This is my favorite nail salon in tucson and Ive been to about all of them 🤣 Ill never go anywhere else. Great customer service, clean salon and I leave more than satisfied every single time! Lynn is the best and always does exactly what I want if not better than what I had imagined. Heres my latest set 😍

They are all super sweet and I got exactly what I wanted and I’d say they are worth every penny 😌☺️ They are so talented and I’m definitely going to start coming more often . I never thought I’d find a place where they were nice and good at their work 😄 overall vey satisfied and would definitely recommend 💕💕

First time here and Lynn did a beautiful job on my nails! She listened and was very clean, gentle and efficient.. Her time was perfect. I will definitely be back! I love love my nails.

I got a gel pedicure from a guy technician and he cut my already-short toenails even shorter until they were about to bleed without asking me. As a result, my toenails are extremely painful when I walk. Plus the gel nail looks so bad that I can do a better job. The WORST.

Worst place. unsanitary and the nail tech made me BLEED! No care or skill. My nails look hideous and I told them that I didn’t like them. Still made me pay an unreasonably expensive amount. Do not come here!!!

My friend and I each had the deluxe pedi, which was marvelous! The foot massage and scrub was amazing. Afterwards I tried the dip powder Mani. The results are stunning and impressive. We will be back and I highly recommend G Nails.

Absolutely wonderful they were so nice !!! They wasn’t an absolute fortune done them perfectly,in a timely manner and they lasted for like 4 weeks when normally mine only last 2 weeks was beyond happy with the end result definitely coming back !!

Its a little pricey

I have been coming here for for years. G Nails has some of the best techs in Tucson. Its family owned and everyone works together to ensure you have a great experience. They have the best prices for gel and dipping powder in Tucson that Ive seen and the quality is great. My nails with the dipping powder have lasted 4 weeks (but that is pushing it for me). They do accept walk-ins but I would recommend making an appointment to ensure you are able to get in when you need to. I always recommend G Nails to family, friends and colleagues.

Seemed to be very clean! The technician was very thorough, polite, and asked several times throughout my opinion/preferences. She did not rush AT ALL, which is very refreshing. Overall happy with my result

At first tom made my nails way too thinThat they broke 4 hours later. The next day I called and let him know situation about home and Nails broke way too soon he told me to come in and he would fix me for free. He did a great job and i would recommend this place to any one😇

I checked online the price for a new set. Online it says $27. I go in and they were nice at first. I sit down and the guy started doing my nails. I noticed pretty quickly that he didn’t put very much powder on one of my pinky nails. I asked him to put a little more because it looked thin. He didn’t. I asked again and told him I don’t want it to break. He told me that if it breaks then it’ll break from the bottom. I said to him it shouldn’t break in the first place.He ignored my request to fix the nail.Then when I go to pay I’m told it’s $30. I look at the sign and see they have a little thing over what was the original price of $27. No problem it’s $3. I simply told them “ok, just a heads up but you may want to update your website as well. It shows the set being $27”One of the ladies told me “it changed, it’s $30” I responded “I understand that, I’m just letting you know your website says something else, you should update it to reflect the correct prices” to which the woman responded “It changed. Long, long time ago. You still pay $30”I do not appreciate the attitude I received towards the end nor do I appreciate the guy doing my nails flat out ignoring my request to fix one nail.I used to love coming to this place but I don’t think I’ll ever return after this. Their service has seriously gone downhill.

I love having my nails done here! I dont trust just anyone doing my nails, Im very picky. Ive always had Lynn do mine, shes amazing!

I love my nail tech Lynn, she’s amazing. She Always make my nails look so beautiful, even in between fills my nails never lift and my gel polish never peals off. Thank you Lynn for always making my nails look beautiful.

Best salon I have been to yet. Absolutely amazing. Nail techs are sweet and they really pay attention to detail. This will now be my go to place to get my nails done.

Theyve always done well for me. Colors that change with the temperature or chrome finish. The people are nice,professional and clean. The deluxe pedicure uses wax and hot stone massage. I appreciate the care they take and their kind demeanors. Definitely a good dynamic and it shows.

I went to get my acrylic set off and my fingers feel like they were just butchered . the guy I had even filled my raw cut skin thats when I just couldnt take it anymore why on watch would you file raw cut skin ?!! I cant believe i paid to get cut up.I posted a picture. Going to work tomorrow with my fingers burning is going to be horrid .

Manicure was rushed even when appt was scheduled day before. My biggest pet peev was gel lifting by 2nd day.

Went in for a pedicure. Never been before. I’m on my feet all day so my feet where really bad. Desperately needed a pedicure. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and nice. Kim did the pedicure and she was amazing! Highly recommend!

Great people and good prices. They are using dipping powders which are great and long lasting.

They don’t wear face masks only face shield, which protects them but not their customers.

First time getting my nails done here. As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to leave happy. I have tried 4 other places and am so glad I finally found a great place to get my nails done. This was the only place that didnt pressure or harrassed me to get gel polish. I had my 5yr old with me and they were very nice to her, allowing her to sit next to me and even gave her a bottled water. They were friendly but not overbearing. It was a pleasant experience and they did a great job on both my pedi and nails. I loved the experience and how my nails came out.

I have been going to G Nails for about a year now. Johnath is awsome I will not go to any other nail place I have a standing appointment every two weeks on Friday. Once you go you will see why.

