Cindy was my nail tech today. She removed my old set and put a new set on. She was extremely meticulous with her work and shaped them perfectly, very nice and smooth.

I just got my nails done by Phil today and I’m so pleased with how they turned out! I came in with my natural nails to get a gel manicure with a holographic finish and he really paid attention to detail. The shape was perfect and the application was smooth and it looked so natural. Phil and Sunny are so nice and did such an amazing job on my nails! No bubbles or dings and they made my nails look amazing! They went over the prices and everything with me. The establishment is clean and the music selection is nice and calming compared to other salons. Phil did a holographic/chrome gel polish put on my natural nails and its absolutely Beautiful! Both Sunny and Phil took their time and paid attention to every little detail which resulted in greatness. I got nice suggestions similar to what I usually get also. They definitely know what they are doing. I have never been so happy with my nails. Incredible place!

I was happy to get in the same day, but a few things Im not satisfied with. So I havent had my nails done in 8+ years and went to one of the top rated places in town. I asked for almond shaped nails and got rounded. Beautiful lime green gel color I got but not the shape I wanted which made me so sad bc I was expecting at least the shape I wanted. $40 +$10 tip is what I ended up paying. I wasnt gonna leave a tip but I worked in the service industry before and know how hard it is. UPDATE: I went back and Phil redid my nails at no cost and they turned out super great! I loved the new color and shape. Phil does an excellent job.UPDATE#2: Most recently I got ombre nails, red and black. They are beautiful but it was my birthday and I guess he decided to add bling to my nails and my friend later pointed out that he overcharged me for something I didnt ask for. I know it was like $5 extra, so gotta be careful next time they dont sneak more charges in. That really really p!ssed me off bc I loved it there. Doubt Ill go back now.

I am very picky about the way my acrylic nails are done and this place is amazing! i love that they offer different colors of acrylic powder as i like that look better than polish on top of acrylic. cindy is a pro at laying down the acrylic so she doesn’t have to do a lot of filing. but when she does file, she is so gentle!! i am so happy i found this place!!

They dont even deserve 1 star. My sister and I were just there and they did a terrible job and the refused to fix it. They didnt listen to anything either of us said. It costs $5 per color. My sister and I had to go back in there twice so the could glue her real nail down and the ended up gluing her skin into it. They are the worst nail place I have ever been to with the rudest service. They are over priced and we will never go there again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I did foil and there are so many cracks in it and it just looks terrible😡😡😡😡😡😡

I came here because I read nothing but great reviews and the not so great reviews were on services I dont use. Let me start by saying they were very nice! I had a simple pedicure, I get these done because I almost went blind and cannot see to cut or polish my own nails. After letting them dry I used my camera to magnify my toes so I could see them. The edges of my toes are not painted. This is probably bacause they used paper instead of toe separators, how idiotic is that! I saw Darrens comment on another negative post saying to call and have them fix it before leaving a negative comment on here. Well Darren, dont bother saying that to me. It should have been done correctly the first time and why do you need to be told to use toe separators and not paper?2 stars because they are nice and the part of my nails that are painted look beautiful!

First time there for me and my daughter. They were a little late for the appointment but we didnt mind waiting. The quality was worth it.

Asked them to be careful filing for my acrylics because my nails were damaged from previous sets at another salon, but my nails still ended up so damaged that multiple broke halfway down the nail and my nails are still recovering a month later. However, my bigger issue was that both my pinky nails came off (one the next day the other two days after that) and the whole set started lifting extremely quickly. Two stars because they did look alright.

Phil soes my nails. I have been Looking for a nail tech for a while been to several places and have not gotten what I wanted. Phil did my nails exactly the way I wanted them Im very particular about my nails but now I found a nail tech thanks to him.

I always have a wonderful experience when I walk into this salon. Customer service is perfect and polite. The nail techs are always gentle and engaging in conversation. This salon has a wonderful selection of just about everything you could want for your nails/toes. When I walk out with beautiful nails, I feel beautiful! Forever going here.

Literally 3 days after getting gelish and my nails are peeling

This place is clean, staff is friendly and they got me in on short notice, which I was very appreciative about. Unfortunately my gel nails started chipping off within a day! I was so sad, because I thought they had great prices. This was my first time coming here, since my nail tech was out of town and I got impatient. Normally a gel mani will last me 3 weeks no problem but unfortunately this was not the case here. Maybe if you’re getting acrylic you’ll have better luck... I was impressed at the clean work they do.. but unfortunately I paid $30 for one day nails.

Very nice people and I didnt have to wait at all... My toenails look great! The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because it was a little pricey.. A basic pedicure cost me $40 and of course a tip so my total was $45 that is kind of on the expensive in my opinion..

