This is the second time my mom and I have come here, the first time we came they turned us away because they were “too busy” with only one person sitting in a chair. The second time we came here it took 20 minutes just for them to start on us, then after my nails were finished I sat in the chair to get a pedicure, I have been sitting here for over an hour with not even being started, when we asked if I was getting my pedicure he said the lady went to go pick up his son and I had to wait. Yet he made us pay before hand before even finishing our nails. Ridiculous! We will NEVER come back here again. I shouldn’t have to wait for a service that I have paid for because the other employee had to go pick up his son.

I was charged 35$ for a simple set of short acrylics with regular nail polish with no design.That is not what they advertise on there wall in there business.

They charge my daughter $85 plus tip 4 medium size gel nails and they were just basic nails It was nothing fancy about it The older gentleman is just a rip off do not go to this place. Unfortunately I had to put one star or else I would not put any stars at all.. And if they wanna know the date I was there it was March 20th 2021 and I was there at 9 oclock in the morning...

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I learned best to go to a high end nail salon and pay a little extra. No more going to these Asian ghetto store front nail shops!

He was on his phone or doing something else other than my nails. Price was unreasonable for the full set of nails I got. He was very rude and rough. My nails are very thick, different sizes, and my thumbs are completely different shapes then the rest of my nails. Was a big waste of time and money and I don’t plan on going back.

Tony was great! Came in at almost 6:30pm, and they accepted me as a walk-in, even though the sign says they close @ 7pm, he didnt rush and took his time. Half way through 2 people came in asking for pedicures, by this time it had to be past 7, but he accepted, and even called someone to come assist. Happy to say my full set came out great! Will definitely be coming back in two weeks to get them done again!!

My Toe Nail Paint is very poor. I paid for 2 pedicures and one full set for myself&sis of $110 ridiculous pricing for a rush job. All my sister and I wanted to do was relax and enjoy this bond together however not everyone wants to do the customer service portion of the business.

Would not recommend this place for a pedicure. Would not give a star if that was a choice. I hate to leave a bad review but i spent my hard earned money to have a bit of me time. Water was cold and when i mentioned it, the man turned warm water on for about 1/2 minute. He didnt bother to clip my nails or file them or anything. When he painted them a bit of the crusty part of the polish around the edge of the bottle fell onto my nail and he scrapped it off then just put clear coat over it. Needless to say my toe nail on my big toe has a streak running down it. I will now have to go elsewhere to have my toes done again. Guess that is the reason there was no waiting.update: i ended up with a nail fungus !

I came to this nail salon to get my fills on a Sunday, due to my regular salon being closed. The lady seemed VERY mad for some reason and started doing my nails VERY aggressively. she charged me extra for stripes. She was in a rush, and didnt seem to like her job very much. My nails were very crooked, when I pointed the problem out she said my fingers were CROOKED!!!! Funny because I get my nails done all the time and they have never been crooked., She didnt fix them because she said she didnt have time...well lady if you would have done your job right in the first place this could have been avoided. They spoke their language to each other and I felt like they were talking about me...Ive been to nail salons and have no problem with their beautiful language but these ppl were just being rude!!! I just wanted to get outta there. That night my acrylic started cracking...Probably due to expired products or just plain up cheap products. I really dont see this place staying in business 2 much longer. Its a surprise they have lasted this long.The owner seemed like he lost his drive and passion(if it ever was there?) and the business clearly reflects this. I usually dont write reviews because I am a believer of what didnt work for me might work for you but after seeing these reviews its clear to me, I am obviously not the only one. If you want good, polite service this is NOT the place for you.

I seriously love this place! They always fit me in and always greet me with a smile!! Theyve always done a great pedicure as well and I always come out feeling relaxed. My friends and I love it here!!

I have to agree with the previous reviews. The man who did my nails seemed rushed and when I politely let him know of what I didnt want he seemed to get defensive. Nails came out in different shapes... 3 days later Polish is already coming off when he suggested the higher priced nail Polish would last. Definitely do not recommend this place

DO NOT COME HERE! 3 hours later and my skin was stuck to the nails by acrylic and my thumb had a cut from them. They didn’t remove excess acrylic to shape and when I didn’t like the color I had no choice lady said “I already do for you” and told me to sit and dry. Worst nail place ever! Had to go to another place to have them fix it which they took pitty on me and only charged me 15.00 to file shape and paint with gel at care hands and feet on INA rd. I’d recommend just going to her! 40.00 full set any shape with gel!

My nails are VERY thick. They look like dog claws and they were not cheap. I’m embarrassed for people to see them.

Guy was a little rough on my nails but omg he did such a great job and my nails stayed on for a whole 2 months !

Do not recommend this place!!!!! Lady who did my nails did a horrible job. My nail shape was bad, some were shorter than others! The lady painted my nails horrible i could have done a better job myself. She was in a hurry they only had two employees working. I had acrylic stuck to my skin she didnt even remove!!🤬

My friend and I went here for the first time to get our eyebrows waxed. The lady that did them did not even try consulting with either of us and did as she pleased with them. She waxed most of our eyebrows off and they literally look like Nike signs. 😧 dont trust them with your eyebrows!

Love Tony and Lina. Ive been going here for 5 years and wouldnt have it any other way. Love the massages and the wax services they provide. If you are not satisfied they will make it right. If you have something particular you want just ask and theyll do.

First time customer. Came for full set and pedi. I was tossed between 3 people. Nails are significantly mis shaped and uneven. Oval shape is not almond. Toe nails cut to the nub. They seemed careless and with no regards to keeping their business. I should have stopped and walked away yet I wanted to give them a chance. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN HAVING TO SPEND $55. HAD THEY HAD A LITTLE HEART IN THEIR WORK THEY COULD HAVE KEPT A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER.

Horrible experience do not recommend. The guy who did my nails was in a rush and said he had to pick up his son. My friend and I were both getting switched taking turns and three different people worked on my nails. The acrylic came out horrible, crooked nails, and the nail polish was bumpy and not polished right.

Horrible, horrible service these people do not care about the service they are providing. They take no pride in their work and the woman owner is rude. NEVER COME HERE, its a waist of money and not all the techs are licsened. They need to be investigated by the Arizona State board of cosmetology. I had to give them a star to just to write this review. Do not get your nails done here.

I will never recommend this place nor go back they were very rude not to mention rough and then was not even putting my tips to the side of my nail beds and then telling me that my nails were too wide they were very unprofessional!!!!

NEVER EVER GOING BACK. First time going there, needed new nails but still had old ones on. The lady started taking them off with a fake nail not letting me know it was going to hurt. When she took off my fake nail it came off with some of my real nail and started bleeding!! Ugh so now have to wait till it heals so i can get them done. Awful.

First time here and it will be the LAST! I wish I wouldve read reviews first. Came in for a mani and pedi and the lady (dont know her name) that did my services was not rushed, however she didnt spend anytime doing the mani and pedi and as a result my nails are all uneven(toes and hands) she didnt remove the cuticles from one foot (noticed until I got home) and the polish job is very sloppy.! Mind you, I came in around 12:15, NO customers waiting and not near closing time for her to have sped through and half ass what I PAID for!!!! will never return.

Worse nail salon! The guy was in a rush, every nail is uneven. Super thick and bone of the shapes match. Really bad quality. When I said I didnt like them he said he couldnt do anything about it.
