision. Fender Mender of Goose Creek is fully aware of the damages to my vehicle they caused and they have acknowledged responsibility, yet still have not repaired or corrected said damages. From management down theyve continued to be dishonest at every turn. The experience with Fender Mender of Goose Creek has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Before leaving this review, we have given Fender Mender of Goose Creek every opportunity to rectify this situation and make the proper repairs. Theyve chosen subpar and dishonest work instead. With a background of years in the auto and insurance industries, my recommendation to anyone reading this would be to please, go elsewhere. I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with the level of incompetency from Fender Mender of Goose Creek as we have. I cannot overstate how horrific of an experience we have had.
II highly recommend Fender Mender. They were diligenct in resolving the issues we had with our hood lock and grill. They were affordable and professional. Adam did a great job keeping in contact with us and his team did great work!!
Took my car here to get fixed after getting into an accident. Not only did it take 2 and a half months to fix, they had replaced the parts that weren’t from the manufacture, parts was missing and the repair work was just way off. I didn’t find this out till i took it to another bodyshop and was charged almost $5000 more because of the horrible job that Fender Mender did. They said my hood and bumper was misaligned and missing soo many parts that my hood wasn’t even sitting right. Highly disappointed because i felt like Fender mender did horrible even before i got this other repair. There were areas sanded and messed up no where near the damage done to the car. All that to say that this was the worst body shop I’ve ever taken my car to get a repair and i work in a bodyshop doing Paintless dent repair work, so i know how it is. They was horrible, hands down.
The people are disrespectful at the office wont give you a honest opinion of your car theyre only there for a quick buck from the insurance company I wouldnt take Nothing to be fixed there

