I reported 2 leaks with the toilet in the master bedroom on 8/11/21. One leak was repaired 8/17/21. Two lights were left on in my apartment, a wet towel was left heaped on the floor, and there is still 1 leak to be repaired

Yes im leaving a 1 star Diane said they wanted 2 more paystubs, gave it to them the next day.. They leased the apartment right under me. Thanks guys was ready to move in. Shouldve been more detailed over the phone Id of paid 200$ to hold the place. Not right (Jeff said online is preferred and easier but they couldnt see anything i signed online when i spoke to them again, supposedly my word and over the phone wasnt enough) My first place there had ROACHES everyday by the way and i was giving a different building another chance but you guys did me wrong. Upsetting..

The hole in the hallway was not fixed. Neither was the damage in the ceiling of my apartment. The hole in the hallway was cut even bigger and has been pooling in water every night due to the monsoons. The carpet is soaked and the whole hallways smells moldy and like mildew all the time. There are now moths in the hallway due to the mustiness and I imagine mold is growing in the carpet due to the pooling in of water every night.

Terrible experience living here walls are so thin you end up smelling like your neighbors smoke, the property gets littered with other peoples dog feaces and the entrance to our apartment had a permanent smell of dog pee, tried to get maintenance done and they not only rejected it but they also sent us an email asking how they did with fixing the issue we were home the entire time and no one came so the only thing to take from this place there are better apartments elsewhere

Problem with AC. Called it in to office. And was told someone would come between 6-7pm. They did not show up. The next day someone showed up in the afternoon. They fixed the leak in less than 10 minutes.

I must say that Jonathan did every thing possible to fix my furnace. Jonathan has a real commitment to make the Views a great place to live I have seen him stop and pick up trash others have dropped. The management decided to replace the furnace with a new one. It is being installed today. I am very happy with the professional people who are installing it.

You get what you pay for here. It was a good cheap first place to live after moving down from Phoenix. However trying to get any maintenance done was like pulling teeth. The first day we moved in our apartments light was hanging by the wire and we didnt notice untill we turned it on and saw sparks. My husband turned off the light and went to go see if we could fix it. The second he touched the light it fell off. So we went to the front office to let them know what happened and they started getting mad at us for touching the light and seemed pretty upset. They told us not to use the light which we didnt. The new light fixture came quickly, which was nice. Our next issue we had was that there are a lot of roaches. We got our place sprayed every Friday and still saw them. When we asked management if there was anything else they could do about the issue they said we dont have roaches you bring roaches. The next big issue we had was with our dishwasher. Our dishwasher started to spark and smoke and smelt like plastic was melting. I put in a request to have someone come out and look at it. They never let us know when it was serviced, so I waited a few weeks then called and asked if it had been fixed. They said it was so I started it and it started to smoke and smell. I called the front desk and asked if someone could come down because the dishwasher was smoking. The receptionist in a snarky tone said they had already gone down and fixed it and if I was scared to use it I should just not use it and that its completely fine. I was upset so I started the dishwasher and sat there with my phone and recorded a video of it sparking so bad the fuse switched over and the dishwasher turned off. I went to the front and showed them the video and all they said was that yeah thats a fire hazard so dont use it. It took us a month to get the dishwasher fixed and there was no communication during that point. When we started to use the washer again our hot water to the sink was not working. Me and my husband were upset and waited a bit then let the front desk know that the hot water wasnt working. They fixed it in a couple days. I have also had issues with people going through my laundry on several occasions so keep your eyes out! The grounds are nice and most of the people are nice who live there. I also felt safe for the most part. I just think management needs to communicate better. When we were moving out they got a new maintenance man who was very nice and seemed to fix things in a timely manner.

The Apartment was done very nicely. There is one major issue that you should be aware of though. The door going into the building from the outside is very small. Some of my furniture could not fit through it at all. The had to take the feet off my couch, legs off my tables. My sons computer desk, which is not big wouldnt fit at all. What I did find out after move in, is the rear doors to the building is bigger then the front, so keep that in mind while moving in your furniture. The door to the apartments themselves are very large. Also there are no wall light fixtures in the bedrooms, that was surprising in this day and age, so stock up on lamps.The office staff is very nice and over all I really like my apartment and the huge balcony. I had maintenance come in for a few work orders, even with the virus keeping people away from each other. He did an excellent job and completed the few items quickly and efficiently.

I recently moved here. You always have some immediate maintenance issue of some sort no matter where you move. Everything on the list was taken care of in a timely manner and if unable to was communicated as such. The communication is key and they exceed my expectations. I am looking forward to my time at this property.

