I have been going here for several years. Jenny and Vicki are the best! The salon is very clean, they are fun, kind and professional..Love how she decorates for the holidays. Very respectful during this pandemic! Only 2 in the salon at a time, wear masks and gloves, Etc.

Beautiful salon, very nicely decorated with every season and holiday. I go for pedicures about every two weeks and I am always leaving the salon happy, relaxed and impressed with the attention to detail, since I am very picky. The foot massages are second to none...true reflexology. The ladies who work there are really nice and they have fun. You can tell they enjoy their jobs.I highly recommend this salon.

For weekend appointments its best to call ahead. Walk ins are easiest during the early afternoon during the week.

Too many frustrations. I used to enjoy my Pedis, but In tired of arguing with nail tech/owner over the length of my nails! Initially friendly, and accommodating, now Im left with having to clip and file my nails to the length I need and shape I prefer. Theyve even stopped asking what lotion I prefer..

They do an awesome job. Be sure to call ahead for an appt as they are always busy. Just be sure to carry cash as you cant tip using your card

BEST NAIL SALON IN TOWN! Truly the best in Tucson. All the workers are wonderful and take the time to get to know you, and they remember you, so each visit is very friendly. The quality of service is not even comparable to other salons. I have never been unsatisfied with what my nails end up looking like. They are very creative, clean, and friendly. Also, the salon is very modern looking, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The GEL nail polish is a MUST DO! I love it here, and I know anyone new who comes in will not be disappointed.

STAY AWAY unless you want your nails to lift and pop off after ONE WEEK(i stay home so my nails are greatly taken care of) I am put in the books today Wed THREE days after I call about the issue and I come in and im told I was put in as a FIX so the owner Jennysaid I can come back tomorrow for a set and charge FULL price or giveme $20 to go somewhere else!!! AWFUL customer service. These place are all the same worried about the size of their pockets instead of customer service!!!

Today was my first time going to this place and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Pedicures are so great and relaxing. They fixed some of my acrylics and filled the rest and I love them! I would highly recommend this place!

I was so disappointed when Lisa left. She was adorable & always did such a great job. I went back 2 times after that & will never go again. The gal that runs the place was rude & condescending toward me. Very unpleasant experience!

Very accommodating and friendly women. They had no problem helping our party of 4, even when 2 of them were more than 20 minutes late for our appointment. It seems to be a very popular place with appointments filling up fast, and yet they took their time with us and didnt rush us at all. They even talked with us and cracked some jokes. Will definitely be returning here again!

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I cant think of a single thing wrong with this place. They really are detailed with your nails and they take so much time with you so that it looks right, and the salon itself is really nice as well. I do threading now but I used to go here to wax my eyebrows all the time, so I can say theyre great for that too.

Was not overly impressed with the gentleman. Usually have a female their and they are super nice and friendly. Also usually have more to a mani then just polish on nails. Usually a hand warmer and lotion. Took me over 6 months for this appointment. Never can get in when i stop in. When i call they say the next appointment is 4 hours later.

I was attended quickly. They did a good job, I will definitely be coming back!

I have been coming to this salon regularly for the last year and a half and all the staff have been so kind, they even know my voice over the phone. Not only are the staff very talented but they are very patient when it takes me almost the entire appointment to chose a color. Prices are reasonable, but only thing I would suggest would be a nice glass of wine with my pedicure.

Lovely people but it took almost 2 hours just for a simple manicure and pedicure. It took all evening but the chairs were nice to sit in

Its sad to say, but if you are looking for professionalism and quality you likely want to go elsewhere. This used to be my go to spot to get my nails done, but wow things have changed (and you can tell by the lack of customers). Forgetting appointments that were pre scheduled and not having enough people on hand can be worked with (even though it was a very empty salon on a peak day/time), but sub-par quality (from what was previously one of the better spots) along with rude service is no go. If a business cannot provide the service that customers are paying for then there are plenty of other businesses to go to, that arent rude to boot.

Very poor service. The lady with the red hair was very rude. I complained to the manager, but she ignored me. I asked to get my nails trimmed a little more, but the lady said no, she was done with her process. I wont be going back there.She still wanted a tip. Lol

I called to ask a few questions and to schedule an appointment. While I was asking questions, they literally hung up on me! I dont know how good their nail services are, but dealing with their customer service isnt worth it! Definitely lost me as a customer.

Made an apt & was taken right away. The END of anything positive. There was a real language barrier - I found out later. I picked a shade & was as clear as possible about instructions. She must not have understood anything Id said. Stopped her from clipping the cuticles on my toes SO she went on to clip them on my fingers. Id picked a nail polish & held it to my hands & feet. She painted my finger nails in CLEAR! I told & motioned the mistake to her. She looked irritated & redid my finger nails. She had the NERVE to charge me extra for her mistake. I realize now the reason she kept repeating feel good? when rubbing in lotion. She didnt know anything else in English.Im from CA & used to paying twice as much, but English is understood & they dont cut my cuticles.

The girl who did my nails was awesome. My problem is the manager, they were having issues with the credit card machine and the girl tried running my card twice and the internet connection was lost. I instead gave cash later checked my credit card and the machine did in fact run my card twice. I asked for my money back and for them to void one of the transactions and the manager told me that it did not take it out because there was no receipt printed. I showed her my credit card statement and she still refused and told me that I was being difficult and I did not understand. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. I will not be going back here.

This is a very nice salon. I would return here again when I travel this way.

The place Is beautiful, but my sister and I waited for 20m to get a seat. Though i waited 40m! And the worst part is we made an a appointment. I got a mani pedi and I was reading and enjoying my book. While using the massage chair. While she said slow it down very rudely! I will Not come here again and my nails were okay. Overall I would NOT recommend this place to a friend.

Called and asked if they would be able to get me in sometime this afternoon and the response was No, we dont have room. Sorry. Will never try again with a start like that.

After years of going to Hapi nails I have to find somewhere else to go. Ive had inconsistencies and today I had my nails filled and the polish was done so poorly. Now Im stuck with it because they cant fit me in to fix it. I havent ever felt like this before and I feel like I wasted too much money on something that looks terrible and that they wont fix for me... to add to my review, they also treat me like a stranger every time even though Ive been going for 3 years to this salon.

Got a gel manicure and it only lasted 7 days before chipping. Went in to see if they could redo the chipped nails and it was not a good experience . They were not able to match color and didnt really care

Jenny told me to reschedule when I called 10 minutes before previous scheduled appointment with Peter. After waiting 20 minutes I tried to ask Jenny a question she ignored me. When I walked over to her to ask why she had rescheduled me for the time she had, she replied me to talk to Peter, who was with a customer when I arrived and after 25 minutes when I left. I had been there two times before this appointment for a pedicure.