My poor wife was driving home from work a few weeks back, and had unfortunately been run into from behind by another vehicle after a car had made an illegal turn in front of her. Fender Mender was the recommended shop to use by State Farm as they are a Selective Service shop. I had the vehicle looked at prior to the repair by a specialist for a diminished value assessment and then upon receipt of the vehicle I had the vehicle re-evaluated noting a few things that were incorrect. Upon this re-inspection it became apparent that Fender Mender had not repaired my car correctly or more importantly SAFELY. They actually caused more damage on top of the damage that wasnt repaired properly.My paint and clear coat were finished improperly, and I had clear over-spray evident on my rear drivers side door. I had scratched chrome/stainless steel molding on my rear side windows (from being stored on a metal shelf or something), and I had scratches on my taillights that were not there before the accident. I have seen and documented other various issues such as continued trunk lid misalignment, gouges in plastic in bumper, and the most serious issue, which was the Rear Body Panel (Structural Component) and its IMPROPER repair when it should have been replaced. My advice to anyone, if you want your vehicle restored to its pre-accident condition and to the original SAFETY SPECIFICATIONS THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. I cant believe that this organization is a Selective Service Shop for State Farm. How many cars have left this business that are unsafe to drive? For the sake of unaware consumers, I hope that State Farm drops Fender Mender as a service provider. This type of business practice will get someone seriously killed or injured when Fender Menders faulty repair fails to protect the driver and their occupants in the case of a major accident. MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR!
I recently moved to the area and was told about Fender Mender and their amazing work. They did not disappoint AT ALL! From the beginning, Shawn, Doc & team have been amazing. From the up to date text messages of what is going, to the fair pricing on the work needed to be done to the UNEXPECTED cleaning of the interior of my car. Seriously, when I opened the door and saw everything was wiped down, cleaned, vacuumed.. I was so impressed! Thank you for a stellar job, I will highly recommend to all my friends and family!
I had an unusual problem with my trunk being bent. Dropped in with no appointment or anything. Although they were busy, Adam came out and looked at the situation. He then went in to the garage area and came back with a repairman who looked at the situation. He said I think I can adjust it and it should take care of the alignment and bend which was leaving my trunk slightly exposed. 20 minutes later, it was done like it had never been bent or out of alignment. Again, I had no appointment and they still helped me. They were clean, professional, quick and inexpensive. I appreciate their service, and should I ever have problems, or have friends needed their type of service, I will most definitely recommend this Fender Mender. Mr. James in the body shop did a outstanding job on my truck and I was totally satisfied. I am simply blown away by this business. I stopped in to get an estimate on buffing out some marks made by a shopping cart down the side of my car and was lucky enough to have Doc wait on me today. He told me if they could be buffed out, he’d do it right then and at no charge. WHERE do you get service like that these days? My car looks AMAZING, like the marks were never there.This is top-notch customer service that is incredibly rare to find. Everyone I encountered was friendly and Doc was so courteous to me and did a fabulous job. While I hope to not need car repairs on a regular basis, I will most certainly come here if I do. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place! Very highly recommend!
My window panel stopped working and completely collapsed leaving my passenger window down right before a tropical storm. Adam was so kind to help me get my window back up. I will recommend this location for repairs because of Adams kindness and warmth.
I took my 2020 Sierra 1500 there because I hit the door with a few weeks of buying it. Adam looked at the chipped spot and insisted that I don’t make a claim as it would only need touch up paint. He had me return once the paint showed up, touched up the chipped spot, and gave me the extra, all free of charge! In a world where customer service is easily forgotten, it is nice to see a business go above and beyond.I want to publicly thank Adam and the entire staff for providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment.
Its been a week since I was able to pick up my car and Ive finally calmed down enough to write a coherent review. I apologize in advance for the length of this review. Two stars for good work on my car and for the fact that I understand sometimes things are out of our control.My estimate showed work would take 5 days; and while I understand this was a best case scenario, all parts in situation, it took me over TEN DAYS to get my car back (12 to be exact--business days).Communication with this company was abysmal at best.Tue, 10/22/19: I called them to confirm they had the vehicle (it was dropped off directly from the dealer who did the mechanical repairs)--they confirmed it was there and that I would get a call when it was done. (They received the car from the dealership late Monday afternoon).Fri, 10/25/19: I called to see if we were still on schedule as my rental car was renewed only through the following Wednesday--I was told that was perfect and they would shoot for that date.Wed 10/30/19: I waited for a phone call; finally, at 4pm I called to make sure I could pick up my car only to be told the production manager had pushed it to Monday to make sure everything was done. I appreciated their desire to do a thorough job, but had I not called them, they would likely have not called me—but maybe they would have at 5pm.*Mon, 11/4/19: No call in the morning. I called at lunch--was told it would be Friday as they were still waiting on parts. STILL WAITING ON PARTS. Let that sink in--after one week, they were still waiting on parts. But they were hoping they would everything they needed and would be done by Tuesday. (By now I wasn’t as trusting so I made sure to extend my rental car through Wednesday.)* Tue, 11/5/19: Here is what I had to email my adjuster at 12:41pm: “Just want to keep you in the loop—wrong part came in so they are expecting the correct one to arrive tomorrow a.m. and hoping car will be repaired by afternoon. They assured me they would call and let me know as soon as I can pick it up. Thank you for all your help.” Here’s the kicker—once again I had to call them to follow up.*Wed, 11/6/19: Finally, A PHONE CALL FROM FENDER MENDER (no joke!). Still waiting on the part, but it “was on the truck” and should be arriving any moment. Would call me as soon as it was done.My car was finally done and picked up on Wednesday, 11/6/19.Why did they never reach out to me?I was also told that the reason they never called me back on anything was because they did not have my contact information and didnt know whose car it was since it was dropped off by the dealership. They had to dig up the insurance information to find a phone number for me. (Huh????)Why I don’t believe them: 1. They did the original estimate and the first few times I called, I asked for and directly spoke with the gentleman who did the estimate and met with me (he even printed out the information and gave it to me—with all my contact information). Maybe they don’t keep copies on file. 2. I called on more than one occasion and never once did they say they needed a contact #--I was assured during each call that “they would call me when it was ready”. 3. I left a copy of the original estimate as well as the adjustor’s approval on the passenger seat when my car was done at the dealership (my service advisor suggested it since the dealership would be dropping it off for me)—it had my contact information. 4. Not once did they contact the dealership to let them know of all the delays nor did they reach out to them to find out how to contact me.Long story longer—Fender Mender does good work; it just takes them A LONG TIME and they are not pro-active when it comes to customer communication.
Brought my car here after hitting a tire on the interstate, told me theyd have to take the whole front end of to do an oil change because it had to be thorough and threw in a comment about it being a total loss and it would take them 2 weeks to look at it. Had a bad feeling about leaving it there and We ended up taking it somewhere else and they had it fixed in 1 days and up and running no issues. Mind you when I dropped my car off the guy up front joked with the tow truck about how ALL the cars on the lot were total losses..Ironic that my car ended up almost being a total loss too.. Just very skeptical to as if they are just saying cars are total losses and taking advantage or if they actually know what theyre talking about. (Sidenote: i have a brand new car and full coverage if that helps things make more sense)