Very good service, when repairing the bathtub latch

I lived here for over 4 years. Location is great and my apartment did have nice views. The main issues I had were the old and outdated appliances, cabinets and resurfaced tub and shower surround. Neighbors were respectful and courteous. Never had serious problems with maintenance. It’s best to send email for service. No problems with bugs till a few months before we moved. Suspect that they came with the new neighbor. When I informed the office they setup appointment for the apartment to be sprayed. Just wish they had sprayed entire section of the building as they just leave for a bit then returned.

Ze Maintenance Peeps! (This is in relation to a rogue dishwasher ball that was legit haunted. Good times.) Jonathan has always been kind and prompt, and knowledgeable to tackle the dang mysterious shenanigans that shouldnt in theory have been able to even happen. (Bear with me on this next bit, J.) Now Sir Maintenance Man Bob? BEST. This gentleman has saved my bacon more times than I can count, and at the 11th hour no less. Big job? Lil job? Dirty job? Call Sir Bob. Thanks, guys, appreciate ya.

All personnel were kind and very professional. They were very attentive to my moving in. The grounds are clean and beautiful. My apartment is very nice. I am very happy here and look forward to every day.

This place was not terrible to live in other then the fact that maintenance never came to fix anything I called for but because of what happened after I moved out. I got into a situation of being there for an experimental football program that they made a deal that the majority of the players from out of town would stay here. So off rip management knew there was a good chance wed leave early if we got picked up by a real college. Im one of the players that left a few months early. However I sent in every payment to the apartment complex after I did move on. I spoke with management and let them know I would no longer be staying in their apartment and my uncle was with me to make sure I understood everything correctly. However I still to this day have them on my credit report because they reported false information. Ive spoken to my other 5 roommates in my 3 bedroom apartment that all said they are not on their credit reports. We all signed a joint lease so it doesnt make sense that im the only one who has it. The only thing thats been explained to me is that “they charged us because we left without giving notice” which is a complete lie. They were told ahead of time by my former bum of a coach and I personally told then I would not resign and I was leaving earlier but continuing to send the checks. Ive disputed this many times and nobody can seem to explain to me where im wrong yet the account remains. The complex is nice, its in an okay location. But the management is full of either liars or idiots.

Mostly a decent place to live. Have had several problems: took way to long (3 months) to fix the leaking patio window. There were drippings/streams/little rivers and a tiny waterfall almost every time it rained. My patio door had water dripping *** Inside*** my apt. for several months. I even took videos of the waterworks. The carpet would get soaked up to 21/2 ft. from the patio door. Has been over a yr. and no more waterworks.The other problem: bugs in the carpet. Took over a year to get resolved. I did a lot of complaining - eventually I became highly agitated and extremely frustrated and felt that my complaints were being ignored. The bug service they provide here is good ---- but it was not solving the problem. They finally responded to ALL the my complaints (same complaint----BUGS BUGS BUGS) the problem was solved. Its been 7 mos. NO bug problem. Its a shame it took so much turmoil to reach a resolution to the bug problem.The neighbors have all been nice. Even made some friends.I will continue living here....I have even recommended The View to friends and other people I spoken with (especially those who are unhappy with where they are currently living).

