I needed a fill for my acrylic set and a pedicure, but the salon I was planning on going to today was closed. I drove by Hollywood Nails to see if they were open on Sundays and they are. The shop was quiet with only a few other customers which was super nice. Steven gave me a relaxing and beautiful pedicure and Tony reshaped and filled my acrylics. I dont enjoy the process of getting my acrylics done, but Tony was quick and any discomfort was minor and only lasted briefly. Both gentlemen were very nice and listened to my requests. I am pleased with my nails and plan on visiting again in the future.

Me And my niece went in for full sets of nails, They got us in right away and did an amazing job. Tony did mine he was very accommodating and funny and did a beautiful job

Brian did a fantastic job, not just one but twice now that I’ve been with him! His customer service is ok, but the application and service was definitely well above most places i’ve been to! Also, was not upset that I brought my son! Yay.

They took me in, in a timely manner but this place is dirty looking. Billy did my nails and did his best to fix any mistakes that I saw. Nails were uneven at first but was fixed when I said something. The colored nail tips that I wanted were so old they were cracking and when I decided to choose a gel polish that I liked they did not have it. There arent very many selections when it comes to gel nail polish. Everyone just seemed unorganized and distracted. Wasnt super bad but was not worth the $60 for a simple short french tip. I pay $ 60 at other places for longer nails with gel and designs.

I took my daughter to get her nailsdone here for the first time since actual nail techs weren’t available. They are so unprofessional and very rude. Billy was the one doing my daughters nails and he started of great but then the other guy tony i think his name is started rushing billy causing billy to mess up the nails a bit. my daughter told him about the mistakes but billy seemed to get mad over my daughter pointing those things out. Horrible place will never come again. I hope i can get a refund because the nails didn’t even look nice in the end

At first I was looking forward to it bc the guy (tony) that did my nails said he was not a manicurist he was a nail tech. Thought that meant that he would know what he was doing. Nope awful. Rushed. Uneven nails. I choose pink dip and it turned out red. Like cherry red. I wish I could post the pictures. He said he wouldnt charge me so I walked out.

Toney was the man who did my nails. I went here for the first time to get my mom’s and my nails done. I got an overlay of acrylic over my natural nails and my mother got acrylic false nails. They rushed the process as if they were in a hurry and when doing so hey didn’t clean up the edges of the nail or under to make them look neat and crips. I asked him if he was going to clean them up and he seemed to get frustrated as i pointed out part i was not satisfied with. I didn’t notice until I left that you could see a major diffidence between my nail and the acrylic. I went back and another man at the fron “not Toney” told me “ they don’t know how to do nails I’ll fix it,” I don’t think he understood when I said I was just there not even 10 min ago and it was his employee who did them...... after he finished he was going to charge me and additional $10 for cleaning them up. I was livid. I will never go back here! They were sloppy and seemed to care more about getting that American currency than they did me being a satisfied with the business!!

I’ve been to this salon a few times and have always loved my results! I got mine done by Tony today and have never been more happy with them! I recommend coming here anytime you need a day for yourself!!

Tony, whoever he is, did fills for me...he was super rough, didn’t do anything with the lifted nails, and didn’t make sure the ends of the previous colored acrylic was covered. I don’t know about the others, but he is horrible..only because it’s how they make a living did a give a few bucks tip

Tony was extremely rude and impatient. After cutting a chunk out of my pregnant fiancees finger he told her that it was just an accident and she shouldnt complain. Then he talked down to her because she was indecisive about her nail color. Even other customers butted in to tell him that was no way to talk to customer. After my fiance had enough of it she tried to leave with her nails not even being finished, but he would not let her till she paid in FULL. I only wish I was there to help address the situation. Pictures below to see the cuts. We went to another salon to get them finished.Response to the owner:I would like to tell you the truth. She returned home after half an hour, so I know you could not have worked on her nails for over an hour. Do you help customers by berating them and being disrespectful? Even another customer had to tell you not to talk to her the way your were.Finally, I think you should not be paid for poor service and. I dont think it is fair to charge someone, after injuring them. Would you pay your barber if they cut you really bad?Your response does not seem apologetic, but accusatory.

Tony ripped my teenagers daughter skin off. Horrible customer services excusing his actions stating that it was irritation and nothing was wrong. Please if you are considering using this people for you waxing needs thinks about it so that you won’t be dealing with everything that I’m going thru. He did returned my $12 dlls after I told him that I was going to take him to court however the damage is already done.

This place is really clean. My pedicure tech was very friendly and kind but the tech who did my nails was rough. He jammed my hand under the lamp and messed my nail up but blamed me.

