The property itself is very pleasant in a great area. The problem is the turn philosophy. The maintenance supervisor would rather not turn a unit, but wait for the new resident to complain than to do it correctly the first time. Burnt out bulbs, they did not paint the apartment, holes leftover from past residents are not filled in. Now, when you get the tech into your home they do a good job. Filling out the work orders, scheduling service and trying to do a makeshift turn for yourself is the pain. The urine from the last resident on the bathroom walls was the icing on the welcome cake. You know that last drop that males tend to “shake off” after they urinate? Well, there were 4 years of drops dried to the wall. How did they miss this you ask? When you don’t paint an apartment, the piss stains become part of your welcome home packet. They have, however addressed the barking dogs(s) in building 11. For that, I have edited my review and upgraded my rating to three stars.

This place is one of the best if not the best on the Eastside. Sally K is one of the friendliest people I met since moving to Tucson. My place was in the front a three bedroom two bath apartment. They are so good they put me up into a hotel for two nights after a leak was discovered behind my sink mirror which developed Black Mold. This company is the best with their professionalism. I miss my Tanque Verde ! Convenient Place !

It says available at ____ and when you apply and speak to them, they say there is nothing and to contact them a few times per week to keep up.. So it is not really available right?

Sally’s literally the nicest leasing agent I’ve come across. These apartments are so nice and so spacious that I can’t believe they’re even apartments. So ecstatic to move in!

These apartments are as quiet as advertised. My sister and I moved into a downstairs unit and about all we hear are occasional footsteps overhead, a little bit of plumbing noise, and the patio door opening and closing. Plus the units and complex are just BEAUTIFUL. Looking forward to a long residence.

These apartments are fantastic! My mom lived there for three years and really enjoyed it. The inside was really spacious and felt much nicer than a typical apartment. The best part is that you could never hear the neighbors. The management company is very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend these apartments.

1. Sally is the BEST. Bubbly personality, so friendly and helpful when needed. We are especially happy with all the storage for items I think I need but haven’t used in the almost 9 months we have been here. Maintenance is also top notch, again friendly and professional. Our problems have been minor but they are quick to respond. I did see a post about upstairs neighbors and we do agree that neighbors need to be more considerate. We signed in with Sally as soon as we looked at the model and have been happy with our choice.

I cant say enough about Sally Kamper, who helped me find and move into my new home. The grounds are exquisitely beautiful and are continually maintained. The maintenance crew quickly resolved my initial move-in items. I highly recommend them!

The experience I had with Sally was nothing short of amazing she absolutely takes time to take care of anything you need. In my experience its hard to find people anymore that care like Sally. She is amazing and everything theyve done to make my experience with them was truly amazing. I highly recommend this apartment complex and the people that work on your behalf.

These apartments are so beautiful and unique. Just came from the apartments next door and was not impressed. When we pulled into Tanque Verde Valley Apartments WOW, this place is gorgeous! Went there with some friends and met Sally and she was so professional and enthusiastic. She showed us around the model and we were impressed. We are not looking to move until the next year but thanks to Sally, she just made her location become #1 on our list!

Tucson rentals homes are unique and wonderful but so far the most impressive part is their wonderful staff specifically Sally Kamper! She has gone above and beyond for us before we even had a new place to call home. She truely cares and has helped us at every step for months now!! She always sounded genuinely happy to help and compassionate about the stress that can revolve around moving. It truely has been wonderful working with her and we are so grateful for everything she has done for our family already! I cant say enough good things about Sally and Tucson rentals homes and once we are settled Im sure the list will continue to grow!

I lived for three years at Tanque Verde Valley Apts and only left because I bought a home. It was a great place to live. Quiet, clean, and with good neighbors.Sally Kamper, the leasing agent, is wonderful. Shes friendly, helpful, and always available, even by email after hours. Any questions or concerns I had she took care of right away.The maintenance department is also top notch. Concerns are always taken care of promptly.I did not have to deal directly with the main office very often but the few times I did I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Soundproof, lots of natural light, walk in closet, huge Roman tub. This place is the best.
