Nails Aqui is the ONLY place Ill go to get my nails done. During COVID, they implemented protocol that made me feel safe and they always do great work. The only time Ive ever had a problem in the past 4 years, the owner took care of right away without issue. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling in advance to make an appointment because their chairs are always full. In my experience, theyve never had a problem fitting in a same day appointment but I typically call 3-5 days in advance to secure my spot.

Great service. I tried something different this time and Ive received over a few compliments on them style and nail polish. Will be returning. A little pricy, but definitely get what you pay for.

What a lovely little family business. I was visiting from out of town and I stopped here and had a beautiful French tip full set done along with a pedicure. The prices are very reasonable and my nails look and feel great! Tidy French tip lines are very important to me and they came out perfectly.

Called and scheduled an appointment for 2:30 for a full set and pedicure, he told me to come early, arrived at 2:15 and sat there until 3:15.... got my pedicure and then they moved me to the manicure station where I sat for another 45 minutes!! At 4:26 they finally said they can start my nails but I had dinner reservations and had to leave. Not the nail tech’s fault, he did great job on my pedi, but the person managing the system runs business like a novice... not cool

This is my go to place. They are very friendly and can usually take drop ins right away. I mostly get my pedicures here but have had a simple manicure a few times and have always been happy with their work. My toes always look fantastic when they are done!

I’ve been to this place a few times only because it was convenient. They over book and never have enough people at a time to do everyone’s nails at their appointment time. They’re always watching TV while doing your nails instead of paying attention to what they’re doing and end up filing too hard causing bleeding. Christina has done my nails most of the time. She always tries to get me to change what I want for some reason. One time when I was very clear about what color I wanted she did a different color. Today when I went I wanted this shimmery pink and she told me it’d be too light for my nails so I had to pick something else. I find a lot of what they do very unprofessional for the prices they have. Go somewhere else it’s definitely not worth your time.

This was in Phoenix Arizona I like them because they were open until 7 PM on a Saturday the lady was a little funny I have a big dog well of course I have a big dog I have big health problems,but she was funny. There’s salon was very clean it was very pretty and when I finished there were more people going in there a lot of salons in Phoenix close at five or six so go there really nice people

I enjoy going here and have been a long time customer the work is well and the prices are fair what I don’t like is the stopping to answer the phone stopping in the middle of my service e several times...they also are a family operated business Which is great but the guy and girl recently had a baby so the baby stays at the shop so she is often running around the shop she also stays in the wax room so it’s half a baby room half a wax salon room which in my opinion is very unprofessional You can’t blame the baby she is only 1 year old but they really should consider rotating their schedule so one parent could stay home with the babyso customers who go to relax aren’t listening to a crying baby or just dealing with what comes with a baby I’ve seen them decline customer who want waxing if the baby is in the wax room sleeping which is highly rude in my opinion I know how it goes I have 2 kids under age 4 so I know kids will be kids but I also go to the salon for relaxation and often am met with the opposite lolOtherwise this place is pretty good

Just got my nails done here less than a week ago and theyre already chipping. I always get gel nails and they usually last for about 2 months because I take care of them but not here. I was already expecting this since they basically half a**ed the job when I was there and only coated my nails twice. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been going here for a year and I absolutely love this place!! So friendly and professional.

I usually go here cuz they are really good at what they do, but the past 6months they have new people and they dont know what they are doing, forgetting the base coat before polish & not getting the ingrown toe nail. When I felt it the next day they told me I had to pay for another pedicure, i would pay half price but I think they should do the job right the first time or just fix the issue. Ill be going back to another nail salon

Though out my years of life Ive heard nothing but picky negative reviews about nail salons. So this being my first time venturing off on my own to find a reasonably priced nail salon that doesnt make me feel like I was cheated or make my nails look horrible to the point of utter despair. I was frightened and turned to google maps and the reviews. This being the closest and having decent reviews caught my attention. Upon walking into the salon it didnt look as big or busy at the time, sending me a feeling of needing to retreat and leave.Although once you get over the smallness of the salon itself you realize that its actually really nice there multiple Tvs playing all on one channel, and as soon as you did down your asked if you would like a complimentary soda which in my opinion helped ease my nerves. The lady asked multiple questions to make sure my nails are exactly what I want. The lady that did mine was extremely patient and nice talking the extra time to make sure all my previous nail polish was off. I got the full Acrylic nails with French tip for $30. I have to admit I wish I could of tipped the lady more but I couldnt afford it at the moment. Ill definitely be back more frequently and tell everyone I know.

