While this place is out dated and belongs I. A time capsule for the 90s, its employees do offer great service. Be prepared to wait tho cause theyre over worked all day

Set an appointment like the sign says, wait 30 min, someone new walks in asking for a service and boop! Theres someone to help them. If youre into hanging out in stiff chairs for long period of time, this the place for you. If you need nails done, go somewhere else.

All the techs do a great job. They are very quick and efficient. Linda is my favorite. They take walk ins but I recommend calling in advance if you want a specific tech to help you.

Went in on Thursday, it took about two hours to have my natural nails painted. By Saturday large sections of the Polish had chipped away. By Sunday I only had three nails left with polish on them. The guy who did them was nice but messed up my thumb three times which contributed to the long visit. Im disappointed, I was hoping to have a good experience with all of the positive reviews. Shouldnt polish last around two weeks? Frankly, I expect it to be better and last longer than if I do it myself. Otherwise, whats the point?

Staff was polite. The woman who did my manicure was meticulous. No cuts or pain when pushing and cutting my cuticles. She took great care that my nails were done neatly, and that I was satisfied with the shape and color choice of my nails. I will definitely be going back.

I went in on a Sunday. Had Shellac done to my nails. 3 days later, my nails were peeling off. Long story short. I went in (3 days later) Explained my situation. Some lady began yelling at me. Telling me Its you fault! Your nails are thin! You need to pay $15 more! Very rude. Unprofessional. Unethical. They do not value their work, quality, and especially their costumers. My husband spoke with the lady later. Husband told them You worry more about the money, than your costumer. So if plan on going there. Be prepared to pay their selfish salary than for your poor quality nails. Uncaring workers, as well as the hungry money owner. Next? The BBB!

This place is filthy, and do not believe on their wait estimation. I called ahead, they said for me to go. I was there within 5 min of my call. When I arrived, there were two people ahead of me and the guy said the wait would be 5-7 minutes. I looked around, it did not seem anybody was anywhere near to be done. The nail polish are all old and terrible brands, and the place is really dirty. I left without getting my nails done. not worth it.

I dont know what happen to Henry but he was just awful cut my fingers also was watching utube videos while doing my nails with his ear pods in when I asked him to do my daughter nails she showed him a picture what she wanted he said no it will take to long to do it she 12 years old with short nails just awful we wont ever go back again 💔

I really liked my nails. Henry payed great attention to detail and left my nails looking almost perfect. Will definitely go back againIHave it 4 stars because the salon can use some cleaning but other wise friendly staff. 😊

The guy did a good job on my nails with shaping them however the polish chipped easily.. it also took 2 hrs to have them completed, even though I didnt have to wait it took a long time for him to finish ...The shop itself was not the cleanest in my opinion everything in there was dirty and dusty, Just not somewhere I would want the spend 2 hrs of my day at. They also charged a extra 10$ to shape my nails which I thought was crazy..I dont think I will go back ..

Was told 20 there would be a 20 minute wait for a pedicure. After 30 minutes I was put in a massage chair with my feet in warm bubbling water. Was left there another 30 minutes, water got cold and no sign of anyone getting to me soon. I fried off my feet and left.

I was the last customer of the night and Henry did an amazing job I’m so in love with my nails definitely will be going back THANK U SO MUCH 😁

Been here many times before and I had okay service. As for the last time while getting my pedi I couldnt help but notice the feet brush they used was very over used, worne out. Didnt it was sanitary at all. I was very satisfied my color and requested gel as usual but upon removing it I found it nearly impossible. When it finally did come off it was almost as thick as my finger nail. Not the worst place bit not the best either.

Great service. I received mani/pedi combo and the nail tech did a wonderful job. Call ahead to reserve a time because they get very busy.

Second time going in and I have to say it has been great both times no complaints!! Ask for Linda shes wonderful!!

Great atmosphere, the staff is wonderful with my mother and I. We now go there every other week to maintain my mothers feet. Initially she needed a lot of work, but Nini was and is wonderful and very meticulous with my mothers feet. Thank you so much Da Nail Spa!!!

Horrible experience this evening. Had acrylic yanked off my nails instead of soaking. My nails are so sore and beyond damaged they almost had me in tears. I can typically handle serious pain but Im sorry if you need to say to a customer Im so sorry more than 10 times in one sitting theres a serious problem. They thought they were doing me a favor by not charging me the $10 removal fee. Sorry I dont normally pay people to cause me pain. Will NEVER go back.