Top Notch Business! I was treated like a princess as soon as I walked in the door and so was my baby the 2016 Range Rover. They were very friendly, informative, and made me feel very special. My car looked absolutely amazing and I am not just saying that as a woman. My husband looked at every inch of the vehicle and said they did a fantastic job. Also, it was raining the day I got my estimate before repairs and the owner walked me to my car with an umbrella. Total gentleman! The umbrella was to small to cover both of us, so he of course got soaked. Chivalry is not dead! So sorry by the way sir, but I will always remember and recommend. Thanks Again! It was a great experience from start to finish. Quick, professional service. I had my car repaired from a minor car accident. The sweet young lady made sure my rental car was squared away. She was very helpful when there was a mixup with which rental car company the insurance people had set up. The lobby is clean and the people are kind. My bumper looked like new when I picked up my car! Jeremy was kind and called to tel me when the car was done, and he went out of his way to get my baby’s car seat base out of the rental car seat. If you’ve dealt with a car seat base then you’d understand. It’s a pain in the butt.Thanks Fender Mender for your great service!

Very happy with the repairs to my car. They used OEM parts, did good metalwork and matched and blended the paint properly. Ive been in the collision repair industry close to 20 years and can say they did as good or better than work turned out by a dealer body shop. Very pleased with the communication provided by Jude.
Went in for an estimate. Was told to expect estimate within an hour. Went 3+ days and returned to find out why I never received anything as promised. Was told that there was trouble with email. When I finally received the estimate it wasnt the details that we discussed. Emailed him back and Received the revised estimate. Unbelievable high estimate for the work requested. I received another estimate for a third of the price from a reputable business. I decided to go to your place because of the close location to where I live. I understand that you deal mostly with insurance claims which explains the high costs of repairs.

My car looks as good as it did when it came off the assembly line! I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! A big thanks to each and every one of them!
The biggest issue I faced when I dealt with Fender Mender was getting my car back. Once they received the car, they estimated it would take a week to fix. When I went to pick it up on the day they said it would be ready I was informed that it was not ready for pick up and they would let me know when it was. I heard nothing back for several days. When I reached out to know about the status of my vehicle they kept reminding me that they would let me know. Whenever I wished to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge of the facility I was told that they were out of the building. Three weeks after my vehicle was brought in, I was finally able to pick it up.Update: this is to the response left by Mr. Best.Yes, I am very sure that I visited the Goose Creek location. With the experience that I had it would be quite hard to forget the location. You are correct, however, my last name isnt Marie. For privacy reasons I substituted my middle name as my last. There isnt anything I want to chat with you about as there isnt anything can be done about the situation. I left my review because since my less than pleasant experience not one but two of my friends/coworkers have had similar experiences. I chalked up my experience as a fluke but apparently it is a practice of yours to mislead customers. And no I will not provide their names as Im not overly fond of how you discredit your customers as if theyre liars or trying to get something

This was a terrible experience, from the moment I dropped off my car to get fixed to the day that I picked it up. It was supposed to be ready in a week, the day BEFORE I was supposed to pick it up they called and said it would not be ready because they are waiting on a part. So I waited another week and once again, I get another call THE DAY BEFORE I was supposed to pick it up saying they are not happy with the way they fixed my floor so they will be replacing it (which I appreciate them TRYING to do a good job). I wait another week and FINALLY it’s ready to get picked up. We go to pick it up and it is not finished! They have to replace the bumper again because the aftermarket piece did not fit properly, I would eventually come back in a week and it would take an HOUR to put the bumper on after them saying it would only take 15/30 min. Back to when we picked it up, they had sticky stuff on the back seat, I asked them to clean it and they “said” they did, well I opened the tailgate before I left and it was STILL on there. I made sure they cleaned it properly before they left. On top of that, my AC was not working when we went to pick it up. Took them almost an hour to get that fixed. I thought all my problems were over until about 3 weeks ago when I was looking at my tail pipes/muffler and it is turning orange! I have talked with them and they said the manufacture won’t replace and neither will the insurance company. I talked to the manager and he said one of them will pay to get this fixed but I have yet to receive a call back from him. Another thing my mechanic father noticed was that the mufflers are not on correctly. One is farther out and lower than the other. Stay away from these people. Terrible customer service and work!