The male nail tech was super rude, very argumentative, quick and dirty. He was super rough, ruined my nails and the dip powder job that he did was totally atrocious... Honestly, my brother whom is hard of seeing could have done a better job than he ever could. Lost my business thats for sure.

Just visited g nails for my first time. Lynn and Andy did a great job, the chairs were more comfortable than most other places and there were more massage options than usual on the chair. Lynn and Andy worked together and did my mani pedi at the same time and I felt very pampered! I got my eye brows waxed too and they did a great job.

This rating is Solely about my experience with the nail technician, Andy.First of all, Ive been a patron to this salon for the past four years, and Ive NEVER been treated so poorly by any of the staff there, EVER. I always tip everyone there 20%, especially if I have an unusual nail art design request.I went in around noon, asking for a gel nail color change. Andy asked me if I could come back later. I said I could, and waited for him to tell me when. He didnt give me a time frame to return, so I asked him when I should come back. Actually, he says as he got up to check the schedule book, theyre all booked for the rest of the day because theyre busy during Memorial Day. No problem, I said, and I left to get my tires replaced. Four hours later, I decided to see if there was anything that opened up while I was gone. I call, and Andy answers the phone, saying he has time to do a manicure (Im not sure if he knew it was me again). I return, and he asks if Im the one who called in, and I say yes. He has me sit down, and asks what color I wanted. I had to ask him to show me the color samples, and he gets up with a huff, and retrieves the samples.I chose the colors, and he puts the foil on to remove the gel color. He then asks me about the length I wanted, and I reply I just want them to be even.My two thumbnails tend to break along the edges, and I asked if he could put acrylic powder on my two thumbnails to strengthen them. He tells me he doesnt do powder, he only does mani-pedis. The techs that do powder are on vacation, and the other nail tech behind me who does powder is all booked up for the day. I told him I was just curious if he could squeeze me in if its only two nails and not a full set. He says hes not able to, because someone is already waiting for him.No problem, I say, well just do the regular color change.He asks me again about the length, and I repeat that I just want all the nails to be even. He was becoming confused, so I tried to work through the language barrier by showing him what I meant by covering the amount of nail I wanted cut. Hes still confused by what I meant by Even. That means, if my index finger nail is long, while my ring finger nail is short, cut the index finger short so its even with the ring finger.He then snaps his lamp off and tells meMy English not good enough to do your nail. We have right to refuse service to anyoneI ask him why hes refusing me service, that I was not trying to frustrate him, Im trying to communicate what I wanted. He still got up and walked away, began cleaning the pedicure station.The tech I usually use, spoke to him in his language, translating what I was asking him. Andy still shook his head no. He said Im not doing it because youre being difficult. The numerous other customers watching were visibly uncomfortable. Andy told me to leave. The other tech looked like he was in tears from embarrassment, and told me hed do my nails if he wasnt booked, but he couldnt do anything once the other guy refused service.I asked for a manager, and Andy saidI already told you, hes on vacation and told me to leave again. I said I wanted his name and number to contact him when he got back. One other tech pointed to the stack of business cards, and looked away. I asked for the technicians name, and Andy exclaimsIm Andy, go ahead and talk to my manager!And I leave completely humiliated.Andys unprofessionalism caused embarrassment to not only the business and his colleagues, but to the many other customers who witnessed the entire interaction.I will definitely follow up with the owner when he returns, because the way he treated me was beyond inappropriate and downright wrong. He removed the gel, meaning he kicked me out when they were incomplete and prone to more breakage .That particular technician lost my business forever, but all of the other techs are extremely friendly and do amazing work.

I have been to this place twice and they are very friendly but that doesnt make up for their work. The same lady did my set both times and my nails were/are very uneven. She doesnt check to make sure they are all the same length and size. She used different nail sizes on my pinkies and you can tell, one is to large. After asking her to fix several things the first time she was definitely rude the second time. I asked for coffin shape and they are not coffin shape. The second time someone else painted my nails and some nails are lighter color than others and there is a glob of polish that makes the whole nail uneven. The day after I get them done my finger tips are very itchy and get red and swollen. Salon trips are expensive and I tip well so I wont be going back.

They were kind and quick but they missed some extra skin moving too fast and cut my girlfriends cuticles as well as charged us $10 more than what their posted prices.

Just went there today for a pedicure and they worked very fast. They barely even tried to get any dead skin off, very short massage and they didnt even massage my feet. They massaged my very bruised legs. They werent even very busy so Im not sure why he worked in such a hurry. Very unsatisfied.

Today was my first time at this salon. I was warmly greeted upon entering. I needed a full set, pedi, and eyebrow wax. My feet were in rough shape, so I decided to get the deluxe pedi for $35! OMG! What a great! My feet were as smooth as a babys when done, and they had been dry, cracked, and peeling heels before the pedi! My full set was put on while I received my pedi. There are so many colors, powders, etc. to choose from! I actually chose a lovely glitter nail tip! The massage chairs are heavenly, too! The eyebrow wax was great as well- no strays left! I already scheduled my next appointment! Lovely, clean, and welcoming salon!

Had many good mani/pedis here along with my elderly mother. However, this last time was a very sloppy job. My gel manicure.. several nails chipped and usual lasts a good 3 weeks. I went in today and good customer service would be to redo polish.Lin or Linda said i must have chipped them at woek. (I do computer training)Anyway.. they just lost 2 good customers.I also hated that most there dont speak English

Awful. I left before the pedicure was complete.Ragged cuticle work, uneven shape and jagged corners.... no thank you. No stars but I could not post review without choosing a star
