I have been coming here for quite sometime. I have one nail tech who is awesome. If he’s not here I’m treated poorly. They tell me it’s going to be a few minutes people walk in and here I sit just waiting. They need to be truthful about time. I drive far to come to this particular salon. There is a definite lack of communication. They act like I’m wasting their time if my other tech is not here. I’m highly disappointed I have a busy schedule.

I had my nails done here full set by the owner. So loving my nails.

They always use sterile clippers and things for every pedicure. Staff is nice and take care of you each time. Ava is THE best.

Staff is very friendly, even sung songs with them as I was getting my nails done. Always up for a challenge when it comes to the designs on my acrylics and have not been disappointed with the results yet. Highly recommend

I came in at the last hour. They really didnt want to, but thankfully one tech agreed to help me. There was no conversation, but the pedicure was great. My only observation was they didnt use liners, I go to other nail salons and most of everyone uses them.The atmosphere was calm, there is a television on, which had news on it. I found that to be tasteful. I was glad to come in and relax while reading a book. The selection of gel color was limited in comparison to other salons, but they had the color I wanted. I would come back.

First time i came in for a regular manicure, and had good results, staff friendliness was lacking but not a deal breaker for me when it comes to nails. Second time I went in for a gel manicure, no wait which was nice and they seemed well staffed. Soaking water was cold, they charged me $30 which seemed on the expensive side for a gel manicure since most places in the area charge $25. I liked the results, but two days later 3 of my nails are peeling. I wouldnt recommend and am not going back.

Terrible experience! They traded me around with several of their workers for my gel manicure. The last one was the male manager that works there. He let me sit there for 20 minutes and when I questioned it he got mad and was so rude to me, left me to go outside to go for another 15 to punish me for questioning him! When he came back in he was so mad at me for questioning him he started jerking my hand around. I took the foil off offered to pay money for-removing half of my gel and he told me to get out and never come back. And stated that women should not question him! What a jerk!

I have been going to Tulip Nails for years but a change in staff has resulted in very poor service. My tips started breaking, which they never did before. Kenny is extremely rude and obviously doesnt value loyal customers. I have changed nail salons and no longer have tips that breaks and I am treated respectfully. I will not be going back to Tulip Nails!

Had a very nice experience. Spent the extra for the most expensive pedicure and was treated like royalty. It was pleasant and the staff was not rude to me at all.

I normally come here everytime I get my nails done which is at least once a month and have a really great experience, this last time I have several little cuts, the guy wasn’t gentle at all. I have an actual scab from the nail file on my thumb nail, just put this green stuff on it and didn’t even proceed gently, disappointed. Plus the nail polish is super messed up too. Will not be coming back.

I get all of my pedicures here I am very happy with all of my pedicures.

I got a pedicure at Tulips recently and was not impressed with my first experience there. First I requested a gel pedicure (which Ive had done at multiple salons) and they told me it would be an additional $20 to get the gel instead of regular polish! WHAT?! Normally its around a $5 difference at any other place. So I went with the regular polish, which I now regret, and the woman that did my pedicure did little to no exfoliation on my feet. Its sandal time. Exfoliation is critical this time of year! I will never go back to this salon. It sounds like their service has really declined recently. I would not recommend this place.

I have been there 4 times for a pedicure and decided to get a full set of nails and have returned for a fill. The salon is spotless, the nail techs are friendly and they always do an excellent job. Perhaps the people who post the techs / staff are rude need to check their attitude towards the staff as I have observed some patronizing customers. Treat people with the same level of respect that you expect...

So sad to lose tulip nails as our pedicure company. But today we were so overcharged! When I called to have them explain why it was so expensive, the guy who answered was so rude and disrespectful. He said- why wouldnt you look at the menu before you order? Well since Ive never payed that much before it didnt occur to me to look. I informed him we will not be returning and he said ok. Im so mad!!! 😡

Went here a few months ago and because my nail tech didn’t wait for the first coats to be dry before putting on the gel top coat, I had pockets of wet nail polish on my nails. They were literally squishy to the touch.

The service was good, the nail techs take their time and make sure things are done properly. The reason for the 4 stars was that the nail tech was kind of snippy at first, but she lightened up as it went on.

Horrible experience with this place. Ive been giving them my business for the past year, they have no customer appreciation. I asked for an American manicure and they could not do it but they said yes when I showed them the picture of whay I wanted. Went back the next day to have them fix it and the gel from the previous day would not come off. The lady proceeded to file the gel off with a coarse nail file until she got down to my skin. I stopped her and left. I called for a refund but the guy on the phone wanted me to come back for a 3rd time to fix it. He offered to refund just the gel part because according to him the manicure was done. My nails are thin and scratched from the coarse nail file used to take the gel off. Very disappointed with the service and they kept my money for something they didnt do.

I get my nails done and my pedis there. They have always done a good job on my nails, Jimmy is great and they do the best pedicures. Dont like going anywhere else.

Looks nice at first appearances, However, they do not use a liner, and do not use the disinfectant for the water during a pedicure. they said they where all out. Well I did not stay to get a pedicure. That is a basic necessity for a pedicure. And actually They did not run out of the sanitizer salts, they just dont use it. And their guy who sits at th3 front door with arms cross bossing people. Really dont know how to treat paying customers, and th3y dont care either.

Found it a little ridiculous that this shop charges $20 extra for gel, most places it’s $10... won’t be returning...

T like was the rush to get me out. When I go to a nail salon I want to be pampered not rushed.....especially for the price. Almost 40 bucks for a mani pedi.

Clean and no wait time but ridiculously over priced for mediocre quality.

Ive gone here 3 times and two of those times i got my fingernails painted and the polish didnt last 24 hrs. when i had done NOTHING to make them chip and eventually peel off! adn the pedi i got wasa worthless! I will not be going back!

Extremely horrible experience. Took a hour and a half for just a fill and the manager Kenny is beyond rude and has no idea how to treat customers. Terrible place they dont even deserve the one star. Do it go to this place they are incompetent and over charge for terrible service.