Dont go here!!! 1st off the lady didnt even introduce herself So I didnt even know my manicurists name. Went in for a medicare, I wanted gel white tip polish and told her I wanted to used my real nails. All my nails are uneven and polish is a bit bummy. She cracked 4 of my real nails then charged me $5 each TO FIX WHAT SHE BROKE. She filed my real nails bed down like if they were fake nails painful I was charged $45 for a manicure plus $5 tip. The worst! Paid $50 to site in a chair and have a lady rip apart my real nails. Painful experience I will not be going back nor do I recommend.

Hollywood nails is the best, cleanest shop.Makes me feel better that they are taking all the safety precautions to best protect their customers!! Nice plexi-glass barriers at the nail & pedicure stations..They are serious about keeping the shop sanitized!! Gives me piece of mind. Thank you Tony & Cindy! They always do a great job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Given the rate I did because, whoever did my nails didnt introduce him self so I have no idea what his name was. He didnt really say anything to me. Other than, when I asked if they had more gel colors and he said yes, but I had to go through the ones sheet thing that was handed to me. He was incredibly rough with my hands, yanking me around. He also made me bleed in five different places. He didnt apologize at all. He also complained about dead skin on my fingers, when I dont have dead skin on my fingers. When in reality it was live skin that he had filled off. I had a fill and 1 replacement done, with the paint job. He put one coat of color, one coat of glitter and a top coat got it all over my fingers. Then sprayed me with the alcohol to clean the nail polish knowing he just cut my fingers open to the fact theyre bleeding. And then charged my $40. DO NOT go to this place they are incredibly rude not worth your money. The only positive is my nails look a little bit better. Minus the blood.Service and review date: June 18, 2019

Horrible service here. Worst nail salon. They were rude and impatient with me and my step daughter. They boss kept slapping my hand for no reason and charged us $3 for face shields to wear in the salon. If we didnt wear then we didnt get service. We will definitely not be back here. They will probably get closed down soon anyways. Terrible Terrible place

So I had an amazing experience the first time I went. Which I normally don’t. So I decided to go back because of my first time experience but let me tell you I will never return. The guy who did my nails was so rude. When he asked me to pick a color for my nails, I simply said I was gonna check my picture. And he responded no we don’t have the color of your picture!!! First of how would he know he did t want to see my picture, second of all I’m the one wearing the nails not him! I pay to get a service I WANT!!! Not something he wants to do. He even didn’t do the design I wanted he made his own! Like come on am I paying for these or are you?! So I will never recommend this place!!! Hire people with better customers service please! And I’m only putting a star cause it won’t let me post my review otherwise I wouldn’t even give you a star.

So got a fill with gel polish. Got them done by joe or Joey I think was his name. Didn’t have me wash my hands before polish & I requested white with blue diamonds on my ring finger! He placed them really awkwardly but I’m too shy to say anything which I really regret! Really just unhappy with how they came out for the $ I paid!

Do not come here! The boss is rude and sarcastic and unprofessional. I came in to get one toe nail fixed because it chipped and the nail tech started soaking all my toes off so they ended up doing one foot only because i didn’t want the rest gone. We got charged 3 dollars extra for a face shield we didn’t ask for on top of our masks. They do a horrible job and it’s not worth your money!

My family and I got three pedicures the workers doing our toes were very kind. The owner however tried to force face shields on us in a very rude way. When we entered the store he told us we HAD to wear face shields (we had face masks on already) but he insisted we also had a face shield on top of the mask while the workers were painting our toes he came over and counted us and said the face shields were 9$(not mention there was another lady in the salon who did not get charged for the shield) we never asked for them nor wanted them when it came time to pay we refused to pay for the shields and he then took them back wiped them off and is probably going to resell them which is very unsafe during these times. I would not recommend coming here there was more things but this stood out the most

Charged for a face mask they made me wear when I had my own. Used dirty tools. Then charged my card $20 over what they said they were charging me. Super rude and poor quality on even the simple pain job.

Pretty positive experience at the salon. I got a full set of nude acrylics about about a month ago. I had no issues until one of them broke and the rest were hurting. I decided to take them off on my own. Its seem that these things were super-glued onto my nails. Ive tried soaking them in acetone several times and they dont even budge. Ive spent 4 days trying to take these off and theyve left my nail-beds quite damaged.

Very expensive place. I asked for a color and wasn’t the color i wanted. Never again will I go to this place. The service they gave me was just rude. Poorly customer service.

