Went in because I had a gift certificate for my daughter for a pedicure there was an opening but the lady in the front told me to come back later or during the week very. Something i is definitely wrong with this woman and this place they think theyre better than everyone else.

Jenny has been my nail technician for years, and whenever I go elsewhere I always come back to her! She’s amazing with her work! Really recommend this place it has a very clean environment and pedicures.

This place is great for pedicures. They use the plastic covers in the tubs and they sterilize the pedicure tools. Very clean.Make sure you get your nails done with Jenny. Her work is great and the products she uses are amazing, my friends nails never break, chip or crack.

The owner did my fills. I liked she took her time she was really nice definitely be back.

I went to get a Pedicure they were very rough and cause me to have a really bad ingrown. I will never come back to this place.

Nails are always done to perfection. This was my nail place when I lived in Tucson. I now live in Mexico but everytime we head thru Tucson I make sure to schedule my nails there.

Cute, chic salon but very unimpressed with their lack of customer service. Specially the older gentleman on the second station to the right who seems like he’s unhappy with his job and takes it out on all clients. He burned/cut 4 of my fingers while he was filling down my acrylic nails. Instead of apologizing he gives you this stare like “you better not complain again about it”. He took an experience that should be fun and relaxing and made it very uncomfortable. Never giving them my hard earned money again.

My first visit was a great experience. I came at a perfect time with no waiting. I had gel nails done and the male technician was very detailed. He cleaned up my cuticles way beyond my expectations. I could have been a hand model after I left. I will definitely repeat my business here.

Worst service, arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and still waited 45 minutes. And the owner has no empathy or customer service to apologize or thank for the inconvenience. The owner is rude and unprofessional, is always wearing clothes that’s too short and bending over showing even more, there’s families, kids that come in here and it’s not appropriate.Not to mention her changing prices depending on god knows what. Save your time & go elsewherenegative on this rating would be accurate .

Horrible customer service! Especially the head nail lady, Jenny. If you upset her or if shes already upset when you walk in, shell talk about you in her language and roll her eyes while she does your nails. Never going back to this place. There are 20 other nail salons in the area... Do yourself a favor and go to any other one, youll be treated better.

Im always so satisfied. The prices are awesome, an the nail art done is unbelievable. I travel on bus from the north side. Each visit was just great. I have many friends that travel the same distance. Always a perfect job.

I love this place I went today with Chris he makes you feel welcomed and at home. He did such an amazing job on my nails, I even posted a picture of them its the Matt black with glitter nails. The price was fair and I would definitely recommend.

Me and my best friend came here to get our nails done, 1st thing we notice, major attitude and how rude they were. I asked the price for coffin nails and she said starts at $35 for short nails and the price was more if I wanted longer. I decided not to get my nails done not because of the price but because of the attitude she gave me and I could tell she didnt want to service me. This was the worst service we have ever received from a nail salon. I wont be surprise if they go out of business soon!

I came in a while ago and asked how much a full set would be and was told the price. (I forget by now) & I had the guy do a couple very basic designs and he literally doubled the price and didnt even tell me beforehand. I asked why it was way more than he told me and he was like the designs. Super annoying. Doubling the price over a basic design!? Worst place.

Usually the best service, but on friday the tech that did my fills ldt them on top of my cuticles and super thick.

Spent $25 for a 2 hour and 15 min mani that could have been done in 30 mins. I was surprised she even made me pay for the lack of service THEY DID. I got there about 6:20 waited till 7 to be seated. THANNN got passed to some man than some girl and than some lady, not to mention finally being done with polish the lady is going back fixing what the man didnt do in the first place. I left at exactly 8:34PM and still had to pay! When the lady before me waited too but the lady said Go ahead its fine, you no pay its fine. and I thought she would do the same to me for I WAS a loyal customer too! SO I WILL NO LONGER BE COMING BACK! P/S NO STARS IF I COULD

When i got there the lady right off the bat the lady gave me a crazy price for short nails and everything that i wanted they didnt have or couldnt do. When i asked for the shape of nails i wanted she told me it wouldnt look good and didnt want to fix my nails. Ending up leaving very unpleased with chunky and uneven nails. Never going back 👎🏼

Horrible experience. I wanted plain and simple French manicure full set nails. They came out streaky. LOTS of leftover acrylic underneath my nails. One cracked as soon as I left. There is visible powder underneath the topcoat. I was very unsatisfied I do not recommend this place

My daughters nailed looked horrible, another tech had to fix her nails. Not very friendly..

This place is horrible! The lady left my nails all.uneven, when I asked her politely to fix then she said my.fingers are like that. She also said she fixed them. I had nail polish on my finger that was messed up and she just painted over it and covered it. She couldnt even take the time to fix them. I will never go back worst experience and customer service!!!!!!!

Will not go.back.. I was attended 2 right away i wanted fills and my nails cut. Charge was 20 but the person who did my nails cut me with machine on 3 fingers and didnt cut my nails. At the end they still wanted me 2 pay 20 at that she finally went down to 18 which i payed and left. Never again

It was the worst place ever the older lady calling herself Tina( we know thats not her name) was rude and very unprofessional, since we walked in we where not greeted correctly, she had an attitude rite from the start nails are super short for the price the longer you go the more they charge, i notice a black lint piece on my nail, when she finished putting the gel i told her about it and she said it was my fault because i move too much she got irritated with me and i let her know she was rude and didnt have to have that attitude, she agreed with me she was upset so never ever again going into this establishment worst 30 min of my life..

Worst customer service ever. I have never been to a nail salon that was so rude. I took my boyfriends sister with me and she got a full set and I got a Mani with shalak first off. My lady was rushing and was more interested in the TV then my nails. I get finished with flat tops and curved sides. And they look horrible. Then I sit by my boyfriends sister while she finishes getting her full set. He was so rude. The manager! I told him she needed them shorter. He cuts them as short as she wants them then asks her if she goes to school she says yes and then he cuts them shorter and tells her that if shes in school she needs them short. So he cuts them way short. To short for her liking. He rushes to paint them. As she is having them dry she notices that they are crucked and that he had cut her at least five times. I pay with no tip and leave. Then shes really upset so I go back in to speak to the manager finding out that he is the manager. He tells me she said it to late and I said that this was his job. She doesnt know because she doesnt get her nails done. So he goes on about how it took more time because she waited to long. Then I tell him that he cut her and he says I was getting the cuticle but he cut her going to fast while filing. DONT GO HERE! I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

My nails are painful just days after having got them done cut me 4 times while buffing them was rough with uses of all equipment n overall just not a people person.

Never again. Its expensive, our tech didnt even understand us and made no effort to get help from someone who would, then she kept buffing the cuticle (several times, even bled twice) and looked at us like we overreacted :(

My friend and I went here for the first time and it was by far the worst nail experience of our lives. Not only did they charge us too much based on what their sign indicated, but they wouldnt even let my friend pick her own design. They were rude, pushy, and got upset that we didnt tip more after making us wait an hour while they helped people who got there after us! Worst nail salon in Tucson!

Waste of money. The manicure technician painted over my cuticle that she decided not to remove. The other technician barely touched the bottom of my feet. The manicurist switched up with someone else halfway through and were clearly rushing my through when several customers arrived.
