I had went a while back. One of the nail techs was sitting next to the person doing my nails and she placed her bare feet on the seat next to me and was on her phone. I don’t understand how having bare feet next to a customer isn’t a rude thing which is why I’m rating 1 star, I came to get my nails done, not smell feet. The nails weren’t the best and I believe I was overcharged for them. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again.

Be careful! Service was okay but their not honest. They charge me 10 extra dollars. I know it’s not much but the point is I should choose when to tip no for the person to not return my change and walk to the back. Will not go there again make sure you check the prices and ask for change if not they will be sneaky about itUpdate: Owner replied saying it’s not true! All I’m saying is make sure you ask for your change if not they will be shady and pocket your change without even asking!

Great service! Kevin does a wonderful job doing fills and new sets but you really cant go wrong with anyone. Highly recommend!!

Bad bad bad, this place USED to be my favorite idk what happen. The employees are rude and disrespectful just because I didn’t want “gel” on my pedicure, they didn’t even cut my mothers nails right and not to mention they tried to charge us extra for no reason did I mention they used the same clippers ? 🤮

Received a pedicure and my daughter an acrylic nail set, they were very nice and professional. We were very happy with the results, will definitely come again.

The first time I went the guy did a great job but couldn’t get one of the lines for my French tip correct so I got a lady the next time she did great so I went back to her. Then it happened again and she couldn’t get my line correct for my French tip. They were all really nice didn’t make me feel uncomfortable but I don’t recommend a French tip. I tip $20 every time I get service from anyone, that should pay for something to be done right.

Nail polish is not always to the end of the fingernail. It makes it look like you need a fill right away. The rest is good.

This place is not a good nail place all I got was pink short nails and they werent shapped good and the polish wasnt good and when I get done they wanna charge me 55$ for nothing just plain pink nails

This is the second time i have been to this place. I called for an appointment for a full set, and was told that i could come in 25 minutes. So i went in. And got there 25 min later. There were 4 techs, all with customers, i waited my turn, about 20 minutes late. I was called up and asked to sit down. The tech i had was linda. She finished a full set in about 35 min. I thought well this is pretty fast, but, alas, the quality was horrible. I left with no polish, because i needed to try and fix my nails. Once i got polish on them about an hour ago..well, there are ridges that i cant get out..the tip was applied in such a manner that my nail is not level, on one, there is a chunk of powder missing, where the tip meets my natural nail, the front edges were not filed or buffed right, ans the polish just amplifies the mess. Just shameful quality of work

Was told on the phone walk ins are taken up to 4:30 since they close at 5. Not a problem but when I showed up at 4:30 for a simple nail repair I was turned away. All I wanted for my Mothers Day to myself was to have my nail fixed. Got off work at 4 so I couldnt go at an earlier time. When I told the owner you just told me 4:30 on the phone He quickly started stating they had ppl waiting he wont have time. (There was nobody in the waiting chairs) my response was why didnt you tell me that on the phone and I wouldnt have wasted the time and gas. His response was he repeated doesnt think he has time. This is my second and last attempt to ever come here the first time I left with two fingers bleeding because they wouldnt quit drilling on my cuticles. my sister spoke so highly of the owner and the establishment trying to give it another chance I went back for a broken nail repair from their previous poor excuse of a fill and that is what happens.

Literally so terrible, I enjoyed my first experience here, but my second experience was awful. I had my nails done by Justin himself, and he was so incredibly rude and unprofessional I was appalled. He burned my nails several times and when I pulled back and said ow he sighed and scolded me. Couldn’t believe it. He would’ve left me with nail polish all over my cuticles if I wouldn’t have asked for him to clean them up. After one day, my ring finger nail has begun to crack on the side, and my gel is bubbled. Much better nicer places.

Very bad service. All the times I’ve been to this place they’ve treated me with no interest whatsoever. They do not care about the client as they should and do the job as they wish not as the costumer wishes and still have the gut to charge you extra for whatever they decided to do with you. Every time they would start doing something I would ask what they were doing and they ignored me and started speaking their language between themselves. Would not recommend this place at all.

I usually go to another nail salon down the road but I just didnt have enough time to wait today. So I decided to take my sister and I and try Justins Nails. Huge mistake... I will never come back here again. I was going to write a huge review but I dont even want to waste any more of my time. I would rather go to my regular salon and wait hours. They actually take the time to make sure each nail is even, clean up the leftover nail polish from the sides of the nails and make sure theres no acrylic left all over the nails and skin. I had to come home and fix our nails. Maybe I came on a bad day but Ill never know because I will never spend my money here ever again.

HORRIBLE service. They always change the price when clearly there board says another thing. Never coming here again. When i asked them why i was being upcharged the owner said they just changed there prices a year ago when i was just here a month ago and got the same thing. And when i aksked why i was being upcharge the owner started yelling at me. Extermly unprofessional.

Every time I come I get different prices !!! Before I didn’t say anything because price didn’t change by much but this time i paid $10 more I usually get medium coffin with gel usually pay $35 today I did same thing and it came out to $45 🧐 not only that but it took her 1 hr and 20 min to do my nails !!! I ordered coffin they look more square to me also wanted them medium they also look like short !! First time not satisfied....... will not be coming back

Got here before 9:30 on a Monday so I could be first and THEY WERE LATE they opened at 10:00 my nails were cute though

My nails came out super chunky, they looked like I needed a fill already, and the work was just sloppy overall! Their prices are way too high for the work they do! I did go back to fix them thinking maybe it was just the nail tech, nope I was wrong they look just as bad.

Im not happy with my experience there because when I was getting a pedicure the lady really dug into my toe nail, made it bleed. A week later I end up getting some kind of infection!!! Never going there! Im pregnant to so Im thinking its not clean there. Why would it get infected?