I went there in Friday and it took 2 hours for them to do coffin nails on me.. I went home after and I was careful and I started cleaning and they just can off.... I currently have 7 nails left after just 2 hours.. they’re holding on now I guess but the guy who did my nails didn’t do nothing to my natural nail at first. He sat down and put super glue on my nails and then added the artificial nail. Over all the color and nails are beautiful

This is my first time to find the place in Tucson for my family’s wedding and all our families groups over 10 people to get the pedicure and manicure at this spot and it is very clean and all staff who were friendly and professional care for my nails and pedicure. The pedicure spa included color gel $45 it is fairly price and Tony who is awesome one to run the business. He is not only professional but also kindly to treat our family. My daughter is 16 years old and got the full pedicure and manicure just $30 for gel special on her ‘ s birthday. Tammy was friendly and did an excellent job on my nails. I had the dip powder. My only suggestion is that the salon stock colors in dip powder. They only had 5 or 6. Nothing I wanted so I chose the very neutral color. Im told they will get colors in. I hope so because Id like to go back to Tammy. Shes very good.

First time visiting here and Tony was extremely rude. I only requested one service but he kept insisting that I needed more. I was literally about to get up and walk out the door but I managed to convince myself to wait.. I should have left. Very bad place to get ya nails done . i walks in i ask for a French set30. I got Henry. He was very nice but he was too fast. He wanted to leave and my nails where all miss shapes and when i was done he say 35 i said u said 30. I dint pay the 35 he got angry with me i will not go nack again

I walked in for a pedicure and they where very attentive. I had a great pedicure and massage. They fixed a nail another nail tech left wrong from another nail spa. My nail tech Debra was wonderful. Will definitely be back soon.

Tony was incredibly rude today. Couldn’t wait to go out and smoke. He watched a video the whole time didn’t acknowledge me. He yelled at employees in front of customers. Workers start of being nice. But when you don’t buy what they want (such as gel or 60 dollar pedicure) they get visibly upset.

I agree with the comments about the staff being rude . They get upset and give you attitude when you dont want gel nails and just care about taking your money. My boyfriend was waiting for me while I was getting my nails done one of the men that works there was harassing my boyfriend while he was sitting, telling him that he needed to walk up to where I was to confirm that he actually knew me . I have no idea why this is necessary because they didnt harass other people waiting on people getting their nails done . This was on Friday at 3:30 pm if the owner reads this you know exactly WHO Im talking about I will not be returning, one of my nails already broke only 3 days after getting a full set 😂

Tommy did a great job on my acrylic fill. Nice and clean. My one complaint is that it was kinda costly. $37 for a fill? I might as well have gotten a brand new set. Over the phone they quote $18 and up for a fill but definitely wasn’t expecting to pay that much. Not only that but as I was getting my nails done the girl next to me was told she had to pay $26 and she argued she paid $10 last time. However, she apparently got gel this time so that’s why she had to pay $26 instead. As she went to the front the guy who did her nails told the employee in the front in their native language and he started yelling at the girl saying he did not say $10. Which is fine I understand but he then slammed his hand down in frustration. I just don’t think that’s an appropriate way to speak or treat customers.

I moved here from Phoenix and looking for the best Nails salon in Tucson for my Pedicure and Manicure, I got online to search for local listing and I found this spot in shopping plaza Spectrum.The salon spa is clean and look very nice with big space, great customer service and It was very impressed me and I spent over an hour here for relaxing. Tucson is very hot and I received good care from them ! Out of the business with cool water bottle for refreshing. I will definitely coming back when I getting to Tucson. Cindy is very awesome and so kind.

So last week I went to Hollywood Nails & Andy started doing my nails & I was venting to him about the horrible experience I had at Vinnys Nails. He assured me that I was going to walk out happy & satisfied. Sure enough I did. Here I am coming back in to get them filled & re-painted and again leaving extremely happy & pleased with the friendly service & how they work so hard to meet your expectations! I have been going to Hollywood Nail & Spa since they have opened. They always do what is best for me and how they are able to fantastic nails designs by hand always keeps me coming back. They treat you like a valued customer and even times when I come in right before closing they give me top notch service. Got in right away, staff polite, ..wish they had some polish with larger specks of glitter. Its a really popular trend & you kinda expect salons to be on board, or use real glitter.. I think they could have cleaned up a bit better around the nail, but I guess a couple hand washes will fix that. But still nice to have that cleaned up before leaving.

This place was awesome and TONY did an amazing job on my French manicure and pedicure. I will definitely being going back! They also have fair prices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 👌🏽