This was my message to the company MEB with little action and response I figured I’d post this here to warn people of what you’ll be dealing with if you choose to live here. It’s not worth it. There are many other apartments that are better taken care if managed and priced.I’m writing you all to hopefully give you clarity with what is going on at your location “Veiw at Catalina” I’ve had nothing but issues since living there. I finally moved out and I’m relieved to feel free of your company and the people who manage that property. I’ve never had to deal with such un-professional and terrible people. I’ve lived there since July/August of last year. I moved there after leaving my husband of 10 years on my own with my 4 kids and I was harassed constantly by the Managment team there. When moving in with my dog I made the woman who I was dealing aware of his size before I ever moved in. I signed a lease without even seeing the apartment while in California still. I sent her photos and vet records I was under the understanding that yes he was “too big” but it wasn’t a rule that was enforced. 3 months in to living there I was basically forced to re-home my dog because the manager had seen him outside one day. I never tried to hide him because I thought he was okay being there. I was brought into the office and accused of lying by the woman who I had discussed about him and told by the manger “I know she is lying” speaking about her co-worker. This was heartbreaking to my family. We moved into this apartment with the idea we would be able to continue to give him a forever home. There were multiple occasions where this office had just felt like they were attacking me because I stood up for myself regularly with them. My house was broken into and the door was kicked in and the door frame was broke. I was told by them that “ I will be responsible for fixing this because I’m responsible for my guest that I have over” because a burglar is my guest? and buglary isn’t enough of a hardship during covid. I was late one month with rent when the Covid-19 thing happened. I wasn’t offered any help or any understanding. I was given a letter on the 7th day saying they were going to do an “inspection” because I’m late. I did not want anyone in my house especially with covid. They called me everyday almost asking where my rent was. Even though they’re were new legal statements in place to prevent people from being evicted or tormented about being late. Even though I clearly communicated that I was working on it. I communicated with them letting them know I just need extra time. I had to pay for four kids childcare when school closed and it became very unaffordable. The only time I was left alone by this team was when I let them know I had been recording everything and I had a family member who is a lawyer and what they were doing was not okay.My lease was up in February or march. I communicated via phone calls 3 days before my lease was up that I wanted to re-new my lease. They ignored it and tried charging me the “non-lease” rent. I didn’t sign the lease till mid-April and than they told me it would start than. We got into arguments because of my not paid rent. They didn’t want to give me a lease to sign it was a battle to get one. When I called on February 28th in the morning asking to sign a lease I was told by Tiffany that she didn’t get to it in time that Friday and it would be fine she would take the hit with nikki and I would sign it on Monday. I never herd anything from them until it was about late rent. I ended up signing one mid-April So basically I was stuck in a longer lease than originally planned. I was threatened by them so much I felt like I was either to deal with there abuse or be homeless at that point. The minute I moved out I felt so free if there harassment

Im on section 8 and I goto their website and look at the available apartments and I find one that is available in my price range and when I called and spoke to some guy there and while we were speaking I told him what my rent is allowed and he informs me that he didnt have anything available. I then did the math for rent at $669 + 48 for water and it was under my rent allowance, he then informs me that the rent is in fact $699 not what their site says $669.Now I have been looking for more than a month for an apartment that is halfway decent and here I find one and they tell me that their website put the wrong rent amount. Also have the nerve to let me know that priceing is subject to change in seconds apparently. I have found out that apartment complexes dont work with people so that they can find a home at all.. in fact its like they make it harder and more stressful on the person. U property managements that are on the properties and off the properties are some cold hearted people not to work with people looking for. a home. U all should be ashamed of yourselves for being this way. One day I hope u are on the other end like some of us and deal with wh at we are dealing with now.

I really enjoy living here. There is a great deal of common space that has mature trees, large expanses of grass, and well-maintained landscape plants. (So many places are just a sea of blacktop.) The apartments are roomy and laid out efficiently, and although older, they have been updated where needed. Communal washers and driers are fairly new, and serve only about a dozen tenants.The on-site management truly cares about their tenants, and are cordial and helpful. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. There are scheduled tenant activities like Thanksgiving dinner, pizza nights, charity drives, and the like. I am not a pool person, but the facilities look clean and safe. There is a comfortable tenant lounge with some exercise equipment.My only complaint is with the post office, which leaves packages at the complex office, making it inconvenient for an old man to fetch.

My friend and I toured the view at Catalina. The leasing agent tiffany was sweet confident knowledgeable and is the only reason my friend would rent. when we came-back to the office the manager was angry and being mean. Something about showing us two apartments and she went back to the office and slammed her door. She made us all feel uncomfortable and because of that my friend didn’t want to live here. If she treats her staff like garbage then how would she treat my friend?

I went to look at an apartment there that I really liked from what I saw online. When I got there they had handicapped spaces, however they didnt have ramps to get u p to the leasing office. they also said there were stairs to get up to every apartment. Not at all handicapped accessible. I was all set to rent one if I liked it. Totally against ADA!!

The second installer was extremely nice and efficient. He had trouble taking out the windows due to the headboard, but dealt with it smilingly and quickly replaced the window. Stick with this contractor.Unfortunately, it took 22 days for the window to be replaced, and the first guy not only had no interest in the job, but knocked four slats out of the blinds that I have not been able to replace. Just today, I found the ROCK thathad broken my window. No idea if the kid was throwing at a friend, or at my cats!

Ive been wanting to move to this location for years now and I didn’t think I would be able to get an apartment here. But I just went for it and the staff did everything to work with me so that I can get the apartment I’ve been wanting. Highly recommended!

This complex is great. Not only were they helpful, they allowed me to move in and sign paperwork immediately. The apartments are clean and well maintained. I would recommend to any one looking in the area.