Got my nails filled and painted just now by Phil. He did a really good job of fixing them from the last place I went too. Length and shape exactly how I wanted. He wasnt rough and he was very friendly and social. My appointment was a little late but it was worth it. Definitely will come back.

First time coming into this place! I was excited to check out their work & asked if they take in walk ins. They did and I was seated immediately, which was great!I wanted a cute pastel rainbow look on my nails, I showed the nail tech and to my dismay, he kept saying it wont look the same so know that. The nail look wasnt complicated. Just a different color on each nail. 5 colors. & shaped in a coffin style. He filed my nails so roughly that I winced the entire time. The color on my nails look gloppy and theyre more square than coffin shaped. The inner area of my nails have dried up goop and they look horrible.Im really bummed because I had high hopes for this place. (╯︵╰,) Wont be coming back.

Visiting from Texas & I walked in for a pedicure on Sunday; they were able to get me right in! I got the Hollywood pedicure & Darren is fabulous! Best leg & foot massage ever!! Everyone is very friendly & the salon is clean. Next time I’m ever in Tucson, I’m coming here!!!

Everyone at the place was nice but the man doing my toe polish didn’t put the nude color before the black French tip polish and once I asked him to put the nude on nicely, he only put one layer so it was streaky. Then his black French tip application was uneven and sloppy. Everyone was very nice and the man took took off the polish for me but worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon:(

As my second time being here, each time I am super pleased with how Phil does my nails!! Im very particular when it comes to my nails but both times I wasnt disappointed. Phil also makes sure that he does as close to what I ask for as possible and is very honest. Ive loved the services I received, not only the quality of my nails BUT of how friendly everyone is.

Called ahead of time for a pedicure and FULL SET acrylic. Worker on phone said I would have pedicure first then full set done. Completely fine and understood what had be told to me.. we’ll get sat down with the nail tech and told her my wants.. my two big toes all gold with glitter and the rest black.. I asked three time s if she understood my wants.. she said “yes yes of course” first time around she painted all my toes black when I mention the mistake I could tell she had a attitude when fixing the big toes. When the toes were done she walked me over to start on my nails and mentioned which color for the MANICURE. When I reminded her I want a full set acrylic she looked very confused and started to discuss with the manager I assume. When the manager talked to me he said there must have be confusion on the phone but I had made it a point to continuously repeat what I wanted. The solution I come back in a hour and half to get the full set. NO THANK YOU I have a life to live and things to do! What is the whole point of calling ahead to make sure they have time !?

Horrible gel. Within 15 minutes of my nails being done, the gel polish started to chip. Within 24 hours 4 of my nails have now chipped polish. Cheap products. Don’t live in the area or I would return and complain. Worst ever. Kind of like when you paint your nails yourself and they chip the next hour. That’s what I got but was told and paid for gel nails. NOT!!!

I am so happy that I found this Salon! I love it! A very relaxing and fun atmosphere. Phil does an amazing job on my nails! When I first came to him, I had developed an allergy to something after 25 years of getting my nails done. He was the first one to be willing to help me figure out what it was and help find an alternative. Phil and Darrin were both very sweet, sympathatic, patient and helpful through the whole process. I would hightly recommend this Salon to anyone! Go! They are great!

Amazing place. I have gotten a couple pedicures from here and just recently got an acrylic set. When I left they werent cured all the way so I went back the next day and they fixed them 100% and were happy to do so. They didnt charge me to fix them and I also asked if they could make the color matte. He did such a good job I ended up tipping extra from the day prior. Will definitely go back.

Ask for Linda or her son if you like to talk to your manicurist. They do great pedicures, and really even gel polish.

The guy who did my daughters pedicure was rough, made her bleed and then couldnt finish, didnt let us finish explaining what was going on with her nail, she has to return after her infection is healed. She had an injury years ago and it has been confirmed by dermatologist she does not have infection, nail is just growing wrong. Previous techs have understood this and fixed her nail to look somewhat normal. The women tech here seemed very concerned about the treatment my daughter received but Ill never return here again.

I go to so many nail salons and always come out not liking something or get a half done job but here they take their time and make sure they do a good job! I love my nails. Gonna be coming here much more often!

This is a hiding nails salon, its very nice and clean. I have been driving by every day but I didnt know this place until I checked it on google. So I Just stopped by couple day ago to get my Gel manicure done and Darren was really helpful, he tried to find the color that I like and even put the color on his nails to test for me. I havent had any nail tech kind of enthusiasm like that so I really appreciate that. He did a wonderful job and gentle with my cuticle. One more thing, I saw they use bag liner for pedicure which is really nice and clean. I will definitely come back for my pedicure.