Ive been contemplating to review this nail salon.  So Ive been going to this nail salon few more then 5 yrs I always enjoyed Tony & Christina very much, it always felt comfortable coming here. My husband deployed to another state so of course we went, I was gone for about 4 yrs. and just recently came back this year, so of course I decided to go back to the place I felt comfortable with.  This next part is hard for me to review because I really loved this place but a few times I did go I had to go back because the polish was very thick and peeled, I was happy to pay if need be but they always declined.  Recently Christina told me not too come back because of this she even said I would come in and made a big deal and complained about it to customers WHICH IS NOT TRUE THIS IS NOT MY CHARACTER! Im so broken hearted! I just wanted what I asked for.

It took me a year and a half to find a nail place in Tucson that I like. As a server, my nails go through a lot, and I never need to go in for touchups or repairs in between my fill-in s. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is very clean.

Went to get my nails removed and I had my emotional support dog with me. A customer yelled at me and told me because she doesnt have a vest they nail salon people could not take care of me, even though I have a letter from my doctor says that my dog can be with me wherever I go.

I wish I can give them a 0 so I am stuck with a 1. The first 3 times I went they did a fantastic job and was very detailed then when I came about 2 weeks ago Christina was going to do my fills but she had me see her brother tony to remove the color and as he was removing the color he was telling me that I needed a new set I asked how much he said 25 and since I pay 30 normally cuz I get the gel they were going to take 5.00 off that was a lie so he ripped my nails off or should I say the acrylic off my natural nails instead of soaking them off like u are supposed to do then after the product was off Christina proceeded to take the drill on what was left of my natural nails and then added tips and when she was done she asked me if everything looked right and I pointed out she filed into the corners and were not straight she stated it was the way my nail was and ignored what I was trying to tell her then I noticed the nails were not even and wide and as I tried to explain she started to get a attitude so at this point I didn’t know what to do so when she was done I go to pay and then they charge me a completely different price and as I asked why I am getting charged for one price and was told something else she then went from 0 to 100 in sec so I paid the 40 and went and sat in my car and cried cuz I should have not paid for a bad service so I went back in and told her I was not happy with the work she did and then she threatened to call the cops on me cuz I asked for my money back and she started screaming at me in from of everyone including the little baby that was there I don’t recommend anyone to go here they will do a good job and then do the worse job ever. I wish I had this recorded so people can see how Christina is if u try to correct or ask her fix the problem It was so embarrassing to be treated like that. I am in customer service and never ever treated anyone like that on top of that I reported the to the state board of cosmetology for ripping the acrylic off my natural nails and then filed on raw skin that barely had my natural nails u are supposed to soak them to avoid damage to the nail bed. Again save ur money don’t go here

My feet were in terrible condition, and I am unable to care for them anymore. I love their massage chairs. My feet look and feel great.

Im not much of a mani-pedi kind of person, but when I do get the urge, this is where I go. The owner is very kind, and genuine. A friend of mine was deployed once, and I took her daughter in there for a girls day, and they were so loving and sweet to her. That was a special day especially for a young girl who missed her mom daily.

I had been going here for years. Lately I haven’t had the best experience. What makes me give them one star is that they charge any amount they feel like. My daughter and I went on Saturday for a mani and pedi, my daughter waited for 45 minuets to be helped and I was helped right away. Today is Tuesday and I noticed my nails looked like I had them on for a month. I called and let them know that I needed my nailes fixed because they looked chipped and the nail polish was coming off. I went in and it took 40 minuets to be seen, once they were fixed I was charged $15 more! I will never be back to this location.

Worst nails ever! There rude especially the lady who did my nails! I came twice to trying and give them another go. First I wanted a basic French tips she charges me 35$ one pinky was bigger than the other one u can see my old nail polish under my new acrylic my toes werent even cute! Second time I went I had my nails done at a better place with a gel polish and she got mad because she had to file my nails down to get my old color off. She did a terrible job at filling them and was hurting me the fill was ugly all lumpy and some thicker than the others my thumb nails looks like a flat table didnt have a natural curve and Im pretty sure it cost 15$ a fill witch she charges me $25 basically tipped herself and when I feel like my nails have been done nice I do tip but she didnt deserve it and I had to fix my nails at home not going again !!

The owners had a family argument right in front of me while one of the ladies worked on my manicure. Very uncomfortable situation and unprofessional.