These guys are great! About a month ago, I was in a little accident that messed up the front left side of my car. My insurance company wanted to bring my car to another shop way out of town, but I had them take it to Fender Mender Goose Creek because I had heard really good things about their work.Let me tell you, I was impressed! I was greeted right when I walked through the door. Jonathan and Mark, the guys in the office, were professional and accommodating. They took the hassle out of everything! I got my car back in no time at all and it looked amazing. They even detailed the whole outside, so my car looked better than when I brought it in!I cant say anything bad about Fender Mender in Goose Creek, they did a quality job, quickly and affordably. I can’t believe how Great my car looks! I was referred to these guys by the Mayor! I can see why refers them! I live right down the street and I figured I would drop the car off and walk home. Once the front office manager heard this she immediately insisted on me being transported home. There transporter was on lunch, so she grabbed her keys and took me home in her personal car! Took my 2018 Silverado to Fender Mender of Goose Creek after a little traffic indecent and reading all the positive reviews. They did a great job on the repair. I called the day that the truck was going to be ready but was informed by Shawn that he wasnt happy with the finish on some of the paint. While I was disappointed, it is nice to know that people still take pride in their work and want it done right. This is the kind attitude and professionalism that brings customers back. It sounds like the guy that left the bad review was not very reasonable, I would ignore that review. I took my van here to have the rear bumper repaired, and from the moment I walked in for the initial estimate, to the time I picked my vehicle up - it was a very professional service, a fair price, and Im really happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them. They really go above and beyond and they washed the outside of our car and cleaned the inside. Being that I took my car their for a collision repair, that is going the extra mile in my book.

Fender Mender is FANTASTIC! I picked up my 06 Kia sportage today and I have to say it looks the best it has in years. Wonderful Experience! These guys towed my car and gave me an estimate the same day. They set up everything with my insurance and had my car done in 3 days! I had to say that I was a bit worried at how they could have worked so fast. When I picked up my car not only did it look beautiful it was detailed and the manager even had a few scratches on my car taken car of as a courtesy!! We initially got an estimate for the repairs on our car and it was supposed to take a week to get fixed and cost around $2200 if I am remembering correctly. We were paying out of pocket, and therefore not getting a rental, so we had to plan when to drop the car off when my wife wouldnt need it for a week. When we dropped the car off, my wife told them that her passenger side window wasnt working and asked if they could look at it. They replied that it was no problem, and they would make sure it was taken care of.We didnt hear back from anyone until the next day when they called to tell us that the price was going to go up about $500 to somewhere around $2700. I understand that the estimates have the disclaimer about hidden damages that might be found as they work and the price might go up... but the damages that were causing our price to go up were not hidden at all. The estimate didnt include paint/blending, it didnt include a headlight assembly, and a couple of other things that I cannot fathom how they can be hidden damages. She asked about the passenger side window and they told her that they hadnt looked at it, but will check on it right now and get back to her.End of the day rolls around, no call. We go to sleep, wake up the next day and she decides to give a call to figure out about the window. When she finally gets through to someone, they inform her that they have still yet to look at the window and they dont seem to have been informed that they were supposed to check it at all! The guy ends up calling her a few hours later and lets her know that it is working now and there wasnt anything wrong with it (kids had locked the window without her knowing), but it shouldnt take telling them three times to finally get something looked at!Then, when we get back from vacation, it has been a week (car should be finished at this point). We find out that its not finished and is not going to be ready until Monday. This is frustrating, but I get it that things happen. When Monday rolls around, my wife went to go pick up the car that was supposed to be ready and she was told that it wasnt going to be ready now until Tuesday. This is causing us to have to borrow other cars/rides from friends and family who we try not to inconvenience too much.Finally, on Tuesday, we call up to see if the car is ready and are told that it will be ready at 5:00 PM. Great, so we take our families car back to them, head up to Fender Mender to pick up the car and leave in a hurry (we have two 3 year olds that we had to get from daycare).When we get home Im looking at the car and have many issues with it.1. The bumper that they installed is not the right one for the car. This one has holes where fog lights are supposed to go and my wifes car does not have any fog lights2. On top of the bumper being the wrong style, it is NOT EVEN ATTACHED TO THE CAR! It seems to be attached at the top, but where it is supposed to be screwed into the fender, attached to the wheel well, and attached on the bottom of the car doesnt have any screws holding the bumper on. Also, there is a plastic piece that goes between the bumper and the chassis that looks like it is supposed to attach with the bumper and it is completely loose underneath of the car.3. There are greasy hand prints on the fabric of the roof on the inside of the car.4. The hood that we were called about that needed painting/blending done that cost us extra money was not painted at all. There were some chips in the paint that were simply clear-coated over and clearly not painted at all.5. My wife had some stickers on the windows of her car that she wanted there (things like a Panthers sticker, a bobomb from Mario, etc.) that were all scraped/pressure washed off of the windows during cleaning? Nobody even said anything about them.I almost cannot even believe how unhappy I am with the service we received this time.