Great job addressing my AC unit. Jonathan diagnosed the issue(s) and things got cool quickly. Theres a leak in the refrigerant somewhere, which I hope will be fixed before the heat hits. Jonathan is incredibly sweet, and knows his stuff. Too bad hes being worked to exhaustion.

Weve lived here for 2 years now and its been very pleasant. There are very conflicting reviews, Ive personally have had great experiences with management. Yes the buildings are older and over time things will break but the repair team and management work hard when notified. Jeffery is amazing! Very pleasant to talk to. I do recommend living here.

So I guess this company has better things to do than take time to work to get new tenants. I went into the office in Sept inquiring on a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. The lady told me that she did not have any 3 bedrooms to view and that she had a 4 bedroom becoming available soon that I was welcome to apply for but I could not see it. I was told that as soon as something became available I would get a call so I could view the apartment before starting the application process. I never got a call. I went into the office again in Oct and same exact story. The day before Thanksgiving I went onto their website to see that they had several 3 bedrooms available so I requested a tour online ... I never got a response. I went into the office again that following Sunday and once again they dont have any available to view even though their website says they have several 3 bedroom apartments ready to move into now. I got told that I was welcome to spend my money and fill out an application but I couldnt see what I was applying for ... that makes total sense. Dont bother going to these people because they will not help you.

I cant believe how some would say this place is terrible, i moved in the day after i lost my house, nikki and jeff and tiffany have been very supportive on my apartment. Anytime i need help they are there. Also my apartment is very clean and well maintained. I recommend anyone who has a good heart come live here you wont be disappointed.

By far, one of the best apartment complexes in Tucson. The area was safe and quiet, the management was always responsive to my needs, and maintenance was always timely. I renewed my lease here twice, and wish I would have never left.I have experienced motorcycle theft at this complex, as well as some noisy neighbors, but this isnt directly related to the performance of the property management company. This stuff happens anywhere you go, and I cant blame those poor experiences on the apartments themselves.

Ive lived at The View at Catalina close to three years. I put in a work order last week because dust was flying from the vent of the 2nd bathrooms fan when turned on. Nikki sent maintenance over the next day. The maintenance man was really nice and had a great sense of humor! I didnt get his name. He cleaned the vent, fan and changed the filter. His work was very satisfactory!

RENTER BEWARE!turn around and look elsewhere! this is not any place id ever wish my worst enemies to even live! the office staff will act all nice while you sign your lease but then turn around and talk trash behind your back. Rent will never be correct. They will judge you and make fun of you if you have a disability, Jeff and Nicki have both got to be the worst management i have ever dealt with in my life! RUDE, DISGUSTING, VILE PEOPLE! They will come into your home with out your permission. They pick and choose whos apt to deal with. if there is any money involved in fixing something it will never get done. if you mention any bugs, roaches, ants, mice anything wrong with the apt (even after just moving in) they will blame you. DO NOT MOVE HERE. even more so if you and a roommate are looking for a place. They will break the law and not let you sign anyone off the lease. there is crime all over this place, cars getting broken into, rocks thrown at cars, windows, disgusting!

I love how Ive lived here for a month, and Im already looking for a new place to live. This place is disgusting. Our apartment is extremely clean, were CONSTANTLY cleaning, and yet theres still roaches. When we first moved in there was roaches, and a month later still roaches. This place has a serious roach infestation. If you think thats bad, the staff dont make up for any of it. Infact, they contribute to your grief. Before I moved in to this complex, I dealt with a whole bunch of misinformation and lies from the community manager and other staff. We were shown an apartment and actually had 0 idea the other two bedroom units were not similar, and there was no mention from staff about the differences in floor plans, so we got an apartment we pretty much hate, that wasnt even advertised to us, and has been infested with roaches since move in. Basically, get as far away from this dumpster of a property as can. Now I understand why my ENTIRE building is and has been vacant..

Roach infestations, water leaks, and staff entering apartment without permission. Please do not move here. Charged us a pet fee without having a pet, said closet reeked of urine when it was the water leak from the drain outside. We reported this and they told us to ignore it. Neighbors would leave garbage in the hallway, leaving grease and food residue on the ground. The list gones on, but I can only complain so much. This place is just greasy. You get what you pay for I guess... Ridiculous... Avoid this place.

I totally love these apartments. When small problems do arise, they are taken care of as soon as humanly possible. Nikki and Jeff are awesome at bringing things to my attention, and they are in a beautiful area of east side Tucson. Been a great experience!

