Went in on a quiet Sunday about 2p. We were greeted and helped right away. My daughters first nail salon experience and she choose gel color for her manicure. I got a Pedi and loved the massage chair. We both walked out very satisfied and relaxed. I will go back again for sure, but I dont do nail salons regularly at all. This will be our mom and daughter spot for sure.

- most of the time theyre nice sometimes theyre not- if you ask for too much they get irritated- they only do basic designs or solid colors

Had business to take care of in the area. Entered as a walk in. They were nice and friendly. My best friend treated me to a full set of acrylics. Services were completed and payment with a generous tip was given. We left and went to complete our business in the area.(next door) my friend needed to use restroom so she went and asked. She was told to go to Wal-Mart. Mind you we were parked right in front of the shop they saw us sitting there.

If I could give no stars I would. The owners are rude and not professional! I got my nails done by the owner of the shop (female) and she did my nails terrible they were not the same shape some were put on crooked. When I asked them to fix my nails the husband said they would reshape them but will not do them over. I was livid ended up in an argument with the husband STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NOT A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU WANT BEAUTIFUL NAILS!!!!!

Got my first pedicure here, they were very nice and welcoming. They were also extremely patient and informative. I will definitely come here again! The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

They did a fabulous job on my nails. I am super picky with the shape of my acrylics, and she did exactly what I wanted. Great customer service as well. I will definitely be returning.

Went to get a nail fixed. They acted as though they didnt want to and did a poor job. Sloppy nail polish job and when I asked her to fix it, she did it reluctantly but did it. I do not recommend this place at any cost. Very poor customer service. Nasty attitude. Dont waste your money. If I could give no stars, I would. Go to the next one down the road. These places are a dime a dozen.

After trying to get my nails done all day. I was very disappointed that I was having trouble getting them done. After I went home I did some research and found this place elegant nails, went in . Tim was the one who did my nails, which he did a fabulous job, the nail were even, and not think like my last nail place, plus the right length too, I even got my first pedicure, I was so happy at how everything turned out. I will definitely be going back. This salon is my new nail place. The pedicure was just perfect. The salon is big and spacious, clean and neat. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ask which is better to do walk in or make appointment, I was told appointment. Next time I will, but for a Monday around 5:30 there were no one in the salon. ( doesnt mean that will happen all the time).

I used to go there to get my nails done when my girls were babies in 2005, came back to Tucson not too long ago and to Elegant Plus Nails to get my nails including my girls.The owners remembered me and greeted us such warmth!!😀😀😀I have to say,THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Wow, Im surprised at the reviews. I went in yesterday on a whim and was very happy with my nails and pedicure. I was the only person in the shop and it was a Wednesday afternoon around 6 so I cannot comment on how things are when they are extremely busy. But I got a pink and white set done and a manicure and I am pretty picky with my nails and asked that things be done a certain way and the techs were very eager to accommodate my requests. I will be going back to see Quinn.

I love this place! I have been going here for years and always leave happy. Im surprised to read the other reviews because every time I go in there all the staff know me by name and are very polite. If I have ever have a problem with my nails which is very rare they fix it for me no problem. great nail salon

Ive been here before. Not a bad place to go. Ive always been happy with my nails and yes service is alittle on the no side for me. But I have a few suggestions for them. They should have a message for the phone when they are closed for people to hear when they call and it should have hours of operation along with location things like that. Also it should be posted here too.

This was the very first salon I went to when I was 13 to get my nails done they took their time and did an amazing job I recently went here a few months ago and was so shocked at the owner and the quality she now presents the acrylic went over my nails was not drilled correctly she literally took 30 minutes and the nail polish was so uneven a week later my nails started to come off BC they werent properly done so sad was once a great place to go and now she doesnt care about her salon as she used to will NVR return here again

Will not go anywhere else. Been going for at least 3 years. Highly recommend.

Im surprised with some of the reviews. I went in for a fill and they did a good job. I will be returning to this place in the future.

Rushed through my pedicure and acrylic nails. Toe nails were cut crookedly and polish was done rushed and sloppily. The acrylic fingernails were also rushed and overlapping skin around the nails. I also got painted tips which were done very sloppy as well. The clear coat over the top didnt even cover the whole nail and the corners were left looking rugged and dull. Definitely very disappointed for spending so much money for such poor service. I know they were a little busy at the time which is the reason for rushing but seriously when doing nails is your profession you should know how to do them so they can look presentable. Complete waste of time and money. Nice people, horrible quality of service.

I had come to Elegant Nails for a mani-pedi. For my manicure, I was interested in one of several kinds of nail art that I had seen in an online instructional video. I showed them three different styles – any one which I would have been happy with, and each time they kept saying that they couldn’t do it. This baffled me, as neither the application techniques or the styles themselves were difficult – one was a basic chevron pattern, another was ombre with 2 colors of polish applied with a sponge, and the third was a marbleized pattern with 3 different colors dabbed on and “smeared”. I said that didn’t mind that they hadn’t done it before: were they interested in trying something new? They could follow the techniques exactly from the video. If it didn’t turn out, I was willing to compensate them for their time. Finally they did my pedi first (which was straightforward), and then told me to wait. So I waited. And waited. I was there for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS, while other clients came and went, and I apparently was waiting for the ONE lady who’d attempt what I was asking for. She finally sat me down and tried the marbleized pattern, using a different technique from the video. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t work. It occurred to me that my time might have been better spent experimenting on my own nails as I sat at the empty station during the interminable wait. I finally became fed up, paid, and left before my nails dried. If you looking for a basic mani/pedi, this place is fine. If you want anything REMOTELY creative, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

They did a terrible design on my nails! i asked for cheetah print on one finger of each hand and she added glitter and instead of fixing it she just left it and did the other hand how i wanted! i even ask another worker if they could fix it and he said no the other way to fix it is to make it worse! so now i have to walk around with different designs on my hands! i had a picture of how i wanted them and she didnt even follow it! i will never go back there!!

I would say that this nail salon gets a 5 Ive been going here for years they are very good at what they do it looks elegant and they do very well with the customers. They are professional and they are there to please you.

First time here. I like my nails however the lady who took care of me did hurt me a few times while trying to separate my skin under my nail after placing the coats of acrylic. my thumb finger still hurts because she actually detached my skin from my real nail 😥

Horrible service! Very rude ! I got my pedicure here and they were in a hurry and did a terrible job! I also got a set done and was very unhappy ! The acrylic came over my cuticles and over the sides of my nails. A couple days later my nails started lifting and hurt so bad and a few poped off. I was charged more then I was told in the beginning for a terrible job! This is the worst salon I been to and horrible customer service ! I will most definitely not be coming back !

Horrible experience.Seemed like the nail tech was in a bad mood all the time she was doing my nails. Very rude and arrogant. Even after I told her the polish was done very bad and that my suppose to be straight line were not, she didnt cared and still charged me extra for the (horrible done) design!!!The worst fill Ive ever had, defiantly not going back again!

Horrible! I have been getting my eye brows done here for about a year now. Just had them done and she took a layer of skin off around my eye. When I called she didnt care and told me to put a wet cloth on it and that it was probably my fault for using a new face cream or something..which I have not. Ouch
