I took my ring that I didn’t purchase here in hopes that they could remove the black polish off that came on it. (Underneath is white gold) I had already taken the ring to Kuhns and they failed to remove the polish after having the ring a week! The second I walked in they were nice and willing to try to get the polish off.10 minutes later the amazing clean/repair man Chase showed me my ring and all I could say was “I Love you” haha. They didn’t charge me and the ring looks better than it did new. Thank you so much to them. You won’t regret going here I promise you! Great service and amazing people!

I’ve been a Riddles shopper for years. My fiancé recently had her wedding set sized, and while sizing the ring they soldered the set! At the time of sizing we specifically said to wait! While this is a big mistake for us we understand that things happen. The manager reached out to us assuring that this issue will be addressed in house. She wanted us to know that she would make it right with us. I can certainly appreciate her time and her care with this situation. That conversation will ensure that we’ll continue to be customers for a long time!

My wife’s hand swelled up so bad and she didn’t catch it in time and still had her wedding ring on. Amended 11/17/17: Apparently there was a miscommunication between the staff and us. Riddles owner reached out to me and stated that they do have a year warranty and they will make sure their team is clear on it. They also will be standing behind this product. We are going to take it back in this weekend and get it fixed.I love unique items and they had a good selection at reasonable prices when I purchased this jewelry for my wifes birthday. The sales reps were helpful and accommodated my young curious son who was with me.I am expecting the rest of my experience to go well, and I do hope to give them another chance. Thank you!Previous review: A store that doesnt stand behind its jewelry is not one I want to shop at. I bought my wife a nice necklace and earring set for her birthday. Within a couple months one of clips broke. My wife took it back to the store and they said their warranty is only 20 days and it was going to cost $50 to fix.When you buy jewelry you expect it to last forever or at least a year. If I wanted cheap jewelry Id go to Walmart, Im sure they even have a better policy for backing their jewelry. With so many other nice jewelry stores in Hays I will be going to them in the future.

The lady I visited with yesterday on the phone was very polite and helpful, checking if the ring I liked, that I saw on Facebook was in stock. After verifying that it was, she explained how they could hold it for 72 hours. When my husband and I went in today, the ring was there waiting for us. Riddles in hays never seizes to disappoint me. My fiancé got purchased my very first pair (two pairs actually) of diamond earrings from this store, with the help of Tina. I haven’t stopped wearing them since the day I got them!! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always seem to help me find what I am looking for!

I took in my original engagement/wedding ring to see if they could make two more bands for it with our family birthstones in them. When they sent me the mock up I asked if they could include the detail like was in the original ring. Which they did. The ring now looks just like I had envisioned it.