The incompetence I have experienced from the Manager of the view at catalina is insurmountable, as is the lack of compassion and respect. On numerous occasions I have heard from fellow residents that she had belittled them and used foul language towards them. Every time I drive past the front office I see her standing outside on the balcony smoking cigarettes and on her cell phone. Countless times I’ve came by during her lunch break and have been told she’d be back shortly to be left waiting for over an hour. Eventually being too fed up of waiting, I’d leave the office. From my interactions with her she seems incompetent and arrogant, the only one that seems to be doing the manager position properly would be Jeffrey.

Worst place ever! My cooler hasn’t worked for months! Called office multiple times, and all both Jeff AND Nicki would tell me is they have more important apts they aren’t working on!(let me clarify since the idiot who responded wants to still give me that answer! My AC HAS BEEN OUT FOR MONTHS! By LAW YOU HAVE TO FIX IT!)

Horrible Experience

Apartment complexes love me. I pay my rent on time, I stay out of other peoples business and I’m quiet. But for some reason management here does not like me. They have proven this by not being on the same page when it comes to my maintenance needs, my apartment not being ready by the time I moved in even though they had weeks to prepare, management interrupting me while trying to explain why am upset…I don’t understand why I’m being treated in such away. It hasn’t even been a month and I’m regretting living here. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because of it’s location. I’m super close to both my jobs.

I am very happy to have checked out this site. Jennifer was very professional,and showed me a very NICE apartment room. I am very pleased and appreciative Jennifer for your help and excellent customer service. Props!!!

We have now been here 3 years and we definitely have had some unpleasant experiences with mice, some plumbing issues, but in all honestly, we have never been in a hurry to leave. The staff, specifically Jeff have always tried to resolve our issues. We were moved to a different apartment when we were having plumbing issues and they helped us move all out items. We always have felt taken care of and sometimes maintenance would get backed up but they tried being as speedy as possible. We don’t regret living here if anything, we probably would have ended up staying for along time if we weren’t moving cities.

I lived here with my former husband who has since passed away... Just a beautiful clean, wonderful complex with great neighbors, a great office staff, a wonderful pool, and beautiful trees and nature throughout. I soo miss Tucson and the mountains and this beautiful place.... Now Im back in four seasons and Illinois I miss Arizona even more great complex to live at

Do NOT Live here! The apartment floors are uneven. The walls have stains from previous tenants. The electrical is faulty, we had an instance were the light switch was turned on and the light didnt come on, the wall was slapped and then the light came on. there were always bugs even when we cleaned the place spotless. Maintenance never comes when they say they are going too. Multiple times we had called about getting the sliding door seal fixed due to bees flying in the apartment and they never showed up to fix it! And we had a newborn that we did not want to get stung! There is no lighting in the parking lot areas and there is a high rate of car break ins! during my time there my roommate also had clothes stolen from the laundry room. I have also never met such a nosy manager. Nicki accused my roommate of having another man living with her because her husband goes by 2 different names! But when it comes to issues like the constant smell of weed in the hallway, management does nothing. So unless you like to have a stranger in your business, car break ins, clothes stolen, uneven floors, the smell of weed, and bugs. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

The management and maintenance staff from 2012-2013 were largely helpful, and the rent was comparatively low. Its a good neighborhood thats close to conveniences such as grocery stores and bus stops. For bicycling, proximity to the Mt Lemmon Hwy and Milagrosa Trail is awesome.

I have been living here at the apartments less than a year however I can vouch for the managers,office and maintenance staff and say they are professional and handle all issues in a timely manner...I recommend these apartments to anyone!

Very roomy and very spacious. However, if you dont enjoy living in a place with gang symbols and your car being broken into dont recommend this place. I wouldnt move here if you want to have a quality place to stay, too many problem starters and too many problems with the community. Niki is NOT a good manager what so ever .

Well so far Its been about 6 months since I moved in and so far everything has gone great. Nikki Jeff, and Tina have been awesome when it comes to addressing problems from little to big. Everything has been done promptly and professionally. They are awesome about informing us when work will be done to the apts (last place i lived wouldnt tell me if the water was getting shut off for a brief moment leaving me in the shower with a head full of bubbles lol) Id recommend checking them out!

They are older apartments and have their quirks but overall the largest and least expensive on the east side my daughter could find. I prefer living on the second floor or third floor. Really nice large balconies. Large outdoor space of trees and green grass. We got a lot of use out of the basketball court and tennis court combo. The kids loved playing basketball and even learning some tennis. I taught all three grandkids how to swim at the pools. This is also a really convenient area close to parks, Sabino Canyon and Mount Lemmon. Maintenance is quick to respond. When I see someone has posted they are looking for a reasonable apartment I always refer The View at Catalina. We will miss the many friendships from over the years.