Someone clipped my car in a parking lot and took off, leaving me with a busted bumper. I called my insurance company and they recommended Fender Mender. They were very professional, courteous and got the work done in a timely manner. Replaced with all OEM parts, nothing aftermarket which is a huge plus. My car is a metallic gray color which normally would be a huge pain to match, but they did an excellent job, without the orange peel texture youd get from many other body shops. Very difficult to tell, you would have to know where to look to see the very minute difference in the paint. Would highly recommend.

Horrible place, took way longer than expected. Got my car back and they somehow tore tint on windows, scratched the side of car that wasnt damaged, now have chips on hood and my car now wobbles when driving at 65. THANKS
I was recommended here by my boss to get my new bumper and hood painted, and Im very glad I was. I went in for an estimate Monday morning, price wasnt too bad and I was told they did good work so I was willing to pay for that. I ended up dropping the car off after hours Wednesday night that same week. Firday morning I gave them a call and the lady on the phones informed me my car was painted and they would start re-assembly that morning, and that Mike would give me a call when it was ready for pick up. I picked the car up that evening and the job was done flawlessy. They even sanded out a run in the OEM primer for free. I am very satisfied with the turnaround time and job that I was presented with. I would highly recommend coming here for your auto body needs, they will treat you well.

Fender Mender handled my case very professional, fast, and extremely efficient. Dropped my truck off to have it fixed; 30 mins. later, I drove off in the most beautiful rental. Picked up my truck today and not only did they fix it, they detailed it (it needed it badly!) And while they were at it, they killed a bunch of brown recluses that got comfy around the spare tire area of my truck that the mechanic who took off my bumper ran into. Poor guy! I hope hes ok. However, the bumber looks great, the service was awesome, and the people were extremely pleasant to deal with. If I could give em 100 stars, I would. What a great experience!

GC Fender Mender repainted the front end of my Ferrari to correct a previous poorly-done repair. Shawns customer service was excellent, and the repair was good. With this car, one must be a perfectionist and while good, it wasnt flawless due to a nearly imperceiveable clearcoat ridge . 8 months later (now, September 16) I brought the car back for what appeared to be a failure of FMs previous correction, which turned out not to be the case. In fact, Shawns techs discovered an improper repair from the past that was corroding, causing the paint to lift from the body.Despite the underlying problem being caused by a shop some time in the past, Shawn had the old faulty fix repaired and repainted at great time and labor cost to FM at no further charge! And this repair was even better than the last.Thank you Shawn & Goose Creek Fender Mender!

I wish I could post pictures. Ruined my sideview mirror, dented my roof, overspray all over the side of my car when they repaired the roof, broke my key/key fob in half and blamed it on me, did not reinstall headlight just left it hanging, put a hole in my heat shield under the engine and didnt even bother to replace the pin that held it up so it was dragging the ground, and then told me it was asinine that I even mentioned my key fob? John told me that my wife said it was cracked before hand, and told her I broke it in front of him? The manager lied to my wife and lied to me. Yes, I fussed a little, but who wouldnt?
^^ Since I cant do zero stars ^^16 days. Want to be without your vehicle for 16 days? Original estimate had it finished in four. Six changes in estimated ready date/time. Ordered a replacement window motor that I personally verified was working when I brought it into the shop. Now why would they do that? They offered to pay the supplemental insurance on my rental, but when I showed up, no can do. Now theyve managed to reprogram one of my keyfobs (didnt even know body shops needed to do this) which renders the other one useless so I get to spend MORE time in there. Isnt that grand.
