I had a very pleasant experience at Midwest Dental with Dr. Eaton. I was tired of doing the same old Metro dental care and was looking for a new dentist and she had been referred to me from other people. I needed to go in and get a cleaning and then a finishing on my root canal doing my crown. She was very caring about my comfort when doing any of the procedures. And the staff was friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a new place to go like I was or needing to find a dentist I totally recommend going to Midwest dental they were excellent.

Really clean office, kind staff and great location. I needed a cavity filling, the Dr. and her assistant were done within 10 minutes, they were excellent! And the dental hygienist was a sweetheart, very easy to talk to. Also, I got an electric toothbrush with my first visit which I must admit made me more excited than I probably shouldve been 😆 Already recommended this dentist office to my family since they need a new dentist, too

This dental practice is by far my favorite! Front desk is very nice and curtious. Midwest is the best of the best! Everyone is very helpful and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Youre in great hands when you come here!

The staff is amazing! It’s so easy to make an appointment, cleanings and x-rays by Melissa and Brianna are professional and Dr. Eaton is so kind, honest and makes the experience comfortable. I love this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

Let me start by saying Vonnie is caring, considerate, and great at her job as well as everyone else.. My problem is with office manager.The first red flag was the way the office manager greeted me. It was completely inappropriate for our relationship and the time of day.Now, after Vonnie did my work I went to pay. The office manager charge me for the whole service out of pocket. Which I thought was unusual at the time considering they know exactly what my coverage is for the service they provided.Instead of giving a receipt for the service that was just preform. Which would have prevented this whole response.She gave me a history of my work done from last year instead of a receipt for the service preformed that day. She said I dont know why that happenedShe never offered to email a copy or try to reprint the correct receipt.It was as if she wanted no record of the event to be given to me in my opinion.Two days later I called her about the issue and she said oh you do have a $2250 dollar limit per year and this is the only services you had for year. I said Yes, I shouldnt have been billed this much she acted surprised ike I wasnt supposed to get any money back. Then she said they would reimbursed me if there is extra funds.Now, I really dont trust her!This happened a week ago and nothing shows submitted to my dental insurance. Recently, I had to stop in for a mouth guard for whitening. So, I asked her about submitting the info to my insurance and she said well, maybe you dont have coverage for that.I told her my coverage is 60%. She didnt admitted to not submitting the information but she said well look into it.I truly believe she was going to pocket the money when she did submit the request for payment from the insurance company if I had not called her on her game.She did everything to suppress the amount & record of service to me. She act as if I was not supposed to get cash back when I confronted her. The office manager is completely shady stay away from this place!Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch!

Melissa is wonderful as always. A delight to talk to and my teeth feel squeaky clean after she cleans them. First time seeing Dr Rydell, she was nice and helpful. Dr Eaton is one of the best dentists Ive seen and had the privilege to work with. Highly recommend coming to see Dr Eaton, Melissa, and the rest of the team!

From the first phone call to request an appointment I spoke with Samantha who was super knowledgeable and just genuinely nice. My dental hygienist Melissa was really funny and was super nice as well and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Eaton was also very nice and I could tell she loves what she does. Another dentist recommended a root canal, wisdom teeth pulled (at age 40), and twice as many cavities. Midwest dental was very honest with me and now it’s only a handful of cavities. That saved me thousands of dollars and I’ve extremely excited about that. Plus they were super nice and efficient.

I had such a positive experience with Midwest Dental in Apple Valley. Im a new patient and I had to get in pretty quickly to repair a filling that fell out. The office staff member who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and made the whole process very easy. The dental assistant and Dr. Nelson were great and took care of my x-rays, cleaning, and repaired my filling all in the same visit!

The staff is super nice and pleasant to be around. Dr. Eaton is very nice and knowledgeable. They are very good at explaining everything to you before they do it.

It has been great going to Midwest Dental for our familys oral care. The staff are always friendly and answering questions, and they are so great with how they work with my daughter. She loves going to the dentist!

DO NOT PATRONIZE.The receptionist was very efficient and nice. 9 out 10.That’s the only good thing about this place.The person who ushers you in looked like she did not want to be there. No smile no welcome….she could have cared less. She didn’t know anything about the patient.There is no dental hygienist, the dentist is the one who cleans your teeth. She did not come off as being friendly at all. Very polite and to the point but not customer friendly.I’ve been to 6 dentists in my life time, this has to be there worst experience.I would be surprised if they are in business in a year. I know I nor my family won’t be going there again.

