Such a cute place with friendly people! so clean! walked in today and was able to get a great gel pedicure with only a 10 min wait. the owner did a great job with both the pedicure and massage, never rushed. employees and customers were friendly and easy to talk to. once they found out I wasnt a local, they were still super nice which is rare. Im definitely going to make this place my go to nail salon.

Came here after reading and seeing great things about this nail salon. I messaged the owner for an appointment and she replied back almost immediately. It was an easy process in setting up a time for an appointment.Upon arrival, this nail salon is a hidden treasure. The owner is sweet and cheerful, she was able to accommodate my gel request with marble designs. She was relatively new to the marble design but it didnt stop her from trying. Her employee is super nice and helpful, both of them worked on my nails efficiently and smoothly. When it came time for the design, she gave great attention to details and was able to replicate the design from the picture I showed her easily. For her first time in doing marble design, it was very well done. I was super pleased with the overall experience here.Ive already recommended this to my friends. Must stop by!

I must say that I love this place. I first dropped by in January when I was killing time after work before meeting up with friends. I had a gradient gel manicure that lasted over a month. I tried their regular manicure, and that lasted 2 1/2 weeks! Ive had horrible experiences where a manicure starts chipping the next day at other nail salons, so this is my go to spot now.My last visit, I was surprised by seashell flakes! Natural shell was added and buffed till it shines with rainbow colors and gold leaf decorate my nails, they are beautiful!Thank you to all the ladies for all the hard work, attention to detail and making my nails look amazing. I get so many compliments!

Its true, everyone is so kind here. I came here for the first time because I needed nail art for my vacation. The the space is clean and bright and they make you wash your hands first - hygiene at a salon is something I am very particular about.My tech did an amazing job!! She was super patient with my indecisiveness and my requests and executed them perfectly. The owner is super kind and warm and you can tell that transcends down to the team.A few of the other well known nail art places in the city were booked up/not friendly about accommodating; I think when some businesses get popular they think they can act differently... yet their reviews arent even that great.I am glad they werent because that led me here. I will be back!

My wedding was on 8.30 and my original nail tech had to cancel on me, 7 days in advance. Well to say I was panicked was an understatement. I needed to find someone who could squeeze me into their schedule but also did good work. After searching for hours I came across Perfect Nails and Spa. I called them up, praying that I could get my nails done and they were able to fit me right in. The place was clean and they were taking extra steps and precautions because of Covid. They treated me very well and considering that I asked a lot on for my nails, I think they did an outstanding job. So if you’re looking to get your nails done, go and look them up.

I went here to remove my nails, and while the lady was very nice and the place seems nice, she just pried them off and didnt use acetone to remove them which really confused me because from what Ive read online, thats what youre supposed to do to prevent damaging your nails.And then she had me pay mid nail job, which seems just a little unprofessional and awkward.I feel bad for the negative review, and I say this in the most constructive way possible.Otherwise, a great job on my nails. Without paint, they look like someone took a sledgehammer to them, but with paint, they look awesome!

Amazing work!! I got the classic mani+pedi 40$ and the lady did a wonderful job! On each foot I got like a 3 to 5 min massage then same on each of my hands. The lady even helped me put my shoes on when everything was done cause i am a dummy and wore socks and shoes to get a pedi. The chairs even have massage options and there are plenty of nail colors to choose from. Will definitely be returning for great work and customer service. 👍

I went in 4 a pedicure and was very happy with the service. They did not try to pitch other services which I personally I liked. My lady did a great job. It was very nice. No to much pressure, I have fibromyalgia so that was really nice. Ill definitly go here again.

Ive come here a few times, hoping things would change. But they didnt, unfortunately. Ive been cut multiple times, around my cuticles, a few times they were pretty deep. Last time they gave me the wrong colors despite me saying something. And my nails were a total mess. They were uneven, jagged, and crooked. The nail techs are super friendly! But the quality isnt worth the price they charge.

I had a great experience here, and I wish I had gotten the names of the two ladies who took care of me. It was the first time I have ever gotten a manicure on my natural nails and I was apprehensive since I have always had a habit of biting my nails. I was treated so well, they explained every step to me and the different options regular polish, gel, and dipped. I chose gel and I absolutely love it. My stumpy, cracked, ugly fingernails are no more! I also got a pedicure and it was wonderful. The callous treatment, minty mask, and massage made me feel totally pampered and the polish is glamorous! I will be back, definitely!

Overbooked... I called and made an appointment. I arrived five minutes before my appointment time selected my color, and was put with my feet to soak. All good so far. Then I waited for 45 minutes before anyone came back to do my pedicure.I get the idea of taking walk-ins, but either they massively overbooked their appointments or took walk-ins when they knew they had appointments coming in.Now, I’ve vented about the wait. The other reviews are accurate. The shop is spotlessly clean. The staff is very polite. And the owner did take five dollars off for the inconvenience of waiting.

The nail tech was INCREDIBLE but the service is overpriced. I came in for a gel mani/pedi and they failed to mention the $15 upcharge for gel ONLY on my toes until right before I got my the polish. Also, I did get the most expensive pedi. They didnt have the color I wanted for my toes or anything close to it. I wont be coming back here.

Went in and asked if they had an opening for a pedicure. They said yes. Sat there for an hour with nobody comminuting to me when I would be taken. Left after an hour. Was a total water off my time they are hard to communicate with.