I use to really like this place. However, last night I went in to get a full set, which I had an appointment for scheduled at 6pm. I arrived at 5:30 pm, as I know they close at 7pm and I wanted to be time courteous in their favor. My full set was rushed and as a result I was cut in several places; my nails were not the shape I asked for, and my designs werent centered. I personally felt rushed by the owners, as if it was my fault their nail tech. was slow. Again, I arrived at 5:30pm (30 mins before my scheduled agreed upon appointment) and didnt leave until 7:15pm. When I paid for my service they joked about it being extra because of overtime. You cant blame a client for the slowness of your nail tech; and your nail tech should not be rushing. I will not be passive-aggressively bullied. I tip well, Im well mannered, I address all the employees by their names, give me the respect I give you. Im highly disappointed and hurt. I will not be coming back.

Phil and his team are amazing. I go to Phil personally because he works with my nails. I have a nail from a childhood injury that he can make look totally normal. The man is a wizard. I will never go to another salon...this is the best! Be sure to book an appointment. They can get crazy busy!

Im from Nogales and just stopped by this place with my husband today. Firstly, they are so busy but people here are very friendly and have really good service. Secondly, The Spa and everything look very nice, clean and comfortable. I got my Manicure, Pedicure Gel done, and Darren did a perfect job, he looks muscular but very gentle. Its the best massage and gel manicure I have ever had. I will come back here for sure! Highly recommend for my friends and everybody.

So friendly people and great service. when I came they were really busy, but a young gentleman came up and talked to me kindy, he said could I wait a few minutes? After that he gave me a bottle of water which is so sweet. And they did very good job for my gel nails and pedicure. I was really happy to leave there.

I wandered in here after shopping at the Rack. Although it was late, the owner very graciously said he could do a gel manicure. He stayed past closing and gave me an excellent manicure, best I’ve had in Tucson. He took his time and didn’t rush. I will be back in two weeks! :)

Fun nails are one of those little luxuries I provide myself... its something I look forward to. But I have never walked out of a nail salon as miserable as I was today. I came in by recommendation from a good friend and had high expectations and was given a gruff, rushed service with no outwardly consideration to quality. My nails were cut down unevenly, the polish was uneven and inconsistent and I quickly decided against two colors and/or a design. I just wanted out of there.To be fair, the music was nice and, outside of my tech, the staff was very friendly which is why I am happy to leave two stars. But I wont be back.

This was a very painful set of nails. This man was extremely harsh/rough when it came to filing them down. I asked for long, coffin nails and initially they were long but this man completely filed them down to a very short size. He also shaped them very squary which is not appealing to me at all. After speaking up about the shape he did continue to very dramatically file them down to coffin but I was twitching and moving so much hoping he would get the message (message was not received) After three coats of the chosen nail color, they were left blochy. I wasn’t too happy with the limited amount of colors they have to chose from. And I feel that the designs they offer are very outdated. I’m new to Tucson and it’s been hard to find a decent nail salon but at least I know not to come back to this one.

Love this Nails salon, I live an hour away from here but I and my daughter Just come to get pedicure done every 2-3 weeks. They do very great job here! Especially Darren! Hes so sweet and Genius.

I got my nails done and they lasted a WEEK. 3 of them fell off so I went back to have them all taken off and redone, oh and all they discounted me was the $5 take off. Well I sure fricken hope I get discounted that because almost half the work was already done because the last nails were TERRIBLE!! I did like this place until now. There’s plenty more places in Tucson that will treat you better after they mess up. Will not be going back, that is not how customers should be treated at all.

I was a regular customer for a while now, always came to get my nails and pedicures here . I am no longer coming here, my nails started lifting and falling off after a WEEK. I came in at 10am to get them fixed and they told me to come back at 2pm I got there and waited 20 mins for someone to start my nails, I sit down and the lady says she can’t do a fill because she has an appointment at 230 told her I had an appointment at 2pm ! The man then told me my appointment was for a fix not a fill, which made no sense . Why would I get 3 nails fixed that fell off and let the other ones just keep lifting . They then ask me if I can come back after work I don’t get out til 8 . I made an appointment for a reason . I work with phones and customers ALWAYS ask me where I get my nails done and I have ALWAYS recommended them . I will no longer go there or recommend them . Two of them were also laughing and saying it was my fault that my nails popped off after a week . They acted like I couldn’t understand them but I did . FYI u guys cans do language translation on google in your phone or Siri if u wanna know what they are saying about u . If I could give 0 stars I would . Bye LA Nails 👍🏼

I think this place is the best place to have the ombre nails done in town, I saw my friend got her nails done somewhere and it looked just horrible! I got a gel manicure, 4 of my nails had the gel peel completely off within 48 hours. I went back and asked to use a different brand gel and they refused to redo my nails and just redid the 4 that had come off, insisting I come back AGAIN if they came off. By the next morning two more had peeled off as well. Will not be going back. I know things like this happen but they could have at least fixed the issue properly.