Currently living here. Thank god we are moving soon. The floors are uneven, seals on balcony doors are broken, and if you love getting your car broken in to its an amazing place to live!

Life and wherever you live is how and what you make it to be. I dont understand all these negative comments Ive read and overlooked about this complex. I just recently moved in 4-5 days ago and it is NOT bad at all whatsoever. Ive been seeing many peoples pigmentation forms of fabrication in imagination upon communication. Also people (any 1) NOT just residents need to QUIT BEING SO WEAK and Stand Up for themselves & QUIT SNITCHINI REALLY LIKE THESE COMPLEXES & STAFF AS WELL TOO, JEFF & NiKKi are VERY WELL RECOMMENDED OFFICE MANAGERs.

I lived here previously, when Nikki was not the manager, at that time the apartments where clean work orders got done that day. I moved in waited 4 months for the air conditioning to get fixed. Ive told them the lights arent working its pitch black, for 5 months never fixed them. So i come home from work walking up to the building and got attacked by two guys. Leaving me bruises up n down my body. These apartments are discussing work orders dont get done the buildings smell and Nikki is a compulsive liar..

My kitchen faucet was repaired professionally and in a timely manner.

Its a quiet place to live most days with beautiful views. If you have any issues go to management not the Secretary.

The walls are thin, you might end up living across from a stay at home dad with a wife that likes to listen to everything going on oustide their apartment.. and there are no gangs here just kids that like to hang out by their own cars.. some neighbors are ginuene and others will smile in your face then call the cops bc your cursing playing Xbox. The apartments are NOT too bad i go for walks at night all the time nothing has ever happened to me although your neighbors might take it to heart if your not a talkative person. personally i like to be left alone and everyday my neighbor would feel the need to talk to me and when I started keeping things short boom noise complaints now I park on a different side of the building just to avoid seeing their faces.(be prepared for the dirty looks some of the tenants really are those kinda people, how would you know someone is on section 8 unless you pay their bills.. sounds like one of those tendants)***I always see busy maintenance people I never see them not doing anything even the lady.They are all hard workers some people are just ungrateful. The grass is healthy, the trees are beautiful,the pools are clean,always kids outside***The only major con that really grinds my gears are the fact some folk smoke a cigarette every hour so if you like to have fresh air go for a walk because having your slide door open will just make your apt reek of cigarettes

Thus place is THE WORST COMPLEX I have ever lived! Management is absolutely obsurd, with Nikki thinking she can do and charge whatever the hell she feels like, the repair guys are dumb as all hell, they switch office workers almost every other week AND the amount of gross conditions is appalling. DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

This place I wouldve rated a 3 about 7 years ago but now the sprinklers flood the sidewalks grass and streets the pool hasnt been heated the whole time Ive lived here which its advertised in the brochure that it is, I just wish this place would get their act together for sure otherwise Im probably gonna be looking for a new complex not to mention the snakes if found and the stove in my apt idk if its others too but it sucks one of the burners is all tweaked out, hopefully thatll be fixed soon since Im calling them about it again

The crew at The View are the best.

They advertise a heated pool but the pool hasnt been heated in the 3+ years I have lived here. Maintenance requests can sometimes take weeks to be taken care of and sometimes nothing is done at all. My air conditioner has been fixed multiple times and still doesnt work properly. Was promised a new dishwasher over a year ago not holding my breath on that one. The lady in by he office Nikki likes to pick on my special needs child and apparently is racist because she is always saying something to me and my family about stupid stuff that other people are doing and never says anything to anyone else. The guy that lives upstairs had a pile of trash on the ground for days and I was told to shut up about it but my kid left one bag of trash by the trash can and Im told I have to pay $25 because they have to pick it up and about an hour later I see someones broken planter in the middle of the sidewalk. My 5 year old gets his scooter taken away and yet a 10 year old white girl is allowed to ride hers all over the place. My husband gets yelled at for wearing a shirt in the pool yet all last week there were people in there with T-shirt and shorts.

Everyone here is exceptionally nice and get to problems in the apartment quickly.

This place is dirty, section 8 (I had NO idea about this), if you dont mind living with bugs this is the place for you! People smoke all around, and it made my apt. smell like smoke!I would never live here again, and would NEVER tell anyone about this place
