WARNINGThis sloppy a** work took maybe 1/2 hour. Rough, not friendly “at all”, rushed 1/2 a** pedi. 👎🏻I will NOT go back or refer them, oh hell no‼️‼️

Went in a couple of weeks ago since the place I normally go to was booked. They were able to get be in. However the technician filed down to a word shape and all the nails were lumpy and not smooth at all... I will not go back to this place

The lady who did my nails was extremely nice! She was fast and efficient. The nails came out better than I had imagined. Definitely visiting this location again.

Got a fill here the other day and they look awful. Already cracking towards the bottom of my nail. Disappointed.

Ive been looking for a good nail salon, and decided to try this place. What a great place! She was really sweet made me feel welcome. My pedicure tech is amazing at what she does. She actually School me on proper nail and foot care. Clean, and as quiet and odor-free as a nail salon can get. Definitely will be recommending this place to my friends.

Im not one to write review however I took my girlfriend here and well what can I say. Shoddy work lumpy paint shifty nails and crooked nails. My girlfriend stays at home and doesnt do alot of hard work she was washing dishes using the dishwasher and her nail just fell off the last time I spend 65 dollars back. Also the technician was extremely rude and rushed my girlfriend topich a nail and color. Even the gems that were forced upon her fell off almost immediately. We will be returning and requesting a refund.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! it was my first time there and one of the ladies who I think was the owner was so so so rude! She didnt know what she was doing! Their pedicures are half ass, not relaxing at all! I had her remove the polish from my feet because it was so bad. And she still made me pay! Didnt try to fix it, was totally careless. Worst place EVER!! Highly recommend another nail place.

I had my eye brows done grey, 2 years ago. Came back march 1, 2019 to have the color changed to brown. Paid 125$ .My brows are still grey. Was told that if I wanted to go to a rally dark brown, it might change the color.Bad attitude from cosmologists. Said I would have to repay.Dont waste your $ here .

AWFUL!!! Ill never go to this place again!! The lady who did my pedicure and full set of nails continuously hurt me. After the fourth time Im convinced she was doing it on purpose!! She asked me if I want square or round tips I said round and she gave me square anyway. I was going to complain but didnt want to be hurt AGAIN. Even the guy who works there was looking at her weird because every time I said ouch she smirked and said oh sorry. Im very displeased with them and the finished product. NEVER AGAIN!!! Ill stick with Golden Nail Spa and pay slightly more to not be hurt.

If I could give negative stars I would. The woman doing my nails accidentally took part of the tip of my nail off with her buffer. She then blamed it on me for moving although I did not move. Then she refilled my acrylic so thin when I asked her to make it thicker, she was upset and said no because she was almost finished. She again blamed me for not telling her I wanted my nails thicker. My nails are long, when I came in my acrylic was thick, why would I want them thin?? I went back this morning as one of nails broke yesterday and they were upset when I asked them to please redo them. They just fixed the broken nail. Highly unprofessional!!! Part of it was because she told another customer to come in and she was trying to finish with me to attend the other customer .

I got my permanent make-up done. I look great. She takes her time. Reshaped my eye brows & gave me a perfect arch. Love this place

They do a great job on my pedis I’ve been going there for 5 yrs.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Today is Monday, went in on Saturday. The young man doing my pedicure cut my cuticle and still continued after I started to bleed. My big toe is currently infected, and this salon should be shut down. I simultaneously got a manicure and I have never been more disappointed. The shape and length of my nails is hideous along with the terrible paint job. Sides are missing paint, the layers are uneven and you can see the first coat, since they didnt do a proper second coat. Take your money elsewhere.

Came here since it was close to my house and I was in a rush (I usually go to Classy Nails by Le and I will never go anywhere else again). I should have known it was going to be a bad job by how dirty the salon was (there was literally a fly sitting in a bowl of water by the sink for the brushes). Got the dip powder and it chipped and peeled (from using the wrong top coat) the very next day. I asked for a refund and they refused saying they would fix it instead. I said I didn’t want them to “fix” it since they don’t have the correct products and it would end up the same way and it was a waste of both our time. They got super angry and started yelling at me about how I must have used some chemicals on them? And to top it off the service was $45 - $10 more than I’ve ever paid at Classy.

On the good side they seemed like they wanted to help..... The bad side they went so fast didnt take there time. Used a cheese grater on my feet never asked if I wanted to turn on massage chair. But the worst they charged me 80 dollars and my nails are uneven and started lifting after the 3rd day and not panted on the sides. All bad

So I went here about 3 years ago and was never going to write a review until I saw the horrible experience my friend went through and realized I needed to post a review. I just like her was in a hurry and looking for convenience and always go to Golden Nails but they are always packed, so I gave A and K a try. Very bad decision on my part, they completely butchered my toe nails and my two big toes wouldnt stop bleeding. They told me I have ingrown nails and I have never had this issue, it was an excuse for there wrong doing. I wanted a gel manicure as well and instead of sitting me at a table for this service they did it at the pedicure chair while I was getting my toes done. They didnt do anything prep wise other then take my polish off and kind of shape my nails. Needless to say the experience was terrible, my gel started to chip the next day. They didnt want to refund me and charged me $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure. They need to be shut down, please people do not waist your money or your time and read the reviews.

Im only giving 1 star because the lady who did my pedicure did a good job. On the other hand, the lady who did my full set did terrible. When applying acrylic she missed spots and you can clearly see my actual nail still and didnt apply nail polish evenly. When I brought it up to her she said No No its okay. Clearly blowing it off and went to the back where Im guessing theres a break room or something. Which was more important than satisfying customers or listening to concerns and fixing the problem.

Nice people but not worth the experience. Manicure consisted of cold soap and water soak, filed my nails square then applied polish.

Been going here for over a decade! The ladies are meticulous, friendly and accommodating. Ive moved, so its not very close to me anymore, but I still go back.

Overall impression is negative. The nail tech rushed through my fill. The nails are not evenly shaped and she cut my pink finger while filing. Additionally, she did not have good customer service skills and was slightly rude. They were also overpriced.

Gel toe nail polish lost 2/10 nails within 24 hours. Polish was glued to skin requiring filing upon getting home on finger nails. I was at the end of the day, but verbalized willingness to return the next day. Instead I was squeezed in resulting in unstable nails for $30 more than one day nail salon at speedway and wilmot. Avoid this disaster of a place.

Ive never had such a horrible fill job. Didnt even know it was possible to mess up so bad. I got fills and had the left and right hand are completely different lengths and paint job so sloppy.

Had my nails done was not done proper I had to ask her to fix it and then she attempt effects it still wasnt right there was still acrylic on my skin nails lifted 3 days later

Just don’t waste your time here. They may be cheap but they are not worth saving money.

Terrible. My shellac peels off within a week. I complained over and over and they blamed me, yet this wasnt happening before and Ive been getting it done for about 7-8 years. Theyre tampering with the shellac bc it does not last!!!

This place is horrible. They rush because they take in to many customers at once. This is the worst set of nails I ever got. I would NOT go there. Save your money!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star 😡