The doctor was inpatient with me and she was little rush and rude at the same time. she is not a patient friendly and price was too high they treat me like I was not never come back.At the front desk staff was friendly but the rest of them was not special the doctor. Last but not the list somehow I was supposed to get a free toothbrush with my cleaning and i was discussed how they handle that as well by give me a little brush which I was supposed to get a Electronic toothbrush thats how they advertise so I had to ask for it.!!! It is Beautiful location and beautiful clinic but what make the difference is the people and how passionate they are what they do and honestly I didnt see that with them.

The first time I went to Enhance Dental was a tooth extraction and was done with very little pain. After the procedure, I felt no pain and did not require any pain killers. I also went to Enhance Dental for a Deep Cleaning. The Dental Hygienist did a wonderful job leaving my teeth clean and fresh. The staff at Enhance Dental are friendly and helpful. I recommend Enhance Dental to anyone who is looking for a great Dentist and a great Dental Hygienist.

I am so upset with this company. They acquired my prior dentist Enhance Dentistry in Eagan, MN. I was excited to have a location closer to home and when a crown that had been installed came loose, I went to the new location near Target on Pilot Knob to have it reset.The appointment went fine. I had been told I might be charged $75 for the visit, but they would look into reducing that since Id had the crown less than a year.About three weeks later I received a bill for $189. There was no coverage for the procedure from my insurance carrier as Id switched employment and the crown was originally installed and covered by my prior policy. (Side note: both policies were with Delta Dental, but since the prior policy covered the crown, it was a existing condition and not covered by the new policy - watch out for this when you switch employers.)I figured there must have been a bookkeeping mistake so I called the office to discuss. I was told I needed to contact the billing office which I did. Three times. Each time I left a message explaining the situation and asking for someone to call me back. No one ever did.A month later I received another bill for $189 along with a past due notice. I called the number again, this time a little more upset. I vehemently argued my case (with the recording) and asked for a return call. I never received a reply. No further bills ever showed up in my mail box and I assumed (silly me) that they had simply credited the account.Today, I received a phone call from Allied Credit Services. Guess what?? They sent my account to collections! I am so angry. I pay my bills - I have excellent credit - I have reached out to them numerous times with no response and now this??My next steps are to go to the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.They dont even deserve the single star I had to give them in order to post this.

Ive been a customer since they opened a few years ago. Ive had nothing but positive experiences - checking in, insurance, cleanings, etc. All good. Would recommend.

The staff was nice but the Doctor was aloof. I never did see her. She pointed out 3 or 4 very small cavities that we can fill for you. I went to another Dentist who had just the opposite view. I call it making money.

5/7/2021 Update since my last review...Unfortunately, Dr. Eaton totally abandoned me when I had a tooth extracted and had complications. She did prescribe pain meds for the severe pain I was in less than 1 hour after surgery, but she bailed when I needed further help in the days following. There was an obvious infection and I was in a world of pain. Knowing I had a hip replacement 4 years ago and a poor immune system, she still did not find it concerning that three days later I was in immense pain and there could be an infection. She sent me to an advanced specialist, who basically cleaned out the site, prescribed antibiotics and a topical anesthetic and I was feeling better already. I went to an endodontist unnecessarily and a surgeon unnecessarily!!I dont think that this place is equipped to handle anything but teeth cleaning and minor cavities. She doesnt have the ability to do anything more and wont put in the effort to help when things go wrong. This was very disappointing, especially because I trusted her and her staff to do what is right and they bailed the minute there was an issue that needed further help. I dont recommend this office to anyone, especially if you need extractions!2019: I had a great first appointment at Midwest Dental. The front desk staff, Hygenist, and Dentist were amazing! I have terrible teeth from years of neglect and I always worry that they will judge me. They were very nice and informative about my treatment plan and there were no judgements.I will be back for sure!!

Most horrid experience ever. Need a tooth extracted and wanted to be sedated. Get to my appt and the Dr couldnt find her tools, didnt read any of my new patient info. Said they might be out of laughing gas and I was charged for it but never felt it was working. About 10 novacaine shots later i could still feel the nerve! But she did say she could get it out in 4 sections! Omg!!! Nightmare.

Had two fillings done here. Both fell out within 2 months. Now I have a terrible infection and nobody here answers the phone to help. You reach a voice mail. Bad service in top of bad service.

Switched dentist to Midwest Dental after I was told I needed 5 fillings. Yesterday was my 6th cleaning at Midwest Dental and still no fillings or cavitys to this day.This is a very honest establishment. Glad I found a dentist I trust!

Horrible service.. they charged without treatment and then just raise their hand.. please do not waste time and money by going there.
